We have been on a road trip from Marrakech to see the dunes. This has been the best hotel we stayed in on our roadtrip. The staff are so genuinely pleasant, friendly and accommodating. I am a vegan with additional diet restrictions due to my health, and I was catered for with freshly cooked healthy meals. A huge shout out to Moha, the chef, who prepared our meals fresh. His passion comes out in the food. He is such a pleasant fun guy. I recommend giving your order in good time as everything is prepared fresh. The receptionist, Hassan, really made us feel right at home. I spent a night at a tented camp (15min drive only), and unfortunately, had a rough night. The next day, I was slightly unwell, and I returned back to the hotel, because I knew I will be comfortable. Hassan was most kind in arranging a room, so welcoming and accommodating to the fact that I was not well. Just what one needs when you are unwell and on holiday. The location of this hotel allows you to arrange a trip into the dunes (15min drive), the hotel will also help arrange camel rides etc...you can also visit the Gnaoua (traditional music) and nomad families all about 10min by car (4x4 car is needed) Speak to Hassan or any staff, and they can help with this. You can go to the dunes and experience sunset / sunrise and come back to this wonderfully comfortable hotel for breakfast or dinner. Whilst the rooms have all the modern necessities, such as perfect working AC, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms / nice shower, the rooms and hotel have a brilliant feel of the culture. It's a new hotel who are doing everything right. I cannot recommend this place any higher.

Nasser Palace is an oasis in the Sahara Desert. The whole experience was excellent! It's a beauiful hotel that is well maintained. The room was very comfortable, which was made for a restful sleep after a long drive. The meals were quite delicious, and the a great ambience of sitting around the pool. There was live dinner music, complete with african drumming. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There were a variety of activities.....particulary enjoyed the sunset tour with Hussein. It was a fun drive through the sand dunes. The desert views in front of the hotel were spectacular, complete with a camel camp. Felt safe taking an early morning walk to see the sunrise. The visit was arranged through Najib Kziou @najibtours, who planned an excellent excursion in the Sahara Desert.

Diese gepflegte Hotelanlage eignet sich besonders als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg von Fes nach Ouarzazate. Freundlicher Empfang und grosse Zimmer , die sich um Innenhöfe oder Dachterrassen gruppieren. Die Anlage verfügt über einen Pool , Restaurant & Bar. Zu meiner Übernachtungszeit am 17.Juni waren kaum Hotelgäste im Hotel - dies war vielleicht der Grund , warum die Bar geschlossen schien. Das Restaurant machte uns ein leckeres Abendessen mit Salat, Hühnchen & Gemüse, Obst. Das Frühstück (kein Buffet) war ok. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann vor allem die schmutzigen Sitzbezüge im Pool- und Restaurantbereich. Diese scheinen permanent auf den Stühlen zu liegen (auch nachts ?) und werden von Vögeln scheinbar gerne als Sitzplatz genutzt. Eher unangenehm sich auf solche Stühle zu setzen und dass muss eigentlich auch vom Personal gesehen werden. Für einen Kurzzeitaufenthalt geht das Hotel auf jeden Fall in Ordnung.

Am Rande der Wüste waren wir im Rahmen einer Rundreise in diesem schönen Hotel untergebracht. In den 70ern erbaut und vor einigen Jahren umfassend renoviert, ist dies ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Alle Bereiche sind sehr großzügig gestaltet und sehr sauber. Mein Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf die Wüste war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Personal an Rezeption, der tollen Bar und im Restaurant war sehr nett. Abendbuffet und Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lecker. Leider ist es im Speisesaal sehr laut, wenn viele Gäste essen. In Summe eine Wohlfühloase und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Trips in die Wüste.

We found Hassan through a friend who traveled with him 6 years ago. We compared his trip with others tours and decided to book with Sahara Magic. We set up our adventure from home and called Hassan on Facebook messenger. He answered and was very kind and informative. He helped us plan a great trip allowing us to make many choices about where we stayed, what we saw, how long we spent in the desert. He really allowed us to plan exactly the trip we wanted. He is our friend now as he is of our friends he spent time 6 years ago. We had plenty of space while at the same Hassan shared with us a lot of great about everything we saw. If you are booking a desert trip or need any help with any tour in Morocco use Sahara Magic. There service is the best as well as there prices. You will not feel pressured or taken at any point. They really listen to what you want and need to have a wonderful adventure.

Ein wunderbarer Ort in der Wüste Marokkos. Alle Mitarbeiter verschwenden sich, weil sie Ihren Aufenthalt perfekt und speziell machen und es erreichen. Wir waren im oberen Lager und ...¡Wir sind ein toller Sturm mit Blitzen und Sturm gefallen! Nun, das ganze Personal ging um das Ausgleichen, was ein unvorhergesehenes natürliches Phänomen war und dass wir einen perfekten Aufenthalt hatten und so war es. Eine wunderbare Erinnerung an alles, Jaimes, Essen, das Personal. ¡Danke für alles! Wir werden zweifellos zurückkommen.
