Die Reise hierher war wie immer sehr schön. Das Hotel ist sehr bequem und in sehr gutem Zustand. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und mit großartiger Aussicht. Das Buffet beim Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es ist sowohl für asiatische als auch europäische Gaumen viel Auswahl vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind alle extrem hilfsbereit, sehr kompetent und nett und man fühlt sich immer willkommen als Gast. Sehr gelungen ist der neue Wintergarten beim Restaurant, damit gibt es noch mehr Sitzplätze. Wir danken auch Nhat Phuong und Minh Anh für den sehr freundlichen und guten Service beim Checkout. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist die Anzahl der Fahrstühle, wenn das Hotel sehr gut ausgelastet ist, gibt es manchmal minimale Wartezeiten. Das schmälert aber zumindest für uns nicht den sehr guten Gesamteindruck, und wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.

I stayed here for three nights with my wife and our baby. We chose this hotel because they could provide a crib and also hat access to a gym. On the outside the hotel looks nice but the rooms and interior seems a little worse for wear, which makes the place seem a little unclean and dirty in the corners. The room was spacious with a large bed and we slept well here. The gym however was very small, lagged basic equipment and was very dusty and just generally seemed unhygienic. The hotel is a bit away from the heart of Hue so expect to travel around by taxi or grab a lot. I'm rating this experience 2 out of 5 stars on the basis that this is a 4 star hotel but it definitely didn't feel like that.

Das Hotelschiff machte es einfach, ohne sich selbst einen Cab zu bekommen, in die Stadt zu kommen. Wir genossen die komplimentären Morgen-Yoga-Klassen, das erstaunliche Frühstücksbuffet und das Nachmittagsschwimmen in der Poolbar. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war eine Behandlung, als wir nicht in die Stadt zurückgehen wollten - was uns auch mehr Zeit erlaubte, eine Abendspa-Behandlung vor dem Bett zu genießen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir freuen uns schon auf die Rückkehr!

Der wunderschöne Besitzer Quy und seine Frau sind absolut zurückgeblieben, um mich während meines Aufenthalts hier zu beobachten. Einige Beispiele: Ich konnte nicht eine DMZ-Tour finden, die lief, so Quy organisierte eine Reise mit einem Freund seines Privatwagens zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis. Ich habe einen Busschein für Hoi An gekauft und die Busgesellschaft rang das Hotel zu stornieren - bis ich es herausgefunden hatte, waren die Besitzer bereits am Telefon versucht, mir eine Alternative zu finden. Ich hätte nicht um eine bessere Erfahrung gebeten, danke Ihnen so sehr Qui und Ihre wunderschöne Familie, dass Sie mich so willkommen gemacht haben. Ich sollte auch sagen, dass das Zimmer wunderschön und extrem sauber war, plus es war in einer tollen Lage. Ich würde Canary Boutique an jeden, aber besonders alleinreisenden empfehlen, da die Pflege, die ich hier bekam, absolut mich geflogen. Ich würde ihnen 11/10 Wenn ich es konnte!

From the minute you step out of the car, you are made to feel welcome here. You are taken to Reception while your bags follow behind, and after a few questions at the desk, you are given some refreshing cold tea and a small, sweet, mung bean cake whilst your final details are sorted. Then you are taken to the room and all the amenities explained whilst your luggage arrives. My first impression was that the room was more modern and spacious than I thought. I had the king size garden view room on the third floor with balcony (5301). The bed was massive and very comfy, with several large pillows. The curtains are floor-to-ceiling and, most importantly, actually black out the light extremely effectively. There is a large couch in the corner. The television is large, with about 30 channels. The main english ones are CNN, Discovery, a film channel and a music channel. The minibar - oddly - is cheaper than drinks at the restaurant so feel free to take a coke (£1.50) or beer (£3) knowing you won't be heavily penalised! At least a 2 litres of glass-bottled water are provided free per room per day, and more is given at the turndown service. I also drank the tap water and had no worries. The bathroom is spacious, and features a wet-room rain shower with circular bath. There is bag with free toothbrush/cotton buds etc, but remember not to steal the bag itself or the dressing gowns or flip-flops as they will charge you (there is a price list, or all can be bought at the gift shop). The toilet paper is also soft. The view from the balcony was incredible (see pics), looking out onto the mountains and canal that runs through the property. You can see bats flying past at dusk, and no doubt there'll be a few geckos on the wall to keep the bugs at bay! Do be careful though as you might get a few insect bites at night. Breakfast is included, and downstairs in the main building in the Marketplace. It's a typical buffet - bacon, sausage, tomatoes, an egg station, cold meats, pastries, donuts, breads, muffins, fruit, fruit juice, yoghurt will all be familiar to the Western guests, whilst traditional Vietnamese and Chinese dishes are also present. Tea and coffee are ordered on demand - latte/cappuccino etc, and there is also a cava and mimosa station (all free). You can sit inside in the air conditioning, or outside on a patio where you can also feed the goldfish in a big pond. Great variety, and tasty food. The bread is simply fresh, soft and moreish. Out of the hotel and the facilities are all on point. The pool is massive - some 350m meandering through the grounds - and has a pool bar with food and a happy hour from 3pm-6pm (BOGOF cocktails and beer). The beach is private and clean, the sea is quite shallow and warm. You can take a motorised canal boat for free every half hour that goes out to the 8th hole of the golf course. Walking the grounds is pleasant and pretty as well - the hotel shares open grounds with the Banyan Tree next door - and there's plenty of

