Hassle free checkin where email instructions were given to enter the building and acquire the keys to the apartment. New and clean apartment with many amenities including a washing machine. About 3mins walk to the city centre where there are restaurants, cafe, pubs and shopping malls. Recommended. 

Rooms are superb! Clean and good decoration. Breakfast are of high quality and provides a variety of choices. Staff are helpful. But parking costs 18 euros per night. Excellent location, just in the city centre. Shopping malls are 1 to 2 minutes' walk.

Staffs are kind and good at English so I didn't have any difficulty of communication. I recommend to buy a spa included ticket and enjoy the Finnish sauna. For the foods, you have to pay for the dinner buffet but the quality is really good. It was worth every penny. There was nothing inconvenient at all. If I had to pick one, there were no amenities in the bathroom only except soap.

Ein Schlafzimmer, eine Wohnung, ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer mit Würmern, mein Mann hat eine Nacht geschlafen und das Schlafsofa wurde ein wenig infiziert. Ich bin wegen einer Erkältung zwei Nächte lang eingeschlafen und habe mich mit schwerer Insektenstich-Dermatitis infiziert, was wirklich ärgerlich ist Die Hälfte meines rechten Gesichts ist voller Blasen und Narben, so deprimiert

Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

The Aurora cabins are fabulous! Such a magical place to view the northern lights right from your bed! Activities (huskies, reindeer and snowmobiles) were very convenient as well.

Ganz in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle vom Bahnhof Rovaniemi. Einchecken erst nach 15:00 Uhr möglich. Gepäckaufbewahrung vorhanden. Familienzimmer ist gut für 3 Personen. Zugewiesen im neuen Gebäude mit brandneuem Zimmer (Aufenthalt Dez. 2022). Zimmerzustand hervorragend, sauber. Nicht viele Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer. Safe funktioniert nicht. Housekeeping half beim Aufstellen eines Zusatzbetts. Sehr effizient. In der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums. Wenige chinesische/asiatische Restaurants. Die Fastfood-Restaurants um die Ecke. Der Fluss kann nicht überquert werden und die Aussicht war bei Sonnenaufgang großartig. Insgesamt waren Bett und Duschraum großartig. Das Frühstück war auch großartig. Lokale Auswahl an Speisen. Hilfsbereites Personal und guter Service auf Englisch. Empfehlenswertes Hotel zum Übernachten!

Rein mit allem, was ich brauchte. Die Restaurantserver und die Hotelrezeption waren freundlich und effizient. Das Restaurant hatte viele lokale Gerichte.
