The hotel's location was okay, the food was good, and the services were fine. However, there was one incident we didn't appreciate—while we were away from our room, it was cleaned without any prior notice. When we raised the issue, instead of apologizing, the staff member argued with us. This was the only aspect we didn't like.

The service at Taj Tirupati was exceptional. This is the second time I am staying here. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at Taj Tirupati whenever I am in Tirupati. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.” It was a Happy Stay.

Wirklich ein toller Ort zum Übernachten in Hyderabad. Das Personal war absolut fantastisch :) Wir können ihnen nicht genug dafür danken, dass sie unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich und superkomfortabel gemacht haben – vom köstlichen Frühstück über das Spa bis hin zum Rezeptionsteam.

Hotel prices in Hyderabad during the high season are shockingly expensive. I chose this place for its proximity to work, but at this price, the small lobby, a limited selection of soft drinks in the shop, and the busy road making it impossible to cross to the Starbucks across the street were disappointing. Still, it’s an option when other hotels are unaffordable during the high season.

Bester Westin aller Zeiten! Fantastischer Service vom Housekeeping-Team. Echter Kundenservice aller Zeiten! Aus Erwartung. Das Team hat ein Mauspad neben meinen Laptop gelegt und sogar den Verlustdraht festgezogen! Hatte so etwas noch nie in der Marriott-Gruppe erlebt!

Incredible place like all India. The service is excellent. Our room is absolutely new. The food is amazing. The staff is very, very kindly. We will come back immediately.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön und komfortabel zu reisen. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Abendessen-Buffet war gut. Das Personal war freundlich.

Wir reservierten für 1 Nacht ein Zimmer mit einer Familie von 3 Mitgliedern. Das Zimmer war gut sauber und der Service war gut. Nur 2 Dinge kann ich vorschlagen 1. )Hotel kann kleinere Zimmer für Familien bieten, da es ein Klang kommt in die Zimmer, wenn Partys stattfinden. 2. ) Einchecken kann kleiner sein, aber schneller. Aber der Rest aller Dinge sind Top-Standard 👍