Ich habe drei verschiedene Zimmertypen gebucht, um meine große Gruppe unterzubringen. Unabhängig von der Kategorie benötigen Sie einen Kinderwagen und die Zimmer liegen recht nah beieinander. Die Zimmer werden ihren Sternen gerecht und das Personal hat es fast perfekt gemacht, wenn da nicht der anhaltende Regen während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts gewesen wäre. Tolles Frühstücksangebot, aber die Gerichte bleiben weitgehend gleich.

Es bietet ein köstliches Frühstück, eine friedliche und ruhige Umgebung, luxuriöse Annehmlichkeiten und einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Es ist der perfekte Ort für einen romantischen und entspannenden Aufenthalt. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Das Banyan Tree ist eine traumhafte Anlage, dass den Focus auf ruhesuchende Individualreisende legt. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und weitläufig. Mit dem angrenzenden Angsana, dessen Anlage die Banyan Tree Gäste mit benutzen dürfen, bietet sich eine Vielzahl an Essen- wie Aktivitätenoptionen. Wir bewohnten während unserem Aufenthalt eine Beach Pool Villa und eine Seaview Hill Pool Villa. Wer Strandnähe und fußläufigen Zugang zum Resort bevorzugt ist in der Beach Pool Villa sehr gut aufgehoben. Wer den traumhaften Ausblick und (noch mehr) Privatsspähre sucht, wird mit der Seaview Villa glücklich. Von dort ist man aber auf den (leicht zugänglichen) Shuttleservice des Hotels angewiesen. Es wird ein exzellentes Frühstücksbüffet angeboten. Was das Resort aber ausmacht: die super freundlichen und netten Menschen dort. Absolut Top!

Though I didn't get a good room with view , I really had a delightful stay in La Perle . The room was small facing a wall but comfy, spotless with a well equipped bathroom attached. I especially apreciated to be able to get french speaking 5 TV channel I could never watch again during the rest of my stay in VietNam . I also apreciated the wonderful unpolitical city tour marketed by La Perle I had with an amazing young couple from India. Above all I enjoyed the wonderful family atmosphere generated by the staff that made this hotel unique among all those during my stay in VietNam . First of all both managers . Mrs Huöng (also the photographer. See the pictures) and Mr Michael Dung who helped me so much to attend Palm Sunday mass in the impressive Hué Cathedral . But what could a good management do without a good staff ? No better way to start the day than with La Perle refined breakfast served by sweet Ms Thi , so sweet that called her Honey, So sweet too, the charming female staff at reception . Ms Ngoan also called Cherry , Ms Hoà ( Little Mouse) and last but not least the highly motivated Ms Tho'( Strawberry)! I rarely rhapsodize about hotels as I am now doing about La Perle . Just to make everyone aware that even if at first glance La Perle is located in a small lane where all hotels in Hué also are , even if you don't get the best bedroom there ” La Perle is ”thee” hotel where to stay . Deal with the wonderful staff who will make the impossible for you. SEE YOU AGAIN ( Au revoir)

To say that the VINA HOTEL’s on-line presence is “misleading” is being quite generous! Access to the hotel was via a dark alleyway with rubbish, parked motorbikes, and no lighting. At the hotel entrance, guests had to carry their suitcases up a steep flight of stairs to reach Reception on the first floor – no assistance was offered. When entering our room, there was a strong musty smell. We wondered if the room had not been used for months prior. Only one wall socket was available for charging purposes. There was no mini-bar (although it was listed on-line), and the fridge was not plugged in, so there was no cold drinking water awaiting us. There were room-temperature bottles of water on the sideboard, decanted from another source – but no way of knowing if that water source was safe. There was no kettle, nor any coffee/tea/sugar sachets. There was no catch on either the bathroom or bedroom windows, thus hot air came in from outside. The A/C unit was very noisy, and the cooled air did not circulate into the lounge area. There were no spare toilet rolls, and the liquid soap/body wash containers were virtually empty. The bed had extremely hard pillows (and when we were checking in, we heard another guest complain about the same pillow problem to Reception). Breakfast was highly inadequate: lukewarm coffee from a flask (we were advised that if we had come down earlier than 8am, we would have got coffee that was hot!); no juices; no cereals or fruit; no toast (only baguettes with no spreads); no napkins; cooked food was a choice between a Vietnamese plate or eggs). Vastly superior coffee was enjoyed on both days at GOC CAFE, just across the main road. And how can we forget the waitress who took off her sandal and picked skin off her foot, in the middle of the “breakfast” service! In summary: from start-to-finish, the whole experience at VINA HOTEL was very poor.

