There was no one at reception. Not very friendly welcome. Poor service. Would not recommend it, but the treatments are good.

Excellent massages and beauty treatments!
I had a lovely experience in the Five City Spa the massages and the beauty treatments are amazing. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing experience in a beautiful environment.
