MR P. Boutique Residence

This is a rare find on the Greek Islands! I arrived in Skiathis early, right from the ferry. Marianna and Petro has my room all ready for me! They showed me around and made sure I knew where everything was (like the complimentary bottled water)! I can't say enough about their hospitality! The bed is thick and comfortable with 4 pillows...one for any taste! I love the view of the water. I will definitely stay again!!

Dimi met us at the front door on arrival, this was much appreciated after a VERY long travel day from Canada! The room was very comfortable and near the port so easy access to restaurants, shopping & ferries. We will stay here again.

My only criticism is the number of stairs to access this spot- too many of them with a heavy suitcase!

The property and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. We had a deluxe double which had the benefit of a balcony with what I would describe as a side sea view. The balcony itself looks out directly onto the school playground. The bed was comfortable and the room had a fridge which was also useful. The bathroom was decent albeit the shower was very small indeed. However it was powerful and hot water was in plentiful supply. The location is great. It’s practically opposite the bus terminal in town at the New Port. Within minutes of all the bars, restaurants and shops. There are quite a few steps to get the the property but we knew this before we booked. Also, the communications with the owner were great. We couldn’t get our air con to work when we arrived and she was on the phone straight away and couldn’t do more to help. The keyless entry is a good idea and worked well on the main door. However for the rooms it was a bit hit and miss and sometimes took 3 or 4 attempts before it would let you in. Overall a really good centrally located accommodation which was perfect for what we wanted on our 4 day stay in Skiathos Town.

Everything was PERFECT! The room was very clean, with modern design. The wiew is very beautiful. We arrived earlier than the check in time, and the staff did everything possible to give us the room as soon as possible. The owner was very nice, and Even though she is a woman she helped us with the luggage to bring it in the room. The accomodation is near a lot of resturants and very Close to the port. We totally recommend it.💗

Clean, good location, well decorated. Was unable to get into room for almost an hour, there is no reception staff and we were not given the code to enter. Overall was good for the night but the communication was not great.

This hotel is situated at the end of the new port but still in town, nice location. A little quieter than directly in town which is good. The stairs to get up to the apartments are located next to the cafe, they are quite steep so keep this in mind. Bus stop 1 is basically right outside which is handy. The rooms are very clean! Always feels fresh after we’ve returned from a day out with fresh towels, lovely cleaning lady. Nice up to date decor. The shower did leak a little from the side so we used a towel to dry it. The front door and room door are unlocked using an app on your phone which is a brilliant idea, I hate having to remember door cards/keys! Also has touch sensitive side lamps which I loved. Very big thank you to Cleopatra, really down to earth and friendly. Made herself available whenever we needed and made sure we had a fabulous stay. Wonderful host!! Would defo stay here again.
