I went on a tour. I went to the shop immediately after seeing the old sake brewing tools instead of a factory tour. I rarely drank sake, but I thought it was a lucky opportunity to sample. From Daiginjo, I thought that it was good to taste, such as mellow, clean, dry, and so on.
It is a sake brewery located about a 5-minute walk from JR Shibata Station. The typical brand is the royal crest. I just visited when the brewery was released for free, so I was able to see the tools used for sake brewing and the Ichishima family's fine household goods tools. There was also the behavior of amazake and pongashi. It was close to Ashigaru Nagaya, Shimizuen Garden, and Suwa Shrine.
