Opens Late on Sundays
We did not know the museum's hours, so had to wait until 2:00 p.m. for it to open on a Sunday. We then tried the Botanic Gardens, but they were closed, too. It is a nice little museum, more suite...

This is a new bigger, better, even more fabulous museum
The Holocaust exhibition is a travelling exhibit assembled by experts in several fields and curated by experts in assembling and managing travelling exhibits. I was impressed by all I saw.

So Fun!
Great learning place for kids to burn energy, my kids favorite part was the "bone" digging sand pits, its packed with information and fun stuff!

Come for the mosasaur, stay for everything else.
The GSU Museum has a 26' skeleton of a mosasaur (and other prehistoric artifacts) on display. There is a second room devoted to a display of artifacts related to Camp Lawton . a Civil War POW cam...
