Good view
The fort is nothing interesting to see but you do get a good view from the top. Since there's not so much to do in Cayenne this is an ok choice and it's free.

It IS easy to climb on top of the City highest Hill where you can find ruins of old fort. Nice view of the Cayenne City and far out to the ocean - no blue sea by the way. If you are tired you can reac...
