I thoroughly enjoy this hotel. From the reception to the rooms themselves. The breakfast has fantastic options and service is speedy overall. In the heart of Sandton, so commuting across Joburg is so easy.

My husband arrived early at the hotel (7am) , tired and exhausted after a long flight and staff were not helpful with getting him into the room atleast a little earlier than the check-in time or offered any other available room , he was told to wait until 2pm to check into his room . Also , he asked for a halal meal when calling room service and they just told him they don’t have anything , instead of offering an alternative . I really hope that in future , the service of this hotel would be more helpful .

We made use of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The drivers were helpful and friendly. This is a great value-added service. We were welcomed at reception by friendly staff. We were helped to our rooms. The rooms are modern, functional, and comfortable. We went to the 6th floor for dinner. The restaurant and bar there is called Level Seven. The staff there told us it was a privately owned restaurant and bar. We sat in the bar and ordered food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The only good thing about the food that night was that the fries were awesome and seasoned well. Breakfast the next morning in the main restaurant on the ground floor was exceptional—friendly staff and really good food. Overall, a great stay, let down unfortunately by the food at Level Seven.

Само пространство очень красивое, атмосферное, номера все очень удобные, современные. Сотрудники очень приветливые, добрые и решают любые вопросы! Очень благодарна и советую к заселению! Цена и качество на высшем уровне. На территории отеля имеется бассейн и зеленая лужайка, где свободно гуляют птицы

I enjoyed the whole experience, the hotel is located in a quiet and safe area so i felt safe the whole time. loved the facilities as for the food was always eating out at nearby restaurants. I will definitely visit again because I enjoyed and had a wonderful time at the hotel.

Ich habe vor kurzem in diesem Hotel übernachtet und war aufgrund der Einschränkungen des Shuttleservices enttäuscht. Obwohl das Gesamterlebnis durchschnittlich war, erwies sich das Fehlen eines 24-Stunden-Shuttleservices als erhebliche Unannehmlichkeit, insbesondere bei Flügen am frühen Morgen. Einer der Hauptgründe, warum ich dieses Hotel gewählt habe, war seine Lage und ein Shuttleservice zum Flughafen. Beim Einchecken wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass der Shuttle erst ab 7 Uhr morgens fährt. Das war sehr unpraktisch, da mein Flug früher abflog. Ich wandte mich an die Rezeption, um mich nach Alternativen zu erkundigen, in der Hoffnung auf etwas Flexibilität oder Hilfe, bekam aber den wenig hilfreichen Vorschlag, stattdessen einen Uber zu bestellen. Da ich zuvor in anderen Hotels in der Nähe von Flughäfen übernachtet hatte, hatte ich einen 24-Stunden-Shuttleservice als normal erwartet. Es war enttäuschend, dass dieses spezielle Hotel nicht den gleichen Komfort bot. Angesichts der zusätzlichen Kosten, die mit der Nutzung von Fahrdiensten wie Uber verbunden sind, war diese unvorhergesehene Ausgabe eine unwillkommene Überraschung. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass ich von der Wahl dieses Hotels abraten würde, wenn Sie einen Flug am frühen Morgen haben oder auf einen zuverlässigen 24-Stunden-Shuttleservice angewiesen sind. Ich würde empfehlen, andere Optionen in der Nähe zu erkunden, die den Komfort der Kunden in den Vordergrund stellen und einen entgegenkommenderen Shuttleservice bieten.
