Hotels mit Parkplatz in Staffordshire, Vereinigtes Königreich

Schönes Hotel reichlich Platz in Zimmern und öffentlichen Bereichen.  zwei Negative. Eine war die Anfrage für £5 bei Ankunft für Parkplätze, die ich nicht wusste oder vielleicht nicht auf der Buchung gesehen habe.  Sonntags Frühstück war die übliche spät gekommene Ruhe der Menschen. Das Buffet wurde nicht gefüllt, so hatte ich harte gefrierte Eier.  Selbstservice Tee und Kaffee schätze ich ist eine Notwendigkeit, aber ich würde lieber einen Jug heißes Wasser und einen Teebecher.

Hotel really clean and modern. Room was spacious and smelt amazing. Clean modern decor. Most staff are friendly, however, we booked breakfast when we arrived at the hotel, and the pot washer not only stood in the kitchen staring out at guests making them feel extremely uncomfortable, but then he also went and put his fingers in the food to stir the scrambled eggs, but he also picked up a sausage and ate it. The hotel refunded us, but it made us feel sick. Also, £9 per night per car in the Hilton car park is pretty steep.

Room was on the small size, but had everything needed. Bathroom was clean and neat.  The only thing that let this trip down, was that the aircon is not working, and hasn’t been working for months. I previously had left this hotel as it was far too hot in the room, and all they offered was a fan. I called reception before booking, and they said how the air con was working, but then when I arrived, they said it “may be working, in some rooms”, but wasn’t working in ours.  But overall, this was a nice and comfortable hotel. Would book again once aircon is working.

Ich war kürzlich in diesem Hotel und leider fällt die Erfahrung unter die Erwartungen. Von Anfang an schien das Personal nicht so aufmerksam wie sie sollten. Obwohl sie bei direkter Annäherung freundlich waren, gab es einen bemerkenswerten Mangel an Initiative, und manchmal fühlte es sich, als ob die Gäste die Dinge selbst herausfinden lassen. Das Zimmer selbst hatte mehrere Fragen, die wirklich nicht übersehen werden sollten. Der Toilettensitz war nicht richtig ausgestattet, und oben war der Toilettenfluss schlau und funktionierte nicht so reibungslos wie es sollte. Die Dusche hatte auch eine Form auf dem Silikon, das enttäuschend war und Bedenken hinsichtlich der Instandhaltungs- und Reinigungsniveaus hervorgehoben. Ein weiteres Problem war die in dem Zimmer gelieferte Kuchen. Es war schmutzig bei der Ankunft, was sofort Zweifel an den allgemeinen Hygienestandards geschaffen. Kleine Details wie diese machen einen großen Unterschied in der Zuversicht und Komfort eines Gastes. Während das Hotel in Form und Ausstattung potenziell ist, haben diese Fragen den Aufenthalt viel weniger angenehm gemacht. Ich hoffe wirklich, das Management löst diese Bedenken, so dass künftige Gäste eine viel bessere Erfahrung haben können.

We booked to stay here as we had a daytime function nearby. We had a few hotels as options and chose here as it was a special occasion and this felt like a treat. We all arrived at different times to get changed before leaving and said we all felt like we were an inconvenience from the moment we arrived. The staff weren't friendly or very helpful. We arrived back from our function at 7.30pm and checked in, there was a change in staff but not a change in customer service. We asked if we could get food from the restaurant and was told we couldn't because of ”everything else going on” which we assume was a wedding nor could we order room service. We asked if we were allowed to go for a drink in the bar and they said we could if we ”could find a table”. We weren't informed of where breakfast was, the times or when check out was. We went out for food in the end, but be mindful there isn't anything particularly nearby so it was a challenge with taxis but we found somewhere to eat easy enough (and had a lovely time). The hotel itself is beautiful as are the grounds so we were really disappointed that the service didn't match it.

We really like staying here, if only for a single night to break up the evening drive from the south to the north west, picking our trip up again the following morning. Our most recent visit was the first using our new (to us) EV, so charging on site proved anxiety calming and very effective - albeit pricey! Thanks again to all concerned with our stay, we'll be back again - that is for sure! Best, M&C

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe von Parkplatz und ist in der Nähe von Parkplatz. Es hatte alles, was ich für einen 3-Nacht-Wohnwohner benötigt hatte und war geräumig, obwohl das Badezimmer ziemlich klein war. Zimmer sind nicht serviert und ich hätte nicht eine Ersatz-Wäscherolle hinterlassen. Als ich einen von der Rezeption bekam, schien es nicht ein Lager zu sein, so wurde mir eine vom öffentlichen Waschraum genommen. Auch die Dusche konnte nicht angepasst werden, so war eine konstante, sehr heiße, Temperatur. Viele Orte in der Nähe für Nahrungsmittel und Getränke. 

Bei der Eincheckung war das Empfangspersonal mehr daran interessiert, Fußball zu beobachten und ich wurde gesagt, sie zu warten, sie Fußball zu beobachten!!! Ich schlief nicht gut, da das Hotel eine lose Seile auf dem Flaggenpol hat, sagte morgens, dass es seit dem Lockdown los sei. Die ganze Nacht ein lauter Metallfarben Sound. Das Hotel hat ein erstaunliches Erbe und das Zimmer teilt dieses Erbe, ich wünsche mir, dass nur das Personal Zeit für Fußball buchen und regelmäßige Website-Checks jeden Tag. Schließlich ist die Rezeption nicht 24/7.

A great little place with a lovely swimming pool. Enough activities to keep our 8 year old daughter happy. Lovely family time together in a very clean and well equipped lodge.

Back ina time it was really great hotel and now it is till they need little bit renovation but trust me it’s a great hotel nice swimming pool you have to have swimming cap and googles to swim which was not told before and I don’t think k this is right but service rooms breakfast location is all great another thing I do t like they took deposit which didn’t make sense and they haven’t returned yet
