Just follow the signposts
After touring the castle and priory we followed the path down and there is another little path across a field which led to the remains (all sighnposted)

It's not easy to get to, but it was worth it to me from a historical viewpoint, I got some great photos. Interesting local history.

Worth seeing if you are passing. There isn’t a lot to see. Fenced off and informative board provided. Access from footpath that runs from the castle down to the millennium bridge.
