Overall the experience is amazing. Location is so strategic, which is walking distance to Kuta Beach were good to catch for sunset and surfing. The residence is attached with the shopping mall, souvenir shop and neighbourhood with mostly 5 star hotel. When arriving, the staff (Titan) assist us smoothly and overall staff alsways with smile and helpful. I booked the biggest residence at the highest floor with 3 room and it very spacious, good view, clean, tidy, elegant, quiet and comfortable. Only use access card for the lift and to enter the residence they will provide you a door password and this is so convinent as we no need to bring they key with us. Facilities is fastatic were can watch neflix with projector and the sound bar for living room, and main 2 room also got netflix and own televison. There is washing machine and dryer, cooking stuff, water dispenser, coffee maker, iron and iron board, etc The wash room use bidet style and total is 3+1 with big rain shower all come with the good smell and organic range of Shampoo, body wash etc. The balcony also very spacious and can get view of Mount Agung. Also can play some uno card, lego, and chess aslo. Can see all the good and high quality brand been using for facilities from from furniture, electrical appliances, bedding stuff etc. We also tried their gym and swimming pool even the size is not that big but it just nice. Definately the summary of experience during my stay is just amazing. Thank you Beachwalk Residence for the great memories.

Нам всё очень понравилось 🥰 Мы жили на первом этаже в номере с кухней. В кухне есть вся необходимая посуда хорошего качества. Единственное, не было чайника. Но мы не стали спрашивать, возможно нам бы его дали. Остальное все есть. Отдельный плюс за воду в 19л бутылке, которая стоит на специальной подставке с краником и удобно наливать.
Номер хорошо охлаждается, от номеров напротив прикрыт лианами. В номере достаточно чисто и уютно. Вода греется кулером.
Персонал отзывчивый, можно писать им на вотсап в случае чего. Прям рядом с отеле кафе rabbit - очень вкусно и красиво, рекомендую)

Es ist wirklich nahe am Strand, Reinigungsservice wurde enthalten, so dass wenn ich wollte, mein Zimmer jeden Tag zu reinigen, würden sie es reinigen. Alles ist in Spaziergängen Restaurants, Geschäfte, Apotheken, kleinen Gemüsegeschäften. Ein wenig irritierend war der Lärm des Baus. Es gibt ein anderes Hotel, das buchstäblich neben so unmöglich, es nicht zu hören.

Das Zimmer ist groß! Der kleine Bruder ist sehr gut. Wir sind bereit, uns nach dem Austritt ins Zimmer zu begeben und einen Toilettenraum zu klimaanlagen. Die Umgebung ist großartig! Und sehr ruhig, umgeben von dem Essen ist sehr viel, nicht weit von den Finns entfernt! stark empfohlen

The bed is comfortable and large. The aircon is strong. Toilet is clean and water pressure is strong. Water temperature is hot and comfortable. The accommodation is quiet and restful for a good night sleep. There is no lift so those with a lot of bags might wanna just make sure they can carry up the stairs.

Клевое место и персонал. Останавливались сначала в простом номере, потом перебрались в делюкс. Лучше обычного ничего нет, самый просторный. Убираются каждый день и готовы помочь в любой ситуации. Единственное, можете переодически видеть маленьких чёрных муравьев, но на это можно не обращать внимание.

If you’re looking for adventure then this place fits the bill. It’s not the nicest but good enough if you plan to be out exploring on your bike anyway. Be ready to show your booking every morning for breakfast if you got it included. The staff was ok but there was some language barrier. Don’t buy gas from the lady who you can get a bike from at the hotel, it’s overpriced. Other places are fair at 70,000 rupiah for a full bottle. Close to Kelingking beach but go there early or afternoon when it’s less busy from day trip people. Next time I would stay on east side to see Diamond at Sunrise or the Northside where the locals live and there’s more live music and food

GGastnutzerThe cabins were not possible to find unless you already knew where they were. Perhaps we were supposed to get some additional information or a contact number, but we didn't recieve anything from the booking website and expected to be able to navigate to the address. The address wasn't quite where it was pined on google maps, but after circling the area multiple times we just happened to come across the owner's son who escorted us there. It's down a downward dirt path and then you take a right at the fork, go around some parked cars, and then you can see the cabins after you walk behind another building. Some signs along this route would have been helpful. The owners live a 10 minute walk up the hill so I'm not sure how we would have checked in or found them, especially considering the cell signal was very poor. Once we got the wifi and the owner's number from the son, communication was good and any issues were fixed quickly. I think if we had gotten their contact information and clear check-in instructions before setting off to the cabin everything would have been much easier.
The view from the cabin was nice; it looks out over the ocean (not the caldera/lake). It was a very nice expereince to be up so high in the mountains.
The bed was very comfortable. The toilet/shower area is combined as a small wetroom.
Convientiely, theres a small warung on the hill.

