Stayed 2 nights – secure parking + simple comfy rooms in Hobart We booked Bay Hotel Apartments for the on-site parking, and it was worth it. Driving in Hobart CBD can be stressful, but parking right at the hotel made everything easy. The apartment was simple, clean, and quiet with a comfortable bed. Nothing fancy, but perfect for 2 nights exploring Salamanca and the waterfront on foot.

It’s an air B & B. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, das Problem war nicht die Wohnung, es ist Trip.com Service fehlgeschlagen. Ich habe es hier reserviert, aber sie haben dem Besitzer keine meiner Details gegeben, so dass der Besitzer mich nicht für eine Überprüfung der Details überhaupt kontaktieren konnte. Ich wusste nicht, es ist ein Luft-B&B, ich habe nach Stunden im Büro getun, nur fand es geschlossen. Dann realisierte ich, dass es nicht die Adresse des Büros war, so ging ich zur Wohnung, auch niemand da, natürlich niemand, es ist ein airB&B, ich war der einzige, der die Nacht verblieben, Glück habe ich die Nummer und Rang des Besitzers, erhitzte Sie, Es ist nach 7:30 Uhr, ich hatte Glück, sie zum zweiten Mal zu halten. Dann sagte sie mir, wer das Zimmer für mich reserviert hat, geben sie niemals Details von mir. Wie funktioniert das Trip.com?

Location is great, near Hobart CBD and also waterfront. We got an ‘exterior’ unit with 2 bedrooms on the second level, quite difficult to get up to with large luggages. The rooms are spacious and the queen bed room comes with a heater!

Good location, close to waterfront. Unfortunately, also close to Hobart Hospital so you can hear the helicopter coming and going which was quite noisy at night. Our apartment was spacious but more dated than it appeared in photos and we had a view over the air conditioning units. ☹️ Restaurant was great for dinner at night but the only good thing I can say about the breakfast is the lovely friendly waitress that served our table. Food was awful and not good value at all. The apartment was serviced daily, the toiletries were good quality and replaced which was appreciated. Good for family trips.

you will get everything that you want in the Hotel Room. I’ve got a suite: the view, the space, the lighting, the washroom heater, a laundry with detergent, and a good budget.

Very spacious, clean and fully equipped. We love cooking, the cooking equipment and dishwashers are wonderful. Quite and convenient for family stay. Supermarket within working distance and a shopping mall nearby (4 mins drive) which got two big supermarkets and shops. Got Telstra shop inside the shopping mall which helped us settle the phone card problem. Only a reminders for those who drive with big car. Car park is quite small for big car (7 ). Maybe good for skilful drivers, but not for those not good at parking. Help desk team are nice and responsive .  Thank you !

The stay here was in perfect location to the wharf and the Salamanca Market. I did have some privacy concerns with the studio apartment such as being able to see into the bedroom from the shared balcony as well as the frosted bathroom window.

Check in at the hotel, in town was very uninspiring. Just presented with a key and emergency telephone numbers. The apartment was up an outside flight of 15 concrete steps. The room is quite dated, flyscreens on the opening window was not secured, however, on a positive note, the bed was comfortable and linens of good quality. We stayed for 3 nights but didn't have any towels changed during that time!... the room was only serviced on one occasion. Rather disappointed in the lack of service.

The location is superb! Salamanca weekend market is just across the street! The beds are comfy! We stayed for 6 nights and we had undisturbed deep sleep throughout the night. The apar**ent is very spacious and cozy. Highly recommended for family!
