Not your usual intersection landmark!
Worth a quick visit with your camera while in Hokitika :-) Won't see another such historic statue in the main street of your hometown!

Nice statue -in middle of intersection
Very little traffic so was able to get a good look at the statue. It's quite impressive and worth a look

Interesting monument
I have been to Hokitika many times and not paid much attention to this beautiful statue. It is located a block from the clock tower. It is dedicated to the pioneers.
