The front office team provided with excellent room with view of lake, team welcome was amaxing.
The housekeeping team was helpful in attending to any needs and so was IRD team.
Rooms have been renovated it seems as co pared to previous stay, overall very good stay

Bester Westin aller Zeiten! Fantastischer Service vom Housekeeping-Team. Echter Kundenservice aller Zeiten! Aus Erwartung. Das Team hat ein Mauspad neben meinen Laptop gelegt und sogar den Verlustdraht festgezogen! Hatte so etwas noch nie in der Marriott-Gruppe erlebt!

Die Handtücher sehen sehr alt aus und nicht in weißer Farbe.
Frühstück ist akzeptabel.service während des Frühstücks ist gut.
Die Körperwasch, Shampoo und andere waren sehr intensiv mit Zitronengeräuchern.

Das hat mich zu viel verzögert und die ganze Aufenthaltserfahrung vernichtet. Hotel in allen anderen Aspekten war hervorragend und Weltklasse.

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela.
The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room.
Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, always greeting us with warm smiles and genuine care. Every interaction, whether at the reception, housekeeping, or restaurant, reflected a high standard of professionalism and kindness.
The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the food. Each meal was a culinary delight – beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients. Whether it was the lavish breakfast spread, the authentic local dishes, or the indulgent desserts, every bite was memorable.
It’s rare to find a place where both service and food are so perfectly balanced, but this hotel truly excels at both. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to be pampered with genuine hospitality and top-notch cuisine

CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

Frühstück war 80% indisches Essen wahrscheinlich für lokale oder indische Gäste nicht internationale Gäste zu essen, so hatte hauptsächlich Toast, Obst & Eier
Die Service-Personal tendiert zu vergessen Ihre Bestellungen, daher müssen Sie wiederholen oder ein paar Mal gesagt werden

I personally would like to thank the manager, Staffs and Mr Azam frm the f&b for making sure I’ve receive the best treatment possible. I stayed a total of 6 nights and they nvr fail to impress me with their excellent care and services by the reception, housekeeping, F&B, In Room Dining and Main Door ushers and all request were met swiftly. I must say they have been trained well and every one of them are truly remarkable indeed. Well deserved recommendation and I will be back only to Vivanta next time. Thank you.
