Hotels mit Spa in Okzitanien, Frankreich

Wir waren hier, um eine Nacht zu verbringen und am nächsten Morgen recht früh mit dem Zug abzureisen. Somit waren wir in diesem Hotel gegenüber dem Bahnhof perfekt untergebracht. Die Schlüsselübergabe dauerte trotz der Kürze der Zeit etwas, da die Rezeptionistin viele Anfragen gleichzeitig hatte. Wir fanden unser Zimmer im 8. Stock vor, geräumig und wie gewünscht weit vom Aufzug entfernt. Da die Heizung auf 22 Grad eingestellt war, haben wir sie für die Nacht runtergedreht. Bei unserer Ankunft fehlte uns das Toilettenpapier. ein bisschen peinlich, das so spät mit einem Kleinkind zu realisieren. Die Bettwäsche war komfortabel. Der Vorteil der Lage des Hotels bringt jedoch auch einen Nachteil aufgrund des Lärms in der Nacht mit sich. Für eine Nacht und das Ziel kann man aber auch darauf verzichten. Das angebotene Frühstück für 16€/Person haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, da uns die Uhrzeit (ab 7 Uhr) zu spät war. Allerdings finde ich den Preis für ein Frühstück sehr hoch. Die Kurtaxe haben wir am nächsten Tag bezahlt, trotz meiner zahlreichen Mahnungen am Abend, um nachzufragen, ob alles bezahlt wurde (und um am nächsten Morgen nicht nochmal warten zu müssen, falls sich die Situation vom Vortag wiederholen sollte). Insgesamt war es eine gute Erfahrung.

Bonjour, Suite à mon séjour j'ai constaté que des chaînes de télévision hors service et pour le ménage des chambres je trouve pas normal peut importe le séjour combien de temps ont reste normalement ont doit faire la chambre au sinon le reste rien à dire merci à vous .

The hotel has a beautiful facade and is very close to the Roman arena, museums and restaurants. The breakfast is great, the interior is very new and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Most speak good English. For a 5 star hotel and the price paid, I expected the room to be larger and a bit higher spec. However the beds were really comfortable. I didn’t expect to be questioned when I asked for extra coffee for the room or for the magnifying mirror in the bathroom to be hanging off the wall. Also disappointing was the chipped coffee cup we had at breakfast, though the food was first class, plentiful and varied. It’s a shame it is difficult to access by car and that parking is some distance away but then Nîmes is an ancient city with many narrow one way streets. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend it to friends.

This is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade. I would absolutely go back.

Vom Lourdes-Schrein trennen Sie 7 Gehminuten. Besonders gut gefällt mir die Offenheit der Unterkunft mit Blick auf den Fluss. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist einfach, bietet aber ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sowell Hotels Les Chevaliers. We booked a Deluxe room with a terrace and a view of the medieval fortress of Carcassonne, and we definitely did not regret it. At night, the fortress was beautifully illuminated, and the view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. The room itself was very nice. Even though it was -3°C outside, the room was warm thanks to the heating, and it felt very comfortable and cozy. Sleeping was also very comfortable. The room was quiet, and we did not hear any noise from other guests. We booked the room with breakfast. Breakfast was served as a buffet, with a good variety of food, all tasty and fresh. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und die Einrichtungen sind richtig, obwohl die Fotos des Suchers und der Preis machen Sie denken an ein Hotel der oberen Kategorie. Die Küken müssen sich ändern. Und das Frühstück, sehr vielfältig, aber sehr gerecht von Qualität in Käse und Käse. Der Aufenthalt insgesamt und jedes Mal, wenn es für uns eine Nacht war, bewerten wir ihn als positiv.

Keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, und wenn es heiß macht, müssen wir die ganze Nacht mit dem Ventil schlafen, Schade.

A satisfying stay at this unassuming little hotel, we were greeted by the owners after a long drive, the lovely lady helped us to bring our luggage upstairs with a lovely smile, the bed was very comfortable, room nice and clean, bathroom is like new, there is a lovely little garden at the back. Breakfast was delicious with many home made pastries as the owners are Qualified Boulangers/Patissier. Highly recommend this little gem.
