My stay experience was excellent in terms of hygiene, food quality and staff behaviour. I had stayed there for a day. The staff was polite and very supportive. They are giving the best service and the quality of the food is way above then any 3 or 4 star hotel. Thanks to jay prakash dubey for giving such a delightful customer service experience. We as family reached roorkee for iit interview of my daughter, this hotel is very much near, walkable distance. Hotel staffs are so cooperative in all the areas. We never felt we are at somebody's hotel but felt just at home. Very good restaurant with reasonable praise with yummy taste. I strongly recommend those go to roorkee please stay and enjoy with your family.

I stayed during 26-27 may 24 in room no 310 suit room double air conditioned room. My self and family members enjoyed max. Hotel location is on main road. Food quality is excellent. Room and bathroom are large in size as well as clean and qualityfull.

Booked this place as this was close to IIT, where I had to visit for a couple of days. I found the hotel quite clean and well maintained. The rooms are small, but adequate for a comfortable stay. The onsite restaurant is pretty good; the quality of the food served is excellent. Go for the Indian menu - it's awesome. I had booked a room with breakfast included. They do not have a buffet breakfast; instead they have a breakfast menu from which you can order any dish. Not too bad, but a buffet would have been perfect. They provided good quality branded toiletries. The bed was large, clean and comfortable. Overall, a good hotel for a short stay for any work in Roorkee.

Der Hotel-Stadt war angemessen. Muss den Zimmerservice verbessern. Kein Trinkwasser inbegriffen! muss jederzeit für Zimmerreinigung sagen. Nach vielen Anrufen kommen sie für Zimmerservice. Die Nahrungsmittelkosten sind schwer. Für solche schweren Preise sollten sie zumindest jeden Tag Wasserflasche liefern. Wir hatten 6 Tage dort verblieben. Ich hoffe, sie verbessern den Zimmerservice.

Es ist ein durchschnittliches Hotel ohne Parkplatz, in einer kleinen Spur gelegen. Zimmergröße ist klein. Kein Zimmerservice. Allerdings ist guter Punkt, dass es auf den Zivillinien, die ziemlich nahe an ihm liegt, liegt. (Wanderabstand) Es gibt zwei Front-Desk-Manager, die auf 12 Stunden-Schichtbasis arbeiten und beide sind wirklich kooperativ.

Das Hotelzimmer war durchschnittlich, das Badezimmer war nicht bis zu den Standards. Es war nicht überhaupt funktional haben viel Problem wie Dusche, Gesundheitsschrank. Nicht richtig arbeiten.
