We chose Anemos Suites as we were looking for somewhere self-catering at the end of a month in various parts of Greece. We stayed in ”suite” 302 titled ”Sea Horse”. The room was quite spacious but there were very limited kitchen supplies. Only 3 of everything supplied (bowls, glasses etc), one burner that you plug in, kettle, sandwich toaster, one saucepan, milk pan, frypan, no microwave. We never made any meals or even a cup of tea here! They had a restaurant on site and the meal the night we arrived was tasty enough, but my husband got food poisoning from the club sandwich that night. A better dining alternative is down the end of the lane near the beach at the News Seaside Bar Restaurant where I had the best club sandwich and chips in Greece! On the second day (our first morning there, and my birthday) I attempted to have a shower but the water was cold. My husband then realised the bathroom was flooding not in the shower cubicle but bubbling up in the middle of the bathroom behind me where I hadn’t noticed. By the time he warned me and I turned it off, it was flooding out into the living area. We managed to move my suitcase just in time. We reported it but there was no-one around that morning that spoke much English. They understood enough to send the cleaner over to mop up the water and she somehow fixed the blockage, however the water was still cold so we couldn’t shower. We tried to communicate with the staff about when the hot water would be fixed but were instead handed a breakfast menu. When we asked to see the manager we were told only ”later”. After wasting a couple of hours that morning trying to resolve things (including calling our travel agent who also contacted the manager) we ended up having a sponge wash and went out to start our day. By the time we left (around 11am) someone who spoke English had arrived and he was able to tell me that a plumber would be there later that afternoon. He also gave us directions to find a doctor as my husband had developed an infection in his leg and needed antibiotics. So he at least was helpful. After returning late afternoon, I asked if we could have a replacement bathmat and hand towel as they were still soaking wet from the flooding. The elderly Greek owners started arguing with each other in Greek and then the woman argued with me saying “tomorrow” as in they were only due to replace the towels tomorrow. I think she also wanted payment for changing them earlier. I tried to explain about our room flooding but she couldn’t understand. I said they should be compensating us with a free breakfast or drinks not arguing about replacing a couple of towels, and said we would give them a bad review. There was a worker there who spoke good English (we had interacted with him the evening before) but instead of interpreting what we were saying he just went and sat at the check in desk and didn’t want to get involved. I gave up and 5 minutes later the elderly Greek lady came to our room with two towel

Wir haben mit Freunden eine sehr schöne Zeit im Hotel unique bleu verlebt. Das gesamte Ambiente ist sehr angenehm aufeinander abgestimmt. Das Personal ist zur jeder Zeit verfügbar und sehr freundlich gegenüber allen Urlaubern. Der SPA Bereich ist sehr gut und hat gute bis sehr gute Therapeuten.( Frau Chrisa) Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und zum Entspannen sehr geeignet.

The hotel is well situated close to the airport and there are numerous beaches in walking distance. It is a family run hotel, and there is a very friendly atmosphere. No effort is spared in keeping the rooms clean and tidy. The breakfast is appetizing and the selection is varied. Why stay in the city in summertime. It’s wiser to stay at a beachfront hotel . They is adequate parking area in front and to the side of the hotel. The hotel exceeded expectations.

--＞ Ankunft: Max. 15. Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt d.h. Nach ca. 20 Minuten kann der Urlaub und die Erholung beginnen. Während des Tages hört man natürlich immer wieder mal ein Flugzeug landen und starten, aber das sind nur ein paar Sekunden....wir fühlten uns davon nicht gestört. --＞ Zimmer, Ausstattung, Zimmerservice: Wir hatten die Signature Suite. Alle Zimmer sind mit Pools in unterschiedlichen Größen ausgestattet. Die Signature Suite hat einen relativ großen Pool, 2 Liegen, ein Sofa, einen großen Tisch, eine Couch und eine Saune im Außenbereich. Das Zimmer war auch sehr geräumig mit einem Schlaf- und einem Wohnbereich, Dusche und extra WC und einem offenen Badebereich. Ebenso gab es ein paar Fitnessgeräte im Zimmer. Das Zimmer wurde 2x täglich gereinigt, es gab täglich kleine Flaschen an Wasser und zur Begrüßung gab es Sekt, einen Gin, Schnaps, eine Obstplatte und eine Nachspeise. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert mit einer App und zur Begrüßung gab es ein Willkommensgetränk. Einziges kleines Manko: Es gibt keinen Sonnenschirm im Außenbereich. Bei der Hitze im August musste man dann entweder auf die Couch oder an den Strand/Pool ausweichen. Vielleicht kann man zukünftig - zumindest die größeren Villen - mit einem kleinen Sonnenschirm ausstatten. --＞ Restaurant, Service: Wir hatten HP gebucht. Das Frühstück findet im Hauptrestaurant Anasa statt....Buffetform....von der Karte konnte man sich außerdem noch verschiedene Eierspeisen bestellen. Es gibt Wasser und Orangensaft, ebenso versch. Kaffee- und Teesorten. Bei der Auswahl ist auch für jeden etwas dabei. Zu Mittag haben wir auch immer dort eine Kleinigkeit gegessen: Ein Salat, Tsatsiki...die Mengen sind wirklich nicht gerade klein, aber preislich echt in Ordnung. Abends konnte man im Anasa oder im Thymises a-la-Card essen. Vasilis und sein Team im Tymises sind wirklich top. Vasilis ist sehr bemüht und sehr herzlich. Aufgrund meiner Glutenunverträglichkeit, hatte ich zunächst etwas Probleme, da gefühlt überall Gluten in den Speisen enthalten war. Mit Vasilis Hilfe bekam ich jedoch jedes Mal etwas sehr leckeres - glutenfreies - zu Essen. Aber auch im Anasa kann man wirklich sehr gut speisen und wird total herzlich aufgenommen. Allgemein das ganze Personal - von der Rezeption bis zum Zimmerservice - ist sehr freundlich und wirklich immer total bemüht. --＞ Pool Der Pool ist nicht sehr groß, aber reicht zum entspannen und abzukühlen. Wir haben ihn jedoch nicht genutzt, da wir entweder an unserem Privat-Pool oder am Strand waren. --＞ Strand Zum Hotel gehört ein eigener Abschnitt mit sehr bequemen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Man kann auch ”order from your sunbed” - machen und sich z.B. einen Eiskaffee oder eine Früchteplatte liefern lassen. Das Personal dort ist auch sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend: Die Liegen werden immer wieder abgekehrt und von Sand befreit und man bekommt 2 Badetücher und einen Eimer mit 2 Flaschen gekühlten Wasserflaschen. --＞ Spa Wir hatten eine 60-Minütige Gan
