I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room was always spotless thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff, who clearly pay attention to detail. Every member of the team was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and it made the experience so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere!

HORRIBLE place. Do not stay here. Not only is it unclean and under construction, but its also completely unsafe. Especially if you have children with you. the photos make it seem so clean and comfortable and well taken care of but it is not. We arrived around 1 pm and were allowed early check in, so we got our room. When walking up the flight of stairs we had to walk past a man who was playing loud music and drinking alcohol at the top of the steps. This man proved to be an issue for the remaining 5 hours we were there. He would purposely come out of his room whenever my teenage daughter was out and stared at her, there were other people hanging out in cars next to ours and we were constantly being watched. To the point we would look out of the window before stepping out of our room to see if anyone was outside. Shortly after we would leave the room to swim or go to dinner the men would step out again just constantly watching our children. The phones in the rooms do not work, they are just for show. The linens are stained, rooms were dirty. After the last incident of my daughter being stared at as we walked up the stairs and then seeing him watch her and turn his head as she passed him and only coming out of his room for this purpose we decided to check out, that we didn't want to risk staying the night. My husband packed us up and loaded the vehicle and pulled over to the front office to talk to the manager who is COMPLETLEY aware of the issues there with their 'long term' residents. He asked my husband which side were the people bothering us at and he explained they were to the right of us. The man just put his head down and shook his head. Then proceeded to tell my husband ”You can either stay or leave that is up to you” but wouldn't give a refund or move our rooms or anything to resolve this issue. The room beneath us was also under construction while our room had paint peeling from the ceiling which I am including a photo of for reference to the condition of this place.

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht. Ich fahr 8 Stunden von Fl nach SC. Ich gehe ein und die Vordertafel Dame war so distractiert. Sie würde mich eine Frage fragen, dann wechseln und eine voll geblasene Gespräche mit ihrem Mitarbeiter. Unsere zweite Nacht im Hotel habe ich einen großen Arsch getötet, der auf dem Bed krabte. In einer Stunde habe ich diesen großen Arsch Rock in meinen Tasche krabte. Ich habe mich entschieden, die Treppe zu gehen und mich zu beschweren. Ich ging runter und es war etwas vor 11:00 Uhr. Ich sagte dem Kerl im Vordergrund (der Name ist Matt). Ich sage ihm, dass ich einen Stein in meinem Zimmer getötet habe, er dreht sich um und sagt: „Es ist eine South Carolina-Sache und diese Art von Jahr“. Ich habe mein Telefon ausgezogen und zeigte ihm das Bild und er sagte: “Das ist ein Palmetto-Bug” .. Sir Ich bin aus FL Ich weiß, wie ein Palmetto-Bug sieht und das ist es nicht. Das ist nicht die Antwort, die Sie einem zahlenden Kunden geben. Sein Manager (Evelyn) geht rein und er sagt ihr das gleiche und sie sagte das gleiche genau, was er sagte. Ich fragte, was Sie tun werden?? Sie sagte, ich kann Ihr Zimmer kompensieren. OK, das ist okay. Am nächsten Tag kamen sie ins Zimmer und die tote Roche war noch da!!!! Ich werde nie wieder hier bleiben.

