Such a spacious apartment. We had two bedrooms for our family and two bathrooms. The apartment had filtered water and a coffee machine - which were nice touches and greatly appreciated. It was very quite at night. Each room had it's own air con. Very handy location being right next to the mall, there is a food court on one of the top levels - near Poppies exit I think - lovely to try some different food up here. There is a supermarket underneath the mall - we kept getting lost so I can't remember which exit this was near. Quite a short walk to the main beach. You can walk to garlic lane - 20 min, or take a gojek for a couple of dollars. The pool is adequate but small, not much vibe but a good way to cool down. Breakfast was offered by the hotel next door and it had a good atmosphere and good range of things to try.

Es ist eine großartige Mischung aus Service-Apartments und Hoteleinrichtungen, die es perfekt für längere Aufenthalte machen. Das Personal war höflich und immer für alles da, was man brauchte. Die Lage ist nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und die Gegend hat ein fantastisches Nachtleben, wenn Sie nach der Arbeit austeilen möchten. In der Nähe gibt es großartige Restaurants. Liebte die Art und Weise, wie die gesamten Requisiten mit Hundepark auf dem Dach und Pool mit Blick auf den Strand und den Sonnenuntergang gestaltet sind. Der Pool mit Blick auf den Strand und den Sonnenuntergang war der schönste Teil des Anwesens und es machte Spaß, den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten, während man Cocktails schlürfte. Würde es Freunden, Paaren, Alleinreisenden empfehlen…

Wir haben drei Nächte gebucht... Das Personal ist super freundlich, und zuvorkommend. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind vom Grundgedanke super, leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen, eine Grundsanierung wäre schön.. Großes Bad, Zimmer schöner Balkon sind vorhanden, müssten aber saniert werden. Weg zum mehr sind ca 7 min, Shuttle gibt es.. Frühstück durchschnitt, nichts besonderes..

We are very pleased to be in this place. very cozy small courtyard with a swimming pool, lots of plants. the staff was super friendly and helped in any questions. We had a deluxe room - a kitchen-living room and a separate closed bedroom with air conditioner. Please note that the kitchen-living room has open areas and you are always in the fresh air and you have your own mini-garden with stones and plants right in the kitchen)) it was a wonderful experience. Of course, sometimes spiders and ants came to us, but you are in Bali and this is ok🤣 There were always clean towels and linen, the cleaning was excellent. The kitchen was clean, basic utensils were provided. For management: it is good to put some more stones in the backyard (behind sofa)and paint the wall there. Thank you. Hope we will come back again next year

Das Geschäft ist sehr klein, so dass es leicht verpasst wird, aber das Hotel selbst ist immer noch sehr gut, der Preis ist super hoch, es gibt einen Pool und ein Restaurant und ein Spa-Stuhl. Das Zimmer ist ein wenig dunkel, aber sehr geeignet für den Schlaf, sehr ruhig.

La ubicación es perfecta , el personal muy atento, necesitamos un ventilador y enseguida nos los trajeron, faltaría algo más de menaje en la cocina y más enchufes , las sábanas y toallas las las cambian cada dos días , pero en general repetiría si voy a Canggu !

If you’re looking for adventure then this place fits the bill. It’s not the nicest but good enough if you plan to be out exploring on your bike anyway. Be ready to show your booking every morning for breakfast if you got it included. The staff was ok but there was some language barrier. Don’t buy gas from the lady who you can get a bike from at the hotel, it’s overpriced. Other places are fair at 70,000 rupiah for a full bottle. Close to Kelingking beach but go there early or afternoon when it’s less busy from day trip people. Next time I would stay on east side to see Diamond at Sunrise or the Northside where the locals live and there’s more live music and food

I know this is very late review but I think I need to write something about my experience. First time I stayed here with my aunty. I found this place via google recommendation. Such a WOW place to stay. During pandemic on 2020, they gave you cheaper price (without breakfast). I even went back to the apartment and tried another type of their room. I like the one with the kitchen. The staffs are so friendly and helpfull. I like the idea of this apartment. Thank you for your hospitality.

Nice guest house, Today is my last day here by Ratu Guest House, I spent here two weeks with my family and I can only spend positive words. The rooms are comfortable and clean, every room has the air conditioning and they overlook the internal courtyard where you can relax and enjoy the small shared swimming pool. The staff is really friendly and polite. possibility to rent scooters directly on site excellent value for money
