Not much to see here - just mounds

There are a lot of mounds here. You just basically walk in the woods. The locations are marked as part of the Military Park car trail.

We were surprised to find this inside the Shiloh National Military Park. The 1.1 mile walk takes you through the remains of an Indian village. The mounds are the remains of the homes and burial places...

Did not know this was here

We did not know this was here, but it was a nice surprise to find this on the driving tour through the park. We did not get out to visit the Visitors Center and you could not drive to the Mounds thems...
