We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Paolina! The building is located in the heart of Lucca’s historic centre, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of all the main sights, charming streets, and great restaurants. The property is beautifully maintained and has such a wonderful atmosphere. We stayed in Apartment 1, which has two bedrooms and a lovely balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for cooking. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated. We also had the opportunity to see Apartment 2, with its three bedrooms — it is even more spacious and beautifully bright, just like our apartment. One of the things we loved most was the feeling of the place. It smells wonderful, has a lovely energy, and you immediately feel at home. It is the kind of place where you simply want to stay. Roberto, who manages the property, is extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like a guest rather than just a customer. The housekeeper is also incredibly kind and warm. Everyone makes you feel so welcome that you almost have the feeling of being part of a family, even though it may be your very first time in Lucca. We would come back without hesitation. Casa Paolina made our stay in Lucca truly special. Thank you so much for everything ! we hope to be back very soon!

Wenn ich 20 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich es absolut! Dieses Hotel in Florenz war mein bestes Aufenthalt in Italien. Die Wohnung war sorgfältig sauber, alles sah neu und gedanklich gepflegt. Es war voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie möglicherweise brauchen, von der Badezimmer bis zur Küche. Ehrlich gesagt, Sie können mit nur Ihrem Gepäck ankommen und fühlen sich komplett zu Hause. Das Zimmer war super geräumig, das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel und täglich wurde gereinigt. Ein Detail, das uns wirklich beeindruckt hat, haben wir morgens einige schmutzige Gerichte hinterlassen, die uns am Abend vollkommen erwarten, sie zu waschen, aber das Personal hat auch unsere Gerichte gemacht. Diese Höhe der Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit ist selten. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet Ihnen einen Spaziergang. Ein hervorragender Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende. Hoch, sehr empfohlen!

**An Unforgettable Florentine Gem!** This is hands down the most incredible vacation rental I’ve ever experienced! Bursting with artistic charm, the apartment reflects the host’s passion for travel and collecting – every corner tells a story. The space itself is both ultra-modern and spacious, comfortably accommodating our group with three bathrooms and three double beds (perfect for families or friends). The highlight? A sun-drenched terrace where we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts with a view of Florence’s iconic rooftops and hills – pure magic! The surrounding area is equally stunning, blending Tuscan tranquility with easy access to the city’s treasures. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Both the rental agency and the host were **exceptionally responsive**, answering questions promptly even at 10 PM! They went the extra mile to ensure our stay was seamless. If you’re seeking a unique, stylish, and well-equipped home base in Florence, look no further. This isn’t just a rental – it’s a memory I’ll cherish forever. The hotel was Very clean and modern amid it is a restored old building. It is located on one-Çar-street alley just across the bridge. Bringing heavy luggage from the station to the hotel is very energy-draining so we end up call a taxi when back to the station and cost us about 35euro. The room are spacious, we are party of three and got a room with no view. During the Sunday night, we still can hear loud music from its neighbors (I think it’s a pub) until 11 o’clock. But never mind though we bring 3 years old that very sensitive to loud sound. We were dead tired already. There is a kichenette in the room but strangely not included in the cleaned facilities. We should living the kitchennete cleaned or it will be fined (I forgot, may be 50 or 100 euros). My biggest complain was the wifi. It didn’t worked at all. Saw the wifi router near to the eleveator was the old model (the newest one didn’t switched on), and I guess one floor one wifi router so in some rooms the signal was patchy. I found a spot that wifi worked, inside the toilet. But it was nice stay. Bed is clean, pillow is too hard.

Große Kabinett- und Kleiderschrankraum zusammen mit Arbeitstisch und einem anderen Essenstisch. Schöner privater Balkon auch. Extra Plus Punkte für die Fähigkeit, Gepäck zu speichern und zu holen, wann immer Sie wollen in einem sicheren Passwort-Verschluss mit Überwachung. Sehr bequem vom Flughafen und Bahnhof

The check out time was at 10 am instead of 12:00 like in other normal hotels. The breakfast was served in the room: very limited choice, only croissant 🥐, coffee and yogurt. The shower was leacking in the bathroom: while you are taking a shower, the whole bathroom is full of water in the floor. We asked to check-out at least at 11:00 am but we were told no, so we had to check-out at 10 am which is absolutely inconvenient. Though it was a big terrace, and the room was quite big.

Gute Lage, sehr nahe dem Bahnhof & Centro storico. Zimmergröße war sehr gut, mit einem BALCONY! Obwohl die Privatsphäre etwas kompromittiert sein kann, kann nicht alles haben. Es hatte sehr gute natürliche Beleuchtung. Das Badezimmer war auch groß, größere als die meisten Badezimmer in italienischen Hotels. Ich konnte tanzen und im Duschestank umdrehen. Check-in benötigt ein wenig tech-saving & natürlich das Internet. Unlocking gate & room required the use of an internet browser/done on a smart phone. There’re plenty of food options around, a bar/cafe/gelateria right down the building. Coffee machine & drinking water available for the taking. Es gibt einen großen gemeinsamen Kühlschrank und ein Innenraumkühlschrank. Internet war schnell. Viele Häfen/Strom-Outlets, bequem angeordnet (einschließlich Bettseite). Vielleicht ein kleiner Vorschlag: vielleicht wäre es ein Desk. Das Fernsehen funktionierte nicht, aber ich würde nichts in Italien sehen. Ich konnte YouTube mit dem schnellen Internet. Gute Toiletten und Trinkwasser wurden täglich geliefert und erfrischt (einige Hotels tun das nicht). Sehr empfohlen.

Sehr guter und enthusiastischer Eigentümer, mit Fragen und Antworten. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr zentraler, so sehr ruhig, das Zimmer ist sehr groß mit einem schönen Balkon, die Bettwäsche sind sehr komfortabel, es gibt kostenlose Kaffee und Trinkwasser den ganzen Tag, es ist eine akzeptable Entfernung zum Spaziergang. Wenn Sie mit einer Leichtbahnbahn-Zentralbahnstation nach links laufen T1 Leichtbahn ist unter der drei-Station-Status-Station Das Auto ist ein paar Schritte zu Fuß, das Frühstück ist sehr groß. Wenn Sie mehr Klimaanlagen verwenden, können Sie es für 10 Euro geben, je nachdem, ob die Temperatur bei Ihrer Ankunft Klimaanlage benötigt. Ich finde, es ist weit besser, hier zu leben als im Zentrum. Es dauert 10 Minuten, bis Sie zum Mall-Bus-Station im Dorf fahren. Ich habe drei Tage in Florenz verbracht.
