very pleasant
like olinda (near recife) this town is the best preserved site of the colonial era of brazil. the shops, the cafes and the galleries are very unique.

Charming colonial-era town
Well preserved and charming town, I highly recommend a nighttime stroll through the cobbled streets, and wear comfortable shoes!
