The place was super clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent—close to the Duomo, with plenty of gelato shops, supermarkets, and even a Asian markets nearby, which was really convenient. The area was also not very noisy, making it easy to rest after a day out. A small suggestion would be to provide umbrellas for travelers who may not bring one, especially during rainy days. Overall, a great stay and I’d happily recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Paolina! The building is located in the heart of Lucca’s historic centre, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of all the main sights, charming streets, and great restaurants. The property is beautifully maintained and has such a wonderful atmosphere. We stayed in Apartment 1, which has two bedrooms and a lovely balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for cooking. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated. We also had the opportunity to see Apartment 2, with its three bedrooms — it is even more spacious and beautifully bright, just like our apartment. One of the things we loved most was the feeling of the place. It smells wonderful, has a lovely energy, and you immediately feel at home. It is the kind of place where you simply want to stay. Roberto, who manages the property, is extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like a guest rather than just a customer. The housekeeper is also incredibly kind and warm. Everyone makes you feel so welcome that you almost have the feeling of being part of a family, even though it may be your very first time in Lucca. We would come back without hesitation. We stayed in a Studio Suite, and the experience was excellent. The apartment is brand new, beautifully designed, and truly luxurious, with great attention to detail. Everything felt thoughtfully done — from the fittings to the comfort level. The kitchenette was extremely helpful, especially for a longer stay, and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and responsive, and housekeeping was excellent — the apartment was consistently spotless and well maintained. One very useful tip for future guests: the C2 bus, which stops right in front of the Anglo American Hotel, takes you directly into the city centre and is far cheaper than taxis. We discovered this only later in our stay, and it would be great if the hotel shared this information with guests on arrival — it makes getting into Florence much easier. Overall, a wonderful stay — modern, comfortable, and well managed. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Florence.

Einfache Lage. Nahe dem Bahnhof und Bahnhof stoppen, bis zum Flughafen.

Ein sehr netter und herzlicher Gastgeber, der jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung steht. Die Unterkunft liegt nicht im Stadtzentrum und ist daher sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist groß und hat einen schönen Balkon. Die Matratze und die Kissen sind unglaublich bequem. Kostenloser Kaffee und Wasser stehen den ganzen Tag über zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn Sie vom Hauptbahnhof mit der Stadtbahn T1 fahren, biegen Sie links ab, wenden Sie sich vom Bahnhof ab und steigen Sie an der drei Haltestellen entfernten Haltestelle Status aus. Von dort ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Die Klimaanlage kostet je nach Wetterlage bei Ihrer Ankunft zusätzlich 10 Euro. Ich finde, hier zu übernachten ist viel besser als im Zentrum. Die Bushaltestelle Mall Outlet Village ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Ich hatte drei wundervolle Tage in Florenz.

The hotel was Very clean and modern amid it is a restored old building. It is located on one-Çar-street alley just across the bridge. Bringing heavy luggage from the station to the hotel is very energy-draining so we end up call a taxi when back to the station and cost us about 35euro. The room are spacious, we are party of three and got a room with no view. During the Sunday night, we still can hear loud music from its neighbors (I think it’s a pub) until 11 o’clock. But never mind though we bring 3 years old that very sensitive to loud sound. We were dead tired already. There is a kichenette in the room but strangely not included in the cleaned facilities. We should living the kitchennete cleaned or it will be fined (I forgot, may be 50 or 100 euros). My biggest complain was the wifi. It didn’t worked at all. Saw the wifi router near to the eleveator was the old model (the newest one didn’t switched on), and I guess one floor one wifi router so in some rooms the signal was patchy. I found a spot that wifi worked, inside the toilet. But it was nice stay. Bed is clean, pillow is too hard.

Große Kabinett- und Kleiderschrankraum zusammen mit Arbeitstisch und einem anderen Essenstisch. Schöner privater Balkon auch. Extra Plus Punkte für die Fähigkeit, Gepäck zu speichern und zu holen, wann immer Sie wollen in einem sicheren Passwort-Verschluss mit Überwachung. Sehr bequem vom Flughafen und Bahnhof

Die Lage war fantastisch. Es lag direkt gegenüber einer U-Bahn-Haltestelle, sodass man schnell ins Stadtzentrum kam. Es gab auch ein komplettes Geschirr- und Tassenset, eine Mikrowelle, einen Geschirrspüler und Besteck, sodass wir unsere Reste mitbringen und ein zweites Mal essen konnten. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und höflich. Wenn wir nach Florenz zurückkehren, würden wir auf jeden Fall ein zweites Mal hier übernachten.

Sie hv mit mehreren Passwörter mit Ihrem Telefon zugreifen. Wir hatten einen Fehler zu bekommen und rufen die Hotline. Das Personal kam sehr schnell und geduldig. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Zug und Tram. Es ist neu, aber einige der Designs sind merkwürdig, und einige der Ausrüstung hat bereits gebrochen. Und das Duschewasser würde nicht gelegentlich genug heiß sein.
