Place was peaceful, clean and comfortable. The location was great, near the beach and restaurants, with a bus to Alappay at the end of the road. Breakfast was fine. Communications were a bit lacking. We asked if they did laundry, they said yes but we couldn't seem to actually get it done. Breakfast time was hit and miss. There was a surveillance camera on a pillar two meters away pointing at our balcony, which seemed a bit weird. To be honest we wouldn't stay there again, but that was just our experience.

Unmatched staff! Every person was pleasant and kind. It is great for families with kids as there are activities and plenty of recreational spaces. The staff do a good job of cleaning but the humidity creates a musty smell. Perhaps something the hotel can deal with. Airport pick up and drop off should be free (it isn’t though). We would go back because of the welcoming staff and ambience.

Die Lage ist gut und das Hotel ist nur gut. Erfordert eine Renovierung um den Weg zum Strand. ***y wählen Sie diese Lage für den leichten Zugang zu den Stränden, wenn dies nicht gewahrt wird es zu Enttäuschung führen. Das Spa ist nicht von der Erwartung und die Wartung des Spa ist sehr schlecht. Essen ist über dem Durchschnitt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, aber für diejenigen, die länger bleiben, fehlt die Vielfalt. Insgesamt war es eine gute Erfahrung. Der Betreuer am Pool Mr. Babu ist sehr gut, er sollte für seinen guten Service belohnt werden. Insgesamt sind die Hotelpersonal freundlich und gut ***nered und hören unsere Sorgen.

GGastnutzerWe stayed here for 2 nights. The location is near the pine forest entrance, only walking distance from the hotel. The stone built hotel's architecture is a visual treat. Location is very good. The entire property and the view from the room balcony is beautiful. There is a pond and it's nice to watch. Food is good. Not impressed with the buffet dinner. Ala carte was good. Ghee roast in the breakfast and nadan chicken curry in the dinner was very good 👍. They have a good amount of parking space. The only problem is that the road connecting the hotel and the main road is congested, full of small shops as it is the same road that leads to pine forest entrance. If another vehicle is coming from the side of the hotel, then we need to go back to main road as the road is very narrow. But, once we reach the hotel we have good parking facility. You can contact the hotel before getting into the sub road towards the hotel so that they can arrange security. All the tourist spots can be easily accessed from the hotel location. 5 stars for the location of the hotel.

GGastnutzerIt was nice and exotic location. Good room and site. Approach road is very bad shape. Hotel staff need to trained for skill level up to a star rated resort. No cafeteria, and lack of buffet is shortcomings though we can understand due to less occupancy. Hotel need more guest friendly approach while less occupancy. Other facilities are good. But not in proper maintenance. Good location and exotic sight seeing.
