The come and take it Cannon. I must see for all Texans
I love history. I wanted to see the world famous come and take it Canon in person. I was not disappointed and I will go back and see it again.

Ir is a very beautiful piece of history that sadly enough, could be taken better care of. It's not just any piece of history either. It is where the Texas Revolution began. October 2, 1835.

Visit the Gonzales Memorial Museum!
I really enjoyed visiting the museum and meeting the Director who was very informative and knowledgeable on the fascinating historical events which Gonzales was a part of in Texas history.