FFabian YipDieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! An diesem Hotel gibt es überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Die wichtigsten Highlights:
- Infinity-Pool (Stehen Sie früh auf, um den ganzen Pool für sich zu haben!)
- überall auf dem Gelände und im Zimmer der Kaffeegeruch
- Ame Spa (das beste Spa, in dem wir je waren!)
Aber bitte prüfen Sie, ob im Atlas Beach Club eine private Veranstaltung stattfindet, bevor Sie hingehen. Wir konnten den kostenlosen Eintritt ins Atlas aufgrund einer privaten Veranstaltung nicht nutzen und blieben nur eine Nacht :(

I recently stayed at Novotel Nusa Dua in Bali for two days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The property stands out for its excellent location near the beach, with a private shuttle service making access seamless and convenient. The private beach facilities were impeccable and one of the highlights of the stay.
The room was well-maintained, spacious, and clean, which added to the comfort. However, the washroom was a major letdown. The system was not well-designed, which caused some inconvenience and did not match the otherwise high standards of the property.
Another downside was the additional charge for a second bed. While I understand this is part of the policy, the quality of service and amenities provided for this extra fee did not justify the cost and could have been handled better.
The property does come across as slightly overpriced for the facilities offered, but if you are looking for a luxurious stay with lots of amenities and a private beach experience, it is worth considering. My recommendation would be to choose this hotel only if having a private beach and resort-style amenities is a priority for your stay.

GGastnutzerWe are very pleased to be in this place. very cozy small courtyard with a swimming pool, lots of plants. the staff was super friendly and helped in any questions. We had a deluxe room - a kitchen-living room and a separate closed bedroom with air conditioner. Please note that the kitchen-living room has open areas and you are always in the fresh air and you have your own mini-garden with stones and plants right in the kitchen)) it was a wonderful experience. Of course, sometimes spiders and ants came to us, but you are in Bali and this is ok🤣 There were always clean towels and linen, the cleaning was excellent. The kitchen was clean, basic utensils were provided.
For management: it is good to put some more stones in the backyard (behind sofa)and paint the wall there. Thank you.
Hope we will come back again next year

I love the design and interior of the villa. Its new and supermodern. You feel calmness as they arw using white color for the interior. Staffs are very friendly. The balcony is massive that you can chillax and enjoy the sunset at.
CONS :
Since the villa area located opposite of construction area, the balcony area become dusty. Hot water in washroom wasnt functioning well. It only last for 5-10mins, called up the staff to fix it, it still the same. The toilet and washroom are using glass doot which another person can see through when u r taking shower. So if you are coming with your friends or family, this gonna be hard. What i did, whenever 1 of us need to take shower or use toilet, another person has to go to the balcony... This villa mainly for couples i guess?
But overall, the villa is really gergous.

GGastnutzerKami cukup senang stay disini. Dengan kenyamanan kamar seperti apartement. Tidak bingung duduk, makan dimana, colokan charge ada dimana mana. Bangunan unik, ada 2lt. Lt bawah: living room, kulkas, balkon, bathroom, kitchen bar. Lt atas: twin bed, sofa,TV, toilet Hanya saja waktu masuk kamar, lampu redup. Lalu minta diganti dan petugas sigap membantu. Lokasi : Seminyak...utk jalan ke cafe”/ pantai mesti naik motor/mobil. Pelayanan semua petugas baik 👍
Terus tingkatkan ditambah dengan fasilitas acara keluarga seperti cooking class / games” agar makin betah stay di Pandawa All Suite.

Lizard Concerns: Lizards can easily access the apartment, which may be a concern for those who are afraid of them.
Maintenance Needs: The apartment requires some minor repairs and upgrades.
