Die Umgebung ist wirklich gut, neben der Treppe zum Königspark ist auch die Hygiene gut, die großen bodentiefen Fenster im Zimmer sind super bequem und die Einrichtungen sind komplett, und es gibt eine Freizone zur Stadt innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt

I booked online. Soon after I booked, I called Alderney on Hay to clarify the room. As I needed twin beds for my friend and I. On my arrival there was a queen bed. I was told it was going to cost me another $25 dollars extra to split the bed into two. Or they could open up the 2nd bedroom for $30 extra per night. Three nights at a total of an extra $90 dollars. Checking with them about my phone call to clarify the twin beds. The lady state that my phone call was received about the twin beds, but the receptionist didn’t let the house staff know. With my long day of travel and the look on the housekeeper’s face, that she had more work to do at knock off time. I just said open the other room. Laying in bed that night thinking. No, this it not my mistake… And I shouldn’t have to pay extra. I when to reception to discuss the matter. I was told the 2nd bedroom was unlocked. Which is wasn’t and my daughter can clarify. The receptionist could fix the situation and she was going to get the manager to contact me. No contact made. Plus the several times I was at reception to fix the problem. The manager was on the phone or not there.

The location is perfect: 2mins walk to the famous Margaret river bakery; minutes walk to the central where everything else is available including Woolies, tourist centre, and eateries of all cuisines - we chose a Thai restaurant during our trip, and some simple shopping. The free parking is perfect. And the unit is clean and tidy too. The pool though, was kinda dirty- but it was cold so we didn’t swim. It would be great if the description could include that the reception is closed after 6pm. Although the check in is equally smooth and easy without a reception. Overall a great experience - highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable stay. Walkable to many shops and food outlets. The only gripe is that the paid parking is one street away. The room is neat and clean. The dryer and washer are clean and well-maintained - surprised that the lint filter is clean and empty, unlike some accommodation that don't bother to empty it. Spare pillows provided in the cupboards if you need additional ones. Would be good if a trash bin can be provided at the living area, and a drying rack for wet dishes. Pleasant and helpful staff. Note that the front desk is open till 11pm only. For late arrivals, do inform them. We reached at about 8pm and none of the street parking outside the apartments was not available so it was cumbersome to move all our luggages along with our kids. The entrance is not barrier-free (3 small steps into the main door) so travellers with heavy luggages might require some help. The building is secure with a tap access lock into the main door.

Hotel is efficient and great value. I didn’t know full housekeeping is only every 3 days which is fine. They do change towels and empty bins but you need to make your own bed and clean your cups and dishes. Pros- Good location. Cat yellow bus stop just a few mins walk from hotel. Spacious and clean rooms Nespresso machine and capsules are provided Surrounding area is gorgeous and peaceful Cons. Noisy especially on weekends as Hotel is a mixed development where restaurants, cafe and bars are on the ground floor so rooms on the 3rd floor are noisy at night until late. Bathroom floor is always wet. I suspect a leak somewhere in the room. Do not expect any service except one staff handling check in.

Spacious apartment near airport. My family and I only stayed for a night before an early flight out. 2-storey building with no lift so will need to carry up luggage. Car can be parked very close to the block so no issue there.

Das Hotel ist eine Wohnungsstil, geeignet für sich selbst, was zu essen, die Waschbecken kostenlos zu testen, insgesamt fühlt sich 4 Sterne an.

Wir kamen spät, so dass das Büro geschlossen wurde. Wir erhielten eine E-Mail, in der erläutert wurde, wie wir unsere Schlüssel in die Wohnung zu bekommen. Autopark war ein bisschen eine Herausforderung, um in die, wenn Sie ein großes Auto fahren (wir fahren ein Rav4). Sie erhalten eine Menge, wenn Sie in der Innenstadt sind. Unterkünfte war sehr sauber. Viele Anweisungen, um Ihnen zu informieren, wie jeder Apparat funktioniert. Aircon war seltsam, da Sie die Balkontüren zu schließen, bevor es funktioniert. Sehr komfortabel im Zimmerbett. Das Rollaway Bett hat ein fehlendes Rad, so blieb beim Bett stechen. Insgesamt, sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt dort. Vielen Dank.
