Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, das Reisen ist sehr bequem, das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und ich kann mich gut erholen. Das Servicepersonal hatte eine gute Einstellung und hat die Initiative ergriffen, uns Getränke zu bringen, und die Getränke haben großartig geschmeckt. Das Hotelfrühstück ist großartig und sehr angenehm zu essen.

Die Rezeption ist besonders herzlich ❤️

Beautiful room, with a nice garden view. Free breakfast was made available even though it was already late in the day. The electricity kept going on and off one morning. Whenever it rained, the electricity was off as well. Noisy music on the property/neighborhood sometimes. Far from the main road, so it was quite difficult to get a taxi here.

The only reason you would find yourself in Bien Hoa is for business or ( like me ) family reasons. I stayed 8 nights at the Aurora Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and a good size. The bathroom is also a reasonable size but the shower is over the bath meaning it is quite a big step over the baths side when entering or exiting from a shower. The Aurora has one of the best bathroom kits I have ever seen. As well as the usual kit there is also shower cap,Emery board and a vanity kit which I discovered had packaged cotton earbuds. The soundproofing in the rooms is woeful. Coughs, conversations and TV from adjoining rooms was easily heard. Air con and Wifi both good. Swimming pool lovely and clean and well equipped gym. Now to breakfast, all I can say is, as a Westerner , go in with low expectations and you won't be disappointed, though eggs are cooked to order. All staff were helpful and pleasant

Breakfast served on the rooftop restaurant still has plenty of room to improve. Most of the time there’s only one staff serving on the spot. When he’/she’s in the kitchen, you might need to raise your voice to ask for a fried egg. On the job training for young staff is definitely insufficient.

Good hotel, nice location which nears Bien Hoa train station, easy to hang out everywhere, inside Bien Hoa city. Receptionist was cute, nice to help us stay more 4 hours. When we back to Bien Hoa, we gonna re-book this hotel

Die Unterkunft am Cat Tien Nationalpark war sehr schön. Die Gastfamilie war auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie kümmerten sich um alles und das Essen war auch ganz gut. Kann ich echt weiterempfehlen.
