Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, es sollte im Grunde alle Einrichtungen haben. Die Waschmaschine und die Waschmaschine müssen mich diese Tage aus dem Touristenbaum waschen. Die Lage von der Einbahn ist ein bisschen weit entfernt, um ein spezielles Auto zu bekommen. Das Fenster hat keine Fensterschirme, so dass es sehr hell wird, wenn die Sonne am Tag kommt. Sie müssen beachten, dass die Tür außerhalb des Hauses mit einem Schrauben geöffnet wird, Es ist eine sehr komfortable Unterkunft.

Review of Japavista Casa De Boss, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience. • Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay. • Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. • Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car. • Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. • Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals. • Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area. • Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience. • Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.

If you are self driving in Okinawa, and will visit the central area, this is indeed a great place to stay, esp if you have a big group of family and friends. Why? 1. Responsive customer service, who gives out staying information timely. They can answer you within a day or hours. Very comprehensive information with cery clear instructions for check in and use of their facilities. 2. Location is easy to be found. Close to the salt factory which is worth visiting. Also close to the seaside road station where you can take a breathe and photos there. Close to beach as well if you like water sports. 3. The photo we took is from the accommodation, we stay on ground floor as there is no lift. We dont wish to carry luggage up a floor. Can see the bridge. 4. There is Bbq facilities, gas is provided and we can use bbq outdoor with no extra costs. 5. Though there is no seasoning in the accommodation, the kitchen utensils target for a large group of people to use. With rice cooker, stove, pans... enough to prepare for a decent meal. But if they can provide a electric stove for shabu shabu, it will be perfect 6. 8 beds, 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms, 2 tables in one apartment. Very spacious. It is the last day before we leave Okinawa. We can pack luggage with ease with such space 7. Reasonable price with such modern furnishings and facilities.you cannot find a similar one nearby. 8. We went to buy food at aeon which is around half hour away.

Wirklich super 👍 Ursprünglich hatte ich Angst davor, auf Donner zu treten Ich hätte nicht erwartet, dass der CP-Wert so hoch ist Kann dieses wärmstens empfehlen keine Mängel Der einzige Nachteil könnte sein, dass mein Englisch nicht gut ist😂 Es gibt eine Badewanne, Trocken- und Nasstrennung, Mikrowelle und WLAN Zufrieden 😌

Alpha Bed was surprisingly good. Room was just as it was in the photos and very clean and tidy. Service was good. It was a new experience to check in via iPad/tablet but it was straight forward . Location was super , 5 mins walk from the shopping streets and within 10 mins walk from the Main Street. Seafood market is also nearby and within 10 min walk. For those who drive , there is a lot of paid parking around the area. (Around 700 JPY for 12 hours) Nearest one is opposite the hotel which tends to be quite busy until after 9pm. (Priced 700 JPY for 12 hours as at April 2024) If you get home earlier , you may need to go to the other car parks. Some are actually cheaper. The room comes with everything you need and even has a vacuum cleaner. There is no housekeeping but I heard that you can request it by calling customer support. If your bins get full, you can put it outside your door and the cleaners who come by in the morning will change it for you . There is even a balcony ! Most convenient feature is a washing machine with laundry washing liquid and softener inside the room! Rooms are big . Would definitely stay here again.

Es ist ein neues und sauberes Hotel mit Küche im Zimmer, die nicht nur einen Kühlschrank, sondern auch eine Mikrowelle, Geschirr und Messer bietet. Ideal für Langzeitaufenthalte. Es gibt auch ein großes Gemeinschaftsbad, das für alle, die gerne baden, attraktiv ist (es gibt eine Dusche im Zimmer). Allerdings gab es einige Dinge, die mich stutzig machten, wie das Fehlen von Pyjamas und Waschbecken im Bad, daher habe ich die Ausstattung mit 2 bewertet. Da es an der Rezeption niemanden gibt und es ein Self-Check-in-System gibt, kenne ich den Service nicht. Der Preis ist angemessen, was ich gut fand.

The location is 5/5 because it is very close to the Churami Aquarium. Else, finding nice and cozy food to eat can be a challenge. View wise, we are close to the sea, but there was construction, so you can imagine ... No complaints on cleanliness. Service wise, there is not a single service staff, so we are lucky we do not need help. Thus 3/5. I do not understand the instruction to enter the lobby after 10 pm, or it was not updated. Facilities-wise, not much as a service apartment. The shower ”column” in the master bedroom is really small ..., all the basins are at the wrong height, just too low. I need to bend more than 90 degrees to reach the tap and I am not tall. The redeeming point is that Family Mart is just beside the lobby. Parking is very ample and convenient.

旭橋駅のすぐ近くにあり便利でした。セルフチェックインが難しく、問い合わせをして予約番号を教えてもらってようやくできました。部屋は入ったとき、カビ臭いかと思いましたが、気にするほどではなかったです。部屋は清潔で、洗濯機に乾燥機もあり良かったです。

Ich bin super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sie liegt direkt an der Kokusai-Straße. Der Onkel, der eincheckte, war auch sehr nett Ich muss es in eine Blackbox stecken und es wird automatisch ausgecheckt. Ich war vier Tage hier und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, einen Herd, eine Mikrowelle, eine Heizung und ein Badezimmer. Es ist nicht schwer, den Müll selbst zu sortieren, und im Allgemeinen ist es sehr gut. Wenn man alleine lebt, muss man sich keine Sorgen um die Sicherheit machen. Wenn ich zurückdenke, denke ich immer noch, dass es ein schöner Ort zum Übernachten war

First, you must understand - its cheap hotel in the old building. After that, you wont be surprised with a poor amenities (no toothpaste, heh; ugly pink plastic cups; no dishes or even spoons or chopsticks at all) and a bunch of strange rules - key loss will cost you 20k ¥, there is officially no chance to leave luggage before check-in (between 15:00 and 21:00 and they said its all because of COVID) or after check-out (strictly before 10:00, yeah, because of COVID), you have to sort your garbage by 4 kind... a lot of non-hospitality-related rules. Thanks for the staff. You are great. Only you makes Mr.Kinjo's hotel some place able to stay in. Truely, room was big and clean, linens was nice, balcony faces the sea and you can see cruise liners entering the port. Some smell from toilet, but nothing serious. If you are about to stay for the night for a min price - why not. But as for me... no, mr Kinjo, thank you ang goodbye.
