Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut. Da es sich in der Nähe des Tempels Nalloor befindet, leichter Zugang zur Stadt und andere Attraktionen. Das Design war gut genug, um ein Erbsenhotel zu rufen, aber das Hotel wird alt und kann Farben auf den Wandsteinen, Toilettenfenster (armer Design), & Tappen werden russig etc. Ich habe nicht das Essen dort versucht, so habe ich keine Kommentare. Das Hotelpersonal ist hilfreich, aber nicht wirklich proaktiv.

Friendly staff. Good value. Laundry available reasonable price. Next to Cargills super market/chemist. Smoking hotel, corridors smokey. No hot water tap. Water not too cold in summer. No lift. Sheets, shower clean. Shifted small table to play cards, hair and grime behind. Stayed 5 nights had to ask for fresh towels. Towels on the thin side. Acceptable for the price.

One of the better hotels in the Jaffna town centre area. Although it is a newly built hotel, hopefully the general upkeep improves as the bathroom’s ventilation appeared to be broken. The hotel’s restaurant was definitely a highlight and the bar area should be advertised more rather than be kept all dark.

For me, there was no other accommodation option other than Jetwing Jaffna! I stayed there in 2018 and came back for a family visit in 2023. Its location in the middle of the city makes it a no-brainer as the choice of accommodation. The breakfast spread was impressive (I loved the bacon and sausages and the paal appam - out of this world stuff!). Staff were friendly and courteous. The roof top bar and the scenery was something to look foreword to winding down the evenings. If ever I return to Jaffna in the future, there will be no other choice for me to stay , except at Jetwing Jaffna.

This is a very basic hotel with air conditioning, really value for money. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room are very clean, no mosquitoes, overall I would say a good place to escape the heat and stay cool in room and have some cold beer in the bar below.
