It was a suite room with kitchen, living and dining. It was clean and well maintained. I only stayed for one night and didn’t have much time in the hotel other than sleep. It was a little expensive for that though. I think it would be more suited for people who stay there for weeks together.

Each meal was a culinary delight – beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients. Whether it was the lavish breakfast spread, the authentic local dishes, or the indulgent desserts, every bite was memorable. It’s rare to find a place where both service and food are so perfectly balanced, but this hotel truly excels at both. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs. SSultan AMSThe overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food. The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise. Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

GGastnutzerThis place is sweet! My favorite thing is the breakfast. They have a handmade made-to-order bar for chapati, naan, chai, and just about any kind of Indian bread you can dream of. The sauces and good quality is very high and fresh and well deserving of the 5 stars! My only small complaint (if I must make one) is compare to more developed countries the rooms have a bit of older, woodsy feel that could be renovated. But the service plus the food easily makes this one of the best hotels in all of Hyderabad! I think you should stay here!

AAnjali GnThis hotel have provided best services in hospitality, customer satisfaction and accountability for ensuring the comfort of all guest. I personally would like to thank the manager, Staffs and Mr Azam frm the f&b for making sure I’ve receive the best treatment possible. I stayed a total of 6 nights and they nvr fail to impress me with their excellent care and services by the reception, housekeeping, F&B, In Room Dining and Main Door ushers and all request were met swiftly. I must say they have been trained well and every one of them are truly remarkable indeed. Well deserved recommendation and I will be back only to Vivanta next time. Thank you.
