Friendly staff including receptionist, waitress and waiter, and car park security. Considering the low price, value for room and the most awesome thing is the room came with buffet breakfast for 3 persons, and the breakfast was really good! Overall experience is good.

This is my third time staying at Mimpi Perhentian. It is sad to share that my experience this round is the worst as compared to the first two trips. There is no toiletries refill after the room was made up because the items are out of stock. I do understand that it closing season soon because of the monsoon. However, I did pay for the room at full price. Why do I have to be the collateral damage of the weather? The bed sheet and comforter have a smell which is caused by the sheet not drying properly. On my fourth day, the room was not made up when I returned to my room at noon. I called the front desk and told them to give me a new set of towels and omit the housekeeping. At around 4pm, the housekeeping staff knocked on my door and wanted to make up the room. Hence I am not sure if they have initially forgotten to make my room or if they only have one staff to do housekeeping. On top of that, I had a rude encounter with the restaurant manager. I went diving daily at 8am hence I have made a special request to pack my breakfast (which is included in the room package) and I will collect it at noon time. On the first day, the packed food portion was too little so I requested extra fruits on the second day with the restaurant manager in the morning. She said ok and when I collected my food at noon, it was not packed. Hence I asked the waitress on duty to pack it for me instead. On the third day, I saw the same restaurant manager again and I explained to her that she didn’t pack the extra fruits for me. She said I was not allowed to pack the food after I have eaten at the restaurant. I told her that I go diving at 8am, and I have never sat down to eat. She started to raise her voice and told me that I cannot pack the extra fruits because customers are only allowed to have one portion of fruits (which looks like a portion for a child). Which I find ridiculous because I get to dine an unlimited portion if I dine in. Furthermore, I did not request the packed food for fun. I will have digestive problems if I eat and dive. The restaurant manager was not only rude and inconsiderate, it is most disappointing that she judged me when all I did was take care of my health so that I can enjoy my dives and holiday.

It’s like returning home after a period of time away. The welcoming , the warmth and the smiles from the staffs whom are like my family. The awesome food which I can’t get enough , the superb spa that really calm my soul , the sea, the sound of waves and bird chirping is what makes this place such a worthy visit that we have repeat over and over again for the past 15 years of our life. I can’t say enough on how much I love this resort. Yanna , kimi, Mika , chef Ann , chef Mas , Hamtan , Arun, Barul , Yunie , MK and many many more are all my friends and family from this beautiful place. It’s truly my piece of paradise on earth. Even the tortoises at the resort fountain/ pond are like my family’s pets! And I must also mention Mr Ramesh kind attention to details and friendliness! It’s a place and a trip that I can go over and over again.

The resort location is a bit far for Kuala Terengganu but close enough if you just came from Pulau Redang. It’s a very beautiful place with great sunrise view from its private beach and even my room. The place has been refurbished and brightened up as compared to when it was under the previous management when i heard many spooky stories regarding the place. They’ve just added horse riding to it’s activities around the resort. The staff were all friendly but they need to pay more attention to detail when doing housekeeping. Floor was sticky and i had to call them to reclean the room which they attended to really quickly upon my request. Also in another room that i booked they forgot to replenish the towels after the previous guests checked out. The breakfast was really cheap for RM20 buffet and had many varieties. The kuih muih and noodle soup was really delicious but the nasi lemak and fried beehoon were tasteless and dry. The sambal was great though. I hope they can remain consistent with the cooking. Seems like there were too many hands doing the cooking. Overall i would come here to chill and escape the hustle and bustle of city life but I’ll probably bring my own food

Booking bilik superior king room 3d 2n (no window). Tapi boleh request nak katil king/twins single. I request 2 single bed tpi yg ni dapat yg ada window (mengadap ke depan) . Love the aesthetically design/style but cannot with their shower soap/shampoo. Can smell good and bad at the same time. Kadang ii bau okay herbs ii star anise. Kadang ii bila buka part toilet tu bau mcm public toilet dkt rnr. Cadar/blacket ada coklat mark gitu. Maybe tk hilang walaupun dh basuh. Nth la. Tak selesa nak solat very sempit ruang untuk solat sebelah singki hijau tu ha. Mula ii dpt bilik 209 pastu 4pg mcmtu staff bg tukar bilik 210 sbb aircond tkjdi kt bilik 209. Sampai berpeluh peluh tidur malam sbb dia auto. Kita tkleh adjust temp. Lastly, room tiles. Tengoklah sendiri. Tbh not recommended for u to go with friends ke sape ii sbb bilik air tu boleh nampak dri luar kau mandi. Indah khabar dari rupa. Tapi staff baik je. Oh satu lg kalau amik bilik mcmni susah sikit la nak makan dlm bilik sbb kerusi meja dia sambungan dri kepala katil tuje. Recommend duduk 18suites, cheaper, bersih, ada meja nak makan, a bit luas berbanding payang. Air coway pun disediakan ktsana.

Had a one night stay at Primula kuala terengganu. Rooms are big. Good location too. Eventhough the the rooms are a little dated, but the breakfast is really good. It feels like very authentic malay breakfast. I mean which hotel serves steamed Yam!! This one does and it is delicious. Also they have steamed glutinous rice and you pick your condiment to go with it... grated coconut, brown sugar and even dried fish to go with the pulut kukus...yum!! Many more.....

toll Die Unabhängigkeit des Hotels ist sehr hoch. Der gesamte Privatstrand ist sehr ruhig, so dass man das Gefühl hat, „exklusiv die Aussicht zu genießen“. Die Suite mit Gartenblick ist ein zweistöckiges, unabhängiges Gebäude, eines davon im ersten Stock , mit separatem Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, ist es die beste Unterkunft, in der ich bisher übernachtet habe. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen sind sehr reichhaltig und das Personal ist sehr enthusiastisch, von der Versandvereinbarung vor der Reise bis zu den verschiedenen Dienstleistungen nach dem Check-in, sie sind sehr rücksichtsvoll. Sie können zum Schnorcheln und Kajakfahren gehen. Das nächste Mal müssen Sie während der Brutzeit der Meeresschildkröten wiederkommen.