My husband & I made a reservation for Extended Stay in Rock Hill S.C. December 3, 2023 and have extended our stay through February of 2024 ! The first beautiful woman I met upon my stay was Ms. Yolanda ! I absolutely adore Ms. Yolanda ❣️ I approached the desk and she was so kind , professional, sweet , very neat in her Extended stay uniform, very brilliant, cheerful, warm and welcoming ❣️What stood out the most was her smile, perfectly pleasant personality & her willingness to be of service to me in any way she possibly could be within her power ❣️ Thank you management for having such outstanding employee ! Das erste Mal mit Holiday Inn in Jahren. Einchecken war schnell und einfach. Das Zimmer wurde aktualisiert und saubere Hallen und gemeinsame Bereiche auch sehr sauber. Ich reise für Arbeit, so dass es schön war, wenn ich wieder zum Hotel kam, um einfach Kleidung zu ändern und zum Restaurant zum Abendessen zu gehen. Ich hatte die beste Rose Martini, die ich je hatte und das Essen war lecker, der Bartender war auch sehr nett, sowie der Rest des Personals. Ich war noch beeindruckter, als die Rechnung kam und es war der Preis gleich war wie ein Durchschnittsgegessen im Restaurant. Nach dem Abendessen konnte ich das nehmen, was wie eine Stunde lang Dusche mit heißem Wasser, das nie aufbrach und auch nicht den Wasserdruck. Ich liebe den aktualisierten Spaziergang In der Dusche Aber wünschte, sie hätten das Licht aktualisiert. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel (Ich mag eine weiche Matrix) mit einem dicken Duvet Deckel. Der Ac gepumpt aus frischen Luft und das WiFi-Signal blieb sehr stark. Viele Outlets für alle meine Geräte zu laden. Sie sind einfach normale Outlets ohne USB. Buchung hat es nicht für “Frühstück inbegriffen” aufgelistet, aber es war. Sie hatten mehrere heiße und kalte Optionen. Die einzige negative ist, dass ich für Arbeit reisen und einen förmlichen Eingang für Erstattung haben. Da ich mit Booking buchte, konnten sie mir nicht einen richtigen Eingang (einen mit dem tatsächlichen Preis) sagte ich, ich müsse meine Bestätigungs-E-Mail verwenden. Ich habe in vielen Hotels geblieben, indem ich Buchung nutzte und hatte nie diese Frage. Ich werde sicher noch einmal bleiben, wenn ich in der Stadt bin. Ich habe wieder Pix gebraucht, bevor ich mein Gepäck mitbringe und ich habe wohl vergessen, eins der Badezimmer/Dusche zu nehmen.

Seit meinem letzten Aufenthalt in einem Hilton-Eigentum war es eine sehr lange Zeit (20+ Jahre) und beschloss, ihnen nach einer solchen langen Hiatus eine Chance zu geben. Buchte die Buchung online und entschied sich für die Vorauszahlung, die einen erheblichen Rabatt lieferte. Ich kam früh und wurde von Kayla und Georgien begrüßt...zwei außergewöhnliche Vertreter des Grundstücks. Ich war zu früh für die Eincheckung, so dass sie mir einige lokale Optionen für ein paar Stunden angeboten. Als ich zurückkam, war die Eincheckung einfach und Kayla kümmerte sich um mich hervorragend. Mein Zimmer war sehr schön und ziemlich groß...gut für einen langen Aufenthalt mit der kleinen Küche und vollen Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer war sauber, schön eingerichtet und komfortabel. Kein Problem mit dem gesamten Aufenthalt und wird dieses Eigentum als Lieblingsbezug bei meiner Rückkehr in diese Gegend halten.

Alles war wie erwartet. Guter Ort zum Aufenthalt. Großes Frühstück.

We were in town for the funeral of my brother-in-law and needed a place to stay for 4 nights. Good price and close to my husband's sister and her family. The check-in was easy and the front desk was very friendly. The room was good, but upon walking in we had the smell of Chinese food. It was long lasting, so we stopped at the Dollar Tree and picked up a plug-in air freshener, which eliminated the smell. Room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Beds were too hard for my liking, but others might like that type of bedding. That is just preference, so no bearing on the hotel or room itself. Full kitchen, which we did not utilize. Walls seem pretty solid, as we never heard a peep outside or from other rooms. Breakfast was meh. They had some Otis Spunkmeyer muffins, which are already tasty. However, the scrambled eggs were rock solid and quite bland. My husband enjoyed the sausage. Took forever for them to refill the waffle mix and by the time they had we were ready to leave for the day. Overall, it's great if your not picky (I have two picky boys), but if you are there is a Cracker Barrel across Dave Lyle Blvd, which is quite yummy. No housekeeping on the weekends, unless requested. Overall, it was a good stay. I'd recommend it to others, but I think I will pass on it because of the hard beds.
