I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality during our short stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as we arrived earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which was kindly extended due to low occupancy. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the view was genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights was being able to see hot air balloons 🎈 directly from the hotel, which made the stay even more special and memorable. While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved to further elevate the property’s standards: 1. Food quality could be enhanced, particularly breakfast. Having a chef prepare options such as fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs would greatly improve the dining experience. 2. The furnishing and interior details would benefit from a light refresh to give the property a more refined and polished feel. 3. The sliding section of the property could be opened to enhance accessibility and overall flow of the space. 4. Adding a subtle room fragrance would create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere upon entering the room. Overall, it was a great and satisfying stay, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this place has the potential to become truly outstanding.

All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! Der Preis für den Aussichtspunkt Pamukkale beträgt 30 Euro. Denken Sie daran, zwei Paar dicke Socken mitzubringen, sonst werden Ihre Füße zu stachelig. Wenn Sie außerdem eine Fahrt mit dem Heißluftballon unternehmen möchten, empfiehlt es sich, eine Reservierung vor Ort bei diesem Eigentümer vorzunehmen, was viel günstiger ist als bei Xubao.

Gutes Hotel in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums sauber und freundlich

Het was een prima hotel, zeker in vergelijking met de omliggende accommodaties. De hulp, service, het eten en de hygiëne waren uitstekend. Helaas liet de spa-afdeling te wensen over, waarschijnlijk omdat deze werd gerund door een externe partij. Voor de massage was het personeel vriendelijk en beloofden ze veel goeds, maar na afloop bleek het afgesproken bedrag ineens hoger. Bovendien moest ik per se contant betalen omdat de eigenaar zei dat hij zijn personeel direct moest betalen. Dit vond ik erg onprettig. De houding van de eigenaar na de massage was onprofessioneel en irritant, wat mijn ervaring behoorlijk heeft verpest. Jammer, want verder was het hotel goed.

Highly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale! The service was great! The staff helped us with the airport transfer (even though there’s some problem during that time, but it was definitely not the hotel’s fault). Dinner was delicious. Also the location of the hotel is great with complementary shuttle to travertine of Pamukkale. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a nice place to stay during your visit to Pamukkale.

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön. Hotelzimmer war der Preis wert. Wir sind auf der Straße Reise und wir hatten eine gute Haltestelle dieses Hotel ist direkt unter der Pamukale in der besetzten Straße voller Restaurants Der Besitzer war wirklich warm und willkommen.

Newly built hotel with a pool. The pool is actually great as it is so hot during the day. Rooms were spacious and clean, as advertised. Linen and towels were also clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is close to the main tourist sites. Would definitely book again if I stayed in Pamukkale. Suggest starting at South Gate first (300 lira taxi from the hotel) as it is easier to walk down the travertines rather than up. Go as early as possible as it gets very hot during the day and can make it difficult to see everything on foot, especially for an older person, otherwise pay for the buggy and they will drive you around.