A really nice place to stay for a long time. Nice beach, nice room, nice food.. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for 1 week and still want to continue.. Just for swimming and relax on the beach. Highly recommended!

Khách sạn mới, sạch, khá đẹp. Trang bị nội thất theo kiểu tiết kiệm nhưng cũng tương xứng với giá thành. Nhận phòng hơn trễ giờ nhưng đội ngũ nhân viên phục vụ tốt. Nước chào mừng ngon, nhân viên quên không mang nước chào mừng đến cho khách mặc dù khi bê nước cho người khác họ đã nhìn thấy chúng tôi. Bể bơi ấm áp và sạch sẽ. Bãi tắm riêng của khách sạn có sóng khá to khó bơi. Tôi gọi nước suối đến phòng lúc 22:00. Villa không có chuông cửa, khi nhân viên gõ cửa không ai nghe thấy họ đã tự mở cửa bước vào Villa và gõ cửa phòng ngủ của tôi lúc 22:00 đêm. Tôi cảm thấy việc này không riêng tư và thiếu an toàn.

Dieses Hotel ist teuer und Tatty. Der Pool war zu heiß, um zu schwimmen. Das Essen ist sehr durchschnittlich ....Es gibt keine Entschuldigung für das Durchschnittsessen in Vietnam. Der Strand ist mit Müll gestrichen, wenn Sie beide Seiten der Hotelgrenze ... wandeln, was tief deprimierend ist. Dieser Ort ist zu hoch für das, was sie anbieten. Ihre Website ist nicht genau für die Preise oder für den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten. ...i.e. es ist eine Deceptive Website. Trinkwasser: eine kleine Flasche pro Person, die eine Menge für die Zimmerrate ist ....und unverantwortlich in der Sommerwärme.

Breakfast is included, and downstairs in the main building in the Marketplace. It's a typical buffet - bacon, sausage, tomatoes, an egg station, cold meats, pastries, donuts, breads, muffins, fruit, fruit juice, yoghurt will all be familiar to the Western guests, whilst traditional Vietnamese and Chinese dishes are also present. Tea and coffee are ordered on demand - latte/cappuccino etc, and there is also a cava and mimosa station (all free). You can sit inside in the air conditioning, or outside on a patio where you can also feed the goldfish in a big pond. Great variety, and tasty food. The bread is simply fresh, soft and moreish. Out of the hotel and the facilities are all on point. The pool is massive - some 350m meandering through the grounds - and has a pool bar with food and a happy hour from 3pm-6pm (BOGOF cocktails and beer). The beach is private and clean, the sea is quite shallow and warm. You can take a motorised canal boat for free every half hour that goes out to the 8th hole of the golf course. Walking the grounds is pleasant and pretty as well - the hotel shares open grounds with the Banyan Tree next door - and there's plenty of

Das Banyan Tree ist eine traumhafte Anlage, dass den Focus auf ruhesuchende Individualreisende legt. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und weitläufig. Mit dem angrenzenden Angsana, dessen Anlage die Banyan Tree Gäste mit benutzen dürfen, bietet sich eine Vielzahl an Essen- wie Aktivitätenoptionen. Wir bewohnten während unserem Aufenthalt eine Beach Pool Villa und eine Seaview Hill Pool Villa. Wer Strandnähe und fußläufigen Zugang zum Resort bevorzugt ist in der Beach Pool Villa sehr gut aufgehoben. Wer den traumhaften Ausblick und (noch mehr) Privatsspähre sucht, wird mit der Seaview Villa glücklich. Von dort ist man aber auf den (leicht zugänglichen) Shuttleservice des Hotels angewiesen. Es wird ein exzellentes Frühstücksbüffet angeboten. Was das Resort aber ausmacht: die super freundlichen und netten Menschen dort. Absolut Top!

A really nice place to stay for a long time. Nice beach, nice room, nice food.. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for 1 week and still want to continue.. Just for swimming and relax on the beach. Highly recommended!
