Everything was great, the location was perfect as well. The only thing was that they didn’t have air conditioning, so it was really hot during the heatwave and there were no windows that could be opened. Other than that I had a great stay thank you :)

Room was good but a bit tired. Basically a studio apartment, comfy bed and a very well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom. I told the hotel I was working nights and needed to sleep during the day, so they put me in a quiet room at the top at the back which was very nice.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, sehr sauber, es dauert zehn Minuten, um den alten Trafford-Station zu Fuß zu gehen. Es ist sehr bequem.

DdavidroseagainI've stayed at this particular hotel previously (almost exactly a year ago) and my experience this time around is not as good. Firstly, the good things are the location and the rooms are very modern, new and have everything you would need. Now for the negatives. When I checked in I was surprised that I was given a twin room, although I believed I had booked a double. It turns out in small print there was something that said I might be given a twin - but this is more the fault of trip.com so I will not mark this hotel down because of it. The hotel was fully booked so they unfortunately couldn't move me into a double room. However, they were not proactive at all at trying to come up with a solution - they didn't suggest moving me to another room on another day, and they did not suggest that they could push the twin beds together to create a double - I only discovered this after a couple of days later when I pushed the beds together and then housekeeping was happy to dress the beds as a double.
Cleanliness was generally pretty good, and while I don't expect perfection, there were a couple of areas that needed work. The space under the bathroom counter was very dusty and I came across two dusty old fries next to the bed.
Part way through my stay, the LED lights in the kitchenette started having issues. Housekeeping said they would report this and someone would come to fix it. Nobody ever came to fix it.
On one of the busy mornings, one of the lifts stopped working. The staff didn't inform any guests and so a lot of time was wasted and guests eventually figured out they had to use the stairs.

TTheVoyagerZweite Zeit bleiben, aber diese Zeit bei Citysuites 2. absolut in Liebe mit dem beheizten Pool und Dampfraum. Auch versuchte das voll ausgestattete und gut geräumige Fitnessraum. Empfang immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer frisch und sauber. Schöne Auswahl bei Brekkie. Highly recommend the Eggs Royale. Will defo bleiben dort wieder nächstes Mal wir sind zurück.

Is a £100 deposit to pay on arrival on top of your room price that i wasn’t aware of when booking but wasn’t too much of a problem as it was returned on checkout. Room really spacious, wasn’t the cleanest, food and stains under the sofa cushions, and what looked like a cigarette burn on the couch near the window.
Only issue was breakfast, just not enough staff to cater for everyone. Half an hour for a cup of tea, an hour for food. So just be prepared for the wait. Was warned to book a time-slot on arrival which we did but that made no difference. Overall i would stay again, just put the issues down to it being the holidays and obvious staffing issues over this time

ZZuEs ist ein fantastisches Hotel mit wunderbaren Aussehen. Der Service ist gut und der Empfangsmann ist so nett! Auch es ist günstig, da es eine Bahnhof neben dem Hotel gibt. Wunderbar Hotel!

SStevenAmazing building converted into a great hotel. The rooms are laid out round a huge open central area. Really very reasonable considering it's the centre of Manchester. Piccadilly station and reasonable parking both just a stones throw away.

MMrMissMrsExcellent large space similar to an apartment. Fascinated with the number of rooms and how much amenities there was available and good quality cosmetics from The White Conpany. Only negative was that walls are a bit thin, as well as their being stairs down to reception and the shower drain does not flow as easily so water does build up.

GGastnutzerThe location is at the heart of the city centre with many restaurants out of the doors, but noise was included, especially at night time. Free bus is available just 2 minutes away from the property. The facilities were a bit old. Netflix was provided that was wonderful

GGastnutzerA great apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was really comfortable. Only issue we had was with the patio doors onto the balcony were not easy to use but we worked it out in the end. Would 100% stay again.
