Tolles Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und besonders freundlichem, zuvorkommendem Personal. Gerade auch im Umgang mit unserem kleinen Sohn haben wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war top und die Lage 1A. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

1. Tolle Lage: Nur wenige Gehminuten von der [U-Bahn-Station/Bahnhof/Sehenswürdigkeit] entfernt, mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. 2. Sauberkeit: Die Zimmer sind makellos sauber, die Handtücher sind strahlend weiß, sodass man sich sehr wohlfühlt. 3. Freundlicher Service: Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und reagieren schnell. Als wir zwei zusätzliche Wasserflaschen bestellt haben, wurden sie sofort geliefert. Für diesen Preis und an dieser Lage ist die Erfahrung wirklich unschlagbar. Ob Geschäftsreise oder Familienurlaub, dies ist eine ausgezeichnete Wahl.

The location and room size is very good. Service from the receptionist was generally good. You get a text on WeiXin (WeChat) about local food eateries and attractions nearby, WiFi info and cleaning service, but note, do not expect a hotel 24 hr service. I was not sure about the air con if it was working or not, and only found out how to operate on the day of leaving, so advise if you are unsure to contact the receptionist and they will guide you. Note, this is a budget apartment booking and the receptionist may be away on a short break so you do need to have a bit of patience to allow them to return, but if you have weChat, they do respond and let you know. The room we had has seen much better days particularly the shower room. The shower door doesn't close fully so beware not to spray water towards the door. There was a Samsung washing machine which did turn on, (we did not use it). There was a drying rack for clothes as well. Overall it was a functional budget apartment for a short stay if you need to accommodate 3 to 4 people.

Excelent service. The staff were always very helpful and nice to us. They replied quick in wechat. It is very easy to reach, near to the metro station and a lot of food stores. We arrived very late in the night (like 1am) and still we found food. The room was very clean, as expected in the pictures. They changed our towels and tooth brush daily wich surprised us. We also had a very good view from the windows. We asked for a non smoking room and we were veru happy that didn't smell like cigarettes. Maybe you can smell some times the bathroom but I think is because of the sanitary installations, not the first one that we smelled in China. Very recommended in general :)

Great and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well. The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26. There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess) The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced. Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

Ich war mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Der Gastgeber hat mich vorher angerufen, um mir die Lage mitzuteilen und mir mit meinem Gepäck geholfen. Er hat es mir sogar bei meiner Abreise zurückgebracht. Sehr empfehlenswert. Ich hatte einen sehr guten Eindruck von Chengdu, habe aber vergessen, Fotos zu machen. Hier sind ein paar Fotos vom leckeren Essen in Chengdu, hahahahaha.

Das Apartmenthotel liegt direkt im Stadtzentrum, neben der Chunxi Road. Die Zimmergröße ist ebenfalls sehr passend, es gibt sogar einen Sofabereich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfassend: Waschtrockner, Kühlschrank, Induktionskochfeld, großer Fernseher und sogar Latexkissen. Ein großer Vorteil ist der riesige Tiefgaragenparkplatz des Gebäudes, in dem das Hotel untergebracht ist – es gibt genügend Stellplätze und das Parken ist kostenlos. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Für diesen Preis ist das Hotel absolut preiswert, Chengdu ist wirklich hart umkämpcht 😂

Die Lage ist zentral, in der Nähe eines Parks und eines Platzes. Allerdings befindet sich die Wohnung in einem recht alten Gebäude, der Aufzug ist überfüllt und langsam, und obwohl das Zimmer sauber war, roch es unangenehm und nicht richtig beseitigt. Am ersten Tag habe ich eine halbe Flasche Raumspray verwendet, um den Geruch zu überdecken, aber er hielt sich noch tagelang hartnäckig. Das Gebäude wird hauptsächlich von Alleinreisenden bewohnt; Alleinreisende sollten sich für ein Hotel entscheiden, da diese in der Regel einen besseren Empfangsservice bieten.

Mit der Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof ist man schnell überall hingekommen. Die Aussicht aus meinem Zimmer war echt Klasse! Ich konnte über die Bahnhofshalle schauen und die Stadt sehen! Das Personal war super hilfreich. Jedes Problem wurde direkt gelöst, auch wenn die Kommunikation manchmal schwierig war! Das Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Schwierigkeiten hattet ich mit den Steckdosen in meinem Zimmer, aber auch da könnte mir das Personal weiter helfen.

Die Ausstattung ist fantastisch. Das Hotel liegt etwa 20-30 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt (Chun Xi, IFC usw.). Die Sauberkeit lässt jedoch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Alle Kissen rochen extrem unangenehm (nach Speichel von Gästen, die vorher hier geschlafen haben). An Schlaf war dadurch nicht zu denken. Hoffentlich kann das Reinigungspersonal beim nächsten Mal nachbessern. Außerdem habe ich am ersten Abend recht spät bestellt. Ich nehme an, es war auch die Schuld des Lieferfahrers, da er die Lieferung an „快递“ statt an „外卖“ geschickt hat. Zur Erklärung: Die Lieferung kam gegen 23:30 Uhr an. Es war nichts da, und ich musste dreimal anrufen. Die ersten beiden Male hieß es nur: „Es gibt eine automatische Lieferung, die möglicherweise für Sie ist. Allerdings ist nichts anderes für Ihr Zimmer da.“ Beim dritten Anruf musste ich darum bitten, noch einmal nachzusehen, da es bereits weit nach 0:15 Uhr war. Erst dann stellten sie fest, dass der Fahrer es am falschen Ort abgestellt hatte, und ich erhielt es erst gegen 12:30 Uhr. Abgesehen davon war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, und ich würde gerne wiederkommen, solange die Sauberkeit verbessert wird. Niemand möchte auf stinkenden Kissen schlafen.
