Was a good stay . I wish the booking app informed us that the hot tub wasn't operational too bad. Other then that was just fine

Staff was friendly, the room was nice, even had a balcony. They are currently under construction so the pool wasnt available, didnt see anywhere that it wasnt when i booked the hotel room. Was one of the main reasons i had wanted to stay at this hotel. But other than that was a good stay.

You get what you pay for. Management only showed an interest when I got a refund through trip.com and booked elsewhere.

It's all good except for the Carpets that is old already and looks like dirty.

Rooms are large. Hotel was perfect for my stay. Clean beds were comfy.

We stayed because it was convenient to our event. Unfortunately the hotel had just been bought by a different company. The staff were trying their best, but we were disappointed. The line to check-in took over an hour, our booking wasn't in their new booking system, and the pub/restaurant services were closed. To be fair, they did honour our booking (at the same price), and Trip.com was able to reimburse us the cost of the first booking. But we were not impressed.

The hotel was undergoing renovations so there were a number of issues. The carpets in the hallways need to be replaced, the one elevator was out of order, and there was no room service available.

Unfortunately someone prior to me set the alarm clock. The bed smelled like febreeze instead of like it was clean and overall the room could use a deep clean. usb charging ports would be nice as well.

Fire alarm went off at 7am for no reason. Hotel didnt even give free breakfast in compensarion for the inconvenience.

Staff was friendly and the rooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable. The pool area was great only complaint is the pool is very cold. The hot tub and sauna were great. Would stay again.

We’ve stayed at a few hotels in this area and Wyndham is our favorite. They are undergoing renovations. The underground parking was a bonus. The lounge/restaurant had only been open one week when we were there. They were having some challenges. Employees were all amazing and very polite throughout the hotel.
