Das ist meine erste Hotelbuchung mit Trip und ich muss sagen, dass ich zunächst skeptisch war, ob es durchgehen würde. Danke, das Hotel wurde die Bestätigung erhalten. Nur musste der Empfänger Ihren Nachnamen sagen und sie werden Sie in ihrem System finden können. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit mit den zuvor angebotenen Cookies, die wirklich jung waren. Das Bett im Doppelzimmer war kleiner als erwartet, aber es war noch gut genug für zwei Erwachsene. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr klangfest, so dass Sie die Außenwagen hören können, wenn Sie auf der Seite stehen, die die Stadt gegenüber steht. Aber wenn Sie nicht zu sensibel sind, sind die Klangen akzeptabel. Die 24/7 Fitness-Studio war für die Raumkapazität ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Sie hatten Fitness-Towels, Sanitärwäsche und Wasserfüller. Das Hotel Frühstück war auch angenehm. Das Restaurant hatte einen guten Blick. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt wirklich gut! Würde wieder Trip.com verwenden.

Convenient location. Information stated “parking on site” which I presumed to be free. However, I had to pay £5 per night which ,although not a lot, was slightly irritating.

The location is close to the train station and tourist attractions. Drinks in the fridge are free. The staff are lovely, but there was a lot of dust in the room.

Ich liebe Charlton Haus, es war wirklich wunderschön. Die Art, wie es gestaltet wurde, ist wirklich ungewöhnlich. Es macht Sie sich fühlen, als wären Sie in einer Phantasiewelt mit den kleinen Korridore und wunderschönen kleinen Nüsse und Kranies. Für mich passt es dem Rechnung, es tat die Arbeit, die ich brauchte, aber ich verstehe für diejenigen, die es nicht auf ein Angebot und viel Geld bezahlen, um dort zu bleiben, ich verstehe, wie sie sagen könnten, es ist ein bisschen schmutzig ein bisschen gemütlich und braucht ein bisschen TLC . Es scheint ein sehr süßer Mann zu sein, der umher fährt, ganz viel zu tun, und der Rest des Personals war hinter den Türen versteckt oder nur nicht da. Ich bin nicht sicher. Es gab Personal im Spa und sie waren wunderschön und hilfsbereit und freundlich. Mein kleines Zimmer war wunderschön und schön und gemütlich, und sauber genug, obwohl Tatty in Orten. Für mich hatte ich wirklich einen schönen Tag und würde definitiv zurückkommen. Das Frühstück war sehr grundlegende, aber ich hatte keine sehr hohen Erwartungen, und ich bin nicht wirklich ein Frühstücksperson, so wieder kann es vielleicht nicht die Tickbox für andere machen, aber es hat den Job für mich gemacht. Friendly service; clean room and bathroom. Nothing wrong with it really except that I was expecting a HOTEL based on the pictures and certainly the price! The location is great but be aware that this an INN with rooms attached at the back. Breakfast not included (costs £15 extra). Location great right in front of the cathedral but no parking. A good, comfortable stay but overpriced fro what it was and the time of year (mid-October).

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Während das Hotel ein bisschen alt ist, hat es einen charmanten Charakter und bietet einen komfortablen Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, die Betten bequem und die Gärten um das Eigentum schufen eine friedliche und entspannende Atmosphäre.

Wir blieben 1 Nacht, um eine lange Reise zu unterbrechen. Ausgezeichnete Lage direkt bei Taunton Deane Services. Einchecken war schnell und einfach, Zimmer war groß mit Doppelbett und Einzelbett für unser 9 Jahre alt. Es war sauber und warm perfekt für uns. Wir werden definitiv wieder verwenden

Fantastic hotel. Luxurious but homely. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff and could happily have stayed longer. Our room, like the whole hotel, was beautifully furnished and decorated, with a very comfortable bed and lovely walk-in shower. The record player was a lovely, quirky touch as well as the pantry! We enjoyed some very nice cocktails in the bar too. The location is perfect and it's just a few minutes walk to the city centre. We loved everything about the hotel and will definitely be back!

The hotel is an incredible building which must take some maintenance. We booked a double room for one night and arrived at lunchtime with the intention of sightseeing in bath for a couple of days. The hotel was happy for us to park all day both days which was great. The check in process (after 3pm) was very easy and we had a very clean room with plenty of towels, 2 robes and slippers for the spa/pool. The double room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The hotel pool was crowded and looking a little tired but was as expected. The outside heated pool was very nice and relaxing. We didn’t have any spa treatments or use the gym but both looked well kept and the gym had good modern equipment. We didn’t eat in the restaurant preferring to find a restaurant in bath itself. Breakfast was a bit of a chaotic affair with several hotel staff doing various jobs with no apparent coordination. The wait for a table, then coffee was long and then we had to wait again to order breakfast. The whole process of breakfast took well over an hour which is poor. It was clear that there was no clear process as some tables were getting their cooked breakfast before us even though we were taken to our table 30 mins before them. The little waiter man with his paper pad was a bit useless. When the ‘full English’ breakfast came it was a small plate of well cooked food but not really as described in the menu. In terms of portion size it was more like a kids breakfast. We weren’t served any toast either and had to ask for it unlike other tables who received it with their drinks order which seemed a bit weird. The continental buffet was a bit scarce with no bowls or spoons so we had to use our fruit juice glasses for the yogurt and fruit. The whole thing could be improved with a breakfast buffet under a hot plate if they haven’t got enough staff to serve it.
