Enttäuschende Erfahrung 🫣 Ich hatte einen ziemlich unbehaglichen Aufenthalt bei *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani. Zunächst einmal ist die Parkplätze sehr irreführend. Es wird als „freie Parkplätze in der Nähe der Unterkunft“ angekündigt, aber in Wirklichkeit wird Ihnen bei der Ankunft eine Geschäftskarte mit dem Namen einer Parkplätze gegeben, die 3 km in einem Industriegebiet außerhalb des Hafens liegt. Sie bieten einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum und von der Parkplatz, aber warten bereit. Auch wenn Sie Ihre pick-up-Zeit vorbereiten, müssen Sie wahrscheinlich anrufen und fragen: „Wo sind Sie?“ wenn die Zeit kommt. Was die Wohnung selbst betrifft, so war es leider weit von gemütlich. Das Gebäude bekommt kaum Sonnenlicht, so fühlt sich der Raum dunkel und kalt. Ich war nachts unter einem sehr dünnen Schrank gefroren. Das Badfenster öffnet sich in die gemeinsame Treppe, so können Sie Menschen kommen und aus, und sogar von nahestehenden Badezimmern klingt nicht genau angenehm. Die Lage ist zentrale, aber das bedeutet auch viel Straßenlärm. Es gibt einen Kaffee gerade unter den Fenstern. Ich hatte Glück, es war ein Wochentag und sie schlossen um 11 Uhr aber nicht ohne die Kletter von Dumpster und Shutters geschlagen. Die Gespräche von Menschen unten werden leicht im Zimmer gehört. Um fair zu sein, war die Wohnung sauber, was wahrscheinlich die einzige positive ich erwähnen kann. Insgesamt, wenn Sie nur einen Tag oder zwei in Trapani verbleiben, würde ich empfehlen, ein Hotel stattdessen etwas willkommener und besser verwaltet. Und wenn Sie nicht ohne Auto reisen und planen, all Ihre Zeit im Stadtzentrum zu verbringen, ist dieser Ort vielleicht nicht die beste Option. Für mich war es eine allgemeine Enttäuschung Erfahrung.

We had a wonderful stay at Taormina Infinity Suites. Before our arrival, communication via WhatsApp was smooth and efficient. The host always responded promptly, making the check-in process easy and stress-free. Although we arrived quite late in the evening, the host warmly welcomed us and kindly helped us carry our luggage downstairs. The rooftop swimming pool was a real highlight. The water was very clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The room was beautifully designed, and you could clearly see the care and attention that had gone into every detail. Upon check-out, the host kindly helped us with our luggage again and arranged a taxi to the train station, which saved us a lot of hassle and made our departure much easier. What impressed us most was the genuine hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay. We felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from Piazza IX Aprile and within easy reach of Taormina’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops.

The owners were very nice and the location was fantastic. The junior suite was very basic. The coffee machine is in the reception area not in the apartment. There is no kettle in the apartment. On arrival they gave us a set of keys. You cannot separate the keys. One of the keys is for all electric in the apartment including the air conditioning. it is advertised as an air conditioned apartment. However with the temperature for the last 4 days being around 36c. You have to take the keys out to lock the apartment so the air conditioning is not on. When you return the apartment was very warm. you have to put the key in for the electricity and get the air conditioning working. It then takes 2 to 3 hour to get it cool. You are paying for an Air condoned apartment. It should be up to you when the air conditioning is on. A separate key should be given to leave the air conditioning on. It really does spoil a vacation having to wait for the apartment to get cool.

Location surrounding is crap. I went by navigator with a suitcase from central railway station about 15 min because the roads are not for suitcases, cracked pavement everywhere. It’s better to take a car or tram 1 for 2 stops from railway. It’s really apartment in a crap residential building. 3rd floor (like 4tth) without a lift with narrow stairs with no lighting in the evening. You don’t see where insert 3 keys in locks (3doors to enter). My room faced the noisy busy road. There 2 rooms inside, looks nice, no microwave, but clean. Area looks dangerous in the evening. Owner lady is nice and helpful. She tries to do her best!

Great place to stay in Catania. This was perfect for my trip- I was in the final days of a nearly 3 week holiday, and just wanted somewhere comfortable and relatively close to sites to relax. I was there during Christmas and the days after, so having an apartment was perfect. I was able to cook, relax, and everything I wanted to see was a short walk away. I would 100% recommend again.

The apartment was as described, and the staff were very helpful. There was a leak in our apartment, but we were moved to a different one the next day. The location was good and close to the beach, although the beach was full of seaweed. Of course, this was out of the owner's control. Possibly, the beach is cleaned before the summer season, we visited in April. Thank you. Anna

Hotel was conveniently located with many great restaurants nearby - the ones recommended by the hotel was amazing! Very new, very clean, very large but well taken care of. The staff was attentive (thank you, Andrea!) and the entire experience for my 5 days here was amazing! Really enjoyed my time here and would love to stay at other Planeta hotels in the future.

the service was amazing. The staff went out of their way to help us when we couldn't get to the hotel due to the street blocks all over the city. However, the hotel itself is somewhat worn and tiring. The bed feels cheap. The location is great and right by the beach though.

Great place close to town. We spent around 350£ for a 7 day stay. It really is unbelievably great value out of season. Everything was close by and I highly recommend for everyone . Unfortunately you have to be aware that the shops around are incredibly expensive.
