Nice fishing village / coastal area
El Serrallo is a nice fishing area in Tarragon and it’s to the right of the port. Nice feel to it and worth a visit and walk around.

Nice area, good restaurants
Nice area to walk around on a sunny day. There are also many restaurants to chose from. However, the fishing village charm is not really there.
