Das Hotel war für uns ein 6er im Lotto :-) Familiäre Atmosphäre, liebenswertes und hilfsbereites Personal, tolle Lage mit einem grandiosen Blick auf den Flughafen, die Bucht und Skiathos Stadt. Die Flugzeuge zu beobachten war für uns sehr spannend, und uns hat die Lautstärke auch nicht gestört. Der kleine Pool war genau richtig für eine Erfrischung zwischendurch und auch die Zimmer sind schön. Wir hatten in der zweiten Urlaubshälfte ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein größeres Zimmer und mussten uns nicht mal selbst um den ”Umzug” kümmern. Bei Fragen zu Mietwagen, Bootsverleih, Erkundungsfahrten etc. erhielten wir immer ehrliche und hilfreiche Tipps und auch Fragen, die ich im Vorfeld schon direkt per e-Mail vor der Anreise hatte wurden umfangreich beantwortet. Maria an der Bar ist ein Schatz und alleine deshalb schon würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen! Mit dem Frühstück waren wir zufrieden, allerdings waren wir auch nur eine Woche da und deshalb war es für uns absolut ausreichend. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre es vielleicht irgendwann eintönig geworden, aber wir konnten uns immer satt essen und haben uns auch nicht daran gestört, dass Marmelade, Butter etc. in Portionsdosen angeboten wurde. Zwar verursacht das Müll, aber recht frisch ”nach Corona” ist es sicherlich hygienischer. Die Getränkeauswahl an der Bar war für uns auch absolut ok, und man kann dort ein paar Snacks für den kleinen Hunger bekommen. Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden und es gab Tränen und Umarmungen beim Abschied. Wenn das in allen Hotels der Philian-Gruppe so ist wissen wir, wo wir unseren nächsten Urlaub buchen! Our 2nd time in Skiathos, our first stay at Blue Horizon Studios. A full 2 weeks of absolute bliss! An amazing family run accommodation who make you feel part of their family. Nothing is too much trouble, the rooms are a good size with a kitchen area, bathroom, wardrobes, double bed, dressing table. Plenty of sockets and lighting, and a good size balcony with clothes drier. The rooms are cleaned everyday, towels, bedding etc. The menu is quite small but everything is cooked perfect and all of the meals are really nice. Great selection of drinks at the bar. The dining area is really modern and very clean and inviting. The pool area has sun beds and again is really nice and clean with an amazing sea view and a good view over the town. There is a great view of the planes landing and taking off. It’s a 15 minute walk into town down the hill, once you’ve done the hill back you get used to it, but the views you get is well worth the walk. Absolute amazing place to stay and we are already looking at booking again!
