Our final stay in Venice! Good concierge, really friendly. Location wise also very good and central. Just light walking distance to the basilica and you can see dorsoduro side from here. Room was quite small but ok for a one night stay. Breakfast was quite limited but sufficient and since there was nobody it was only us in the cafe. Good shower. The only downside I can think of is there is no lift/no elevator. So if you have big luggages, be prepared to do some weight lifting even more so if you’re on the higher floors because the stairway is narrow and have many turns. Lucky for me I have my partner.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at BW Premier Collection Continental and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is unbeatable — just a five-minute walk from Santa Lucia Train Station, which makes arriving in Venice incredibly easy, especially with luggage. You’re right in the heart of the city while still being able to relax comfortably. The service was truly impeccable, from reception to room service. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. One moment that really stood out: I was allowed to sit on the lobby couch and enjoy a bottle of wine that I hadn’t purchased from the hotel — something that almost never happens. Not only did they allow it, but they brought me glasses and even opened the bottle for me with a smile. Later, I went to buy more wine from the bar, and even though they had technically just closed, they still served me without hesitation. That level of hospitality really says everything. Amazing location, outstanding service, and a warm, generous atmosphere. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay centrally in Venice while enjoying truly exceptional service.

Es ist nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, ohne dass man die Brücke überqueren muss. Die Lage ist sehr freundlich für Leute mit Koffern. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich, und Check-in und Check-out verlaufen reibungslos. Auch die Gepäckaufbewahrung ist sehr praktisch. Das Hotel hat eine lange Geschichte und bietet insgesamt relativ viel Platz. Der Platz im Haus reicht auch für drei Personen mit ihren großen Koffern völlig aus. Die Hotellounge ist sehr geräumig und die Sofas sind sehr bequem. Wir haben den größten Teil des Tages in der Hotellounge verbracht, als es in Venedig regnete. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Ich werde dieses Hotel beim nächsten Mal wieder wählen.

Zimmer sind sehr Hellhörig - wohl auch dem Alter des Gebäude geschuldet. Man hat das Gefühl das der Zimmernachbar unmittelbar im eigenen Hotel Zimmer ist.  Badezimmer sind stark renovationsbedürftig. Schwarzer Schimmel bildet sich bereits in den Fugen.  Die Toilettenspülung läuft unentwegt was den Schlaf beeinträchtigt. Bett ist für meine Verhältnisse bequem. Das Housekeeping wechselt zwar die dünne weisse Bettdecke und die Kissenbezüge, aber nicht das Bettlaken.  Der Kühkschrank der Minibar kühlt ausreichend allerdings mag man Lebensmittel oder Getränke ungerne reinstellen da dieser ebenfalls nicht sauber war.  Die Lage ist unschlagbar und direkt an der Rialto Brücke.  Das Frühstück ist ok. Man findet Kaffee Vollautomaten Aufback' Brötchen und Toast. Kuchen, Croissant, Obst, Säfte und Wasser. Englisches Frühstück mit Bohnen, Rührei, Würstchen und Speck( nicht Knusprig weil dieser im eigenen Fett schwimmt).  Personal immer Freundlich.  Wer auf die negativ Geschilderten Eindrücke keinen Wert legt und nur wegen der Lage ein Hotel sucht, wird dort fündig. Andersrum sollte man lieber ein paar Euros mehr ausgeben und ein 4 Sterne-S oder mehr buchen.

Ich bin gestern nach 23 Uhr in Venedig angekommen und ich muss sagen, es war ein ziemliches Abenteuer! Leider war an der Rezeption des Hotels, das ich ursprünglich gebucht hatte, niemand, also irrten wir herum und suchten nach Hilfe. Andere Hotels waren ausgebucht und gerade als wir die Hoffnung aufgeben wollten, stolperten wir zufällig über dieses tolle Hotel. Das Personal an der Rezeption war unglaublich freundlich und fand schnell ein Zimmer für uns. Das Hotel war so warm, gemütlich und sauber. Ohne dieses Hotel hätte ich vielleicht auf der Straße geschlafen! 😭 Und ich muss Ihnen sagen, das Frühstück war absolut hervorragend! Es gab eine fantastische Auswahl an frischem Gemüse und Brot sowie köstliches Essen, das meine Erwartungen wirklich übertraf. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und Ludmila war während des gesamten Frühstücks ein Juwel. Sie erkundigte sich ständig, ob das Essen, das wir genossen, gut war und ob wir irgendetwas brauchten. Dies ist zweifellos das beste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Ich werde definitiv wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Venedig komme. Vielen Dank für dieses unglaubliche Erlebnis ♥️♥️

Hotel in zentraler Lage, in der Nähe der Rialtobrücke und 15 Min. vom Markusplatz. Mein Zimmer (Standard-Doppelzimmer) war durchschnittlich... auf der Website steht 16 Quadratmeter, aber in Wirklichkeit war es viel weniger... das Badezimmer, das mit allem ausgestattet war, war wirklich zu klein... ich habe noch nie ein so kleines Badezimmer gesehen... man kann sich kaum bewegen... wenn jemand übergewichtig ist, passt er da wirklich nicht rein, und das ist kein Witz... ohne normale Tür, weil kein Platz ist, sondern mit einer Falttür... ich hatte um einen Wechsel gebeten, aber man sagte mir, dass alle Standardzimmer so seien... Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung...sehr nettes Personal, gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück...

Preserving the exterior of the classic hotel, the interior has been renovated modernly. My mom uses a wheelchair, and the hotel gave the wheelchair user the best room. Also, I would like to compliment the chef who prepared the breakfast. Fresh and diverse fruits are prepared more than the famous four-star hotel, and the food is all delicious. Offering luxurious service for the price, this hotel is comparable to the name of a villa. This hotel is far from a train station, bus terminal, and public parking lot, but it is close to the airport, dock, and beach. We stayed in Venice for 18 nights and 19 days because my mom is sick, and if you are a traveler who can afford time like us, you'd better stay at Lido Island, travel to the surrounding islands, and enjoy the beach through this hotel.
