We booked Fraser Suites as the earlier hotel we booked did not met our expectations. We were glad that we found Fraser Suites on trip.com as it did not disappoint. The executive 2 room that we booked was super spacious and the family loves it. The beds were comfortable. As the hotel was just beside a mall, line 2 subway, it was super convenient. There is also a 24 hour Lawson convenience shop. My little boy caught a fever on the third day. We approached the front desk in the morning and Ms Doris Gao helped us to order some medication and got it delivered to us in time. She was very helpful and also checked in with us on my little boy condition. We would also like to thank Aunty Amy Jiang who helped us kept the room clean and nice everyday. We appreciated her attentiveness very much. All in all, glad to have found Fraser Suites Dalian. We will book this hotel again when we visit Dalian next summer.

Courteous & polite receptionist. Can use English for communication since my Chinese isn’t good . This one of my advantages. Easy to look for foods, subtrain station just v near , easy to get to the airport which only ¥4.00 per person .. than taking taxi may cost¥100.00 . If I ever come to Dalian again I would choose to stay here again.. with  washing machine   & liquid provided  provided upon request .lastly I would say “ a v comfortable stay”

Das erste Zimmer, das mir gegeben wurde, war nicht das Zimmer, das ich eigentlich reserviert habe, so hat er es dann geändert. Die Gesamtreinigung ist nicht gut und es ist alt. Es braucht eine tiefe Reinigung und einige Touch-ups. Es ist schade, wenn es nicht gut gepflegt wird. Insgesamt ist noch eine gute Option für den Preis und sie werden mit allem helfen, was sie Ihren Aufenthalt bequem machen können.

A super neat and clean place which lights up the whole place. Nice sea view and location which are near to the tourist attractions. The host is friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, a good place to stay in! Will come back again if I have a chance to!

Die Aussichtsposition ist ausgezeichnet und der Blickwinkel ist super. Es liegt direkt gegenüber von Water City. Es ist sehr praktisch für Essen und Unterkunft. Das Überraschendste ist, dass Essen zum Mitnehmen im Obergeschoss geliefert werden kann. Die Haushälterin reagierte sehr zeitnah auf Nachrichten. 위치가 굉장히좋아요 외진곳아니고 중심부에요 공항에서 택시(디디)로 25위안정도나와요 폭설로 지연되서 새벽에도착했는데 1층 주무시고계신 경비아저씨 깨워서 중앙현관 열어주셔서 들어갔어요 7층에서 체크인했고 직원분이 친절하세요 저희방은 9층이었고 방 업그레이드해주셨고 좀 낡은 느낌이지만 가성비 좋은호텔이에요 다시 대련 가게되면 또 방문할예정입니다

공항에서 지하철 타고 2호선 끝쪽에 있는 사진에 나온 역으로 나오시면 걸어서 5분 거리에 있습니다. 나오면 맞은편에 kfc가 보일텐데 큰 길가에서 baidu 지도 보면서 쭉 직진하다가 오른쪽에 꺾이는 길 있는데 거기입니다. 호텔이 아니라 아파트 식으로 돼있어서 저는 5명한테 물어보고 30분만에 찾았습니다. 오기 전에 이 리뷰를 보셨다면 정말 행운인거죠. A1으로 들어가는 입구 있는데 거기서 20층으로 가시면 됩니다 가격은 일본 게하랑 비슷한데 시티뷰에 바다까지 보이는게 말이 안됩니다. 대련 처음왔는데 여기 오자마자 오길 잘했다는 생각이 들었네요. 아쉬운건 저녁에 왔더니 주변에 먹을만한게 역근처에 kfc랑 로손밖에 없다는건데 지하철이 잘되어있으니 다른 곳 나가서 먹으면 되고 좀만 걸으면 볼만한 곳 진짜 많습니다. 전 도착하자마자 3시간 걸었네요 강추합니다 단저믄와잇파이가잘안대용무족건이심빵빵하개헤오새영

The check-in process is a bit challenging for foreigners. However, the receptionist was helpful and helped with the check-in procedure. Additionally foreigners need to provide personal information in an Excel file, which is bothersome. The kitchen covers were pretty dirty, the outside looked good. Highly recommended! The room is huge, the bed and the space, it's worth it. It provides a sofa, washing machine, kitchen and a huge refrigerator. For the kitchen area, you could just bring your own stove if you plan on staying there for more than a week ☺️

Die großen Handelsplätze, Supermärkte, Restaurants und Badegegenstände sind komplett, einige sogar in diesem Geschäftsgebäude. Das Gebäude muss nicht ausgeschaltet werden, die Aufzugstürme können Sie warm essen, wie Essen, Haarschneiden, Metallis, Schalen, Einkaufen usw. Das ist ein sehr bequemer Ort, jeden Tag werden Leute schlagen und die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden lang arbeiten. Ich bin mit diesem Hotel zufrieden. Der Preis ist angemessen, nicht zu verstehen, das Gefühl der Sicherheit ist sehr gut, die Dinge sind billig, es ist notwendig, wirklich bekannt. Our recent stay at the apartment was overall a positive experience. The location was excellent, situated conveniently near the university, which was our primary objective. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with shops downstairs offering various food options for our convenience. However, there were a few areas that could have been improved. Firstly, there was no daily cleaning service provided, which was a bit of a disappointment. Secondly, only one bath towel was provided, which was insufficient for our needs. On the first day of our stay, we were asked to wait due to a window being broken in the original booking, which although understandable, was still an inconvenience. The owner was polite and communicated effectively through phone, which was appreciated. The Ayi who was there to open the apartment for us was not as accommodating, however. She shouted at us for using one of the bath towels as a step-out mat from the shower, which we felt was an unnecessary reaction. Due to the fact that the tiles are slippery after showering,The shower itself was a bit inconvenient as it did not have doors, allowing water to easily flow out into the room but we managed to adjust the direction of the shower head and make it work. For future guests, we would recommend topping up the toilet rolls and toothpaste to ensure a more comfortable stay for three days . Overall, despite the few shortcomings, the apartment was comfortable and clean, and we would consider staying there again in the future.
