Dos de de las lámparas no funcionaban, la puerta del baño no cerraba y quisiera agregar lo más desagradable, hay un ruido intenso que empieza desde las 6:00am es un elevador en particular. Fueron solo dos noches sin embargo nada agradable para poder descansar y dormir bien . Sinceramente no volvería.

I absolutely love this place perfect location nice rooms hot water ac friendly staff everything is close by u go to the right there’s stores u go to the left there’s stores with. Great prices there’s lots of food nearby large waiting area. And once u leave they hold ur suitcase for u so u can finish shopping around n when ur ready to leave they help u get a cab I have no complaints

Die Lage ist sehr gut! In der Nähe des Sonnenplatzes gibt es auch mehr Auswahl an Essen und es ist bequem, wo immer man auf der Expo Street geht. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr reichhaltig und es sollte alles geben.

Good location next to the Basilica and train station. A little far from the restaurants and newer developed areas. Room service was not of a high standard, they did not replace the drinking glasses or provide new water bottles. Phone in the room was also not working to call for house keeping.

El hotel está en excelentes condiciones, muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas, el baño es amplio, cuenta con amenidades y agua caliente. Me gustó el servicio de cafetería 24 hrs. que incluye la estadía, el desayuno es simple pero estaba bien. Solo como punto negativo es que elegí este hotel por estar cerca del estadio Akron pero no es accesible caminando, caminando no está accesible a nada, ni siquiera el oxxo que esta cruzando la avenida.

It is a great hotel, the rooms are awesome and friendly staff. Great evening entertainment. Roof top gastro bar with pool has fantastic city views and delicious food and drink selection.
One note to the management - The rooftop area should have a smoking area since it's open air, asking to go down 26 floors each time you want a smoke is NOT ok when you are enjoying a few cocktails, listening to music, and spending time there.

The room was beautiful and clean, bed is comfy. I loved the view and the panorama windows. :) Coffee machine in the room and delicious complimentary coffee made my morning start in a good mood. It's on a busy street so cars are passing during the day with a bit of sound, but it didnt bother me much. Staff was very helpful and responsive. 10/10

SSirary DiwathahunthaWe're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed,
The food
# the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying

The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again,
Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less
All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated,
Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

Ccharlie ualove their breakfast spread and the service. vicinity of the airport with free shuttle. 2 free bottles of water in the room. there is also a gym and a swimming pool in the hotel.

郭郭Wir waren für zwei Nächte hier, das Ganze war sehr hygienisch, das Restaurant schmeckte gut und der Preis war nicht hoch, aber es gab nicht viele Möglichkeiten. Die äußere Umgebung ist gut, es gibt zwei Swimmingpools, WiFi ist im öffentlichen Bereich verfügbar, aber das Zimmer ist nicht und es ist sehr einfach. Es gibt keine anderen Einrichtungen außer Bettwäsche und einfachen Badezimmern. Natürlich ist der Preis auch angepasst, wählen Sie also, wie Sie möchten .

GGuest UserAuf der Suche nach Reisen mit der Familie? Sehr empfohlen! Dieses luxuriöse Hotel mit einem ”Boutique” Vibe und hervorragenden Service. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eines der besten in PV (haben in Sheraton, Westin verblieben). Der Pool ist gut gepflegt, die Kinder Spielzimmer ist awesome (Dank Bibiana!). Das Eigentum ist sehr modern, sehr gut gepflegt, obwohl die Zimmer ein wenig klein sind. Wir blieben auch am Marriott in Cancun, ähnliche Erfahrung. Bestes Budget Luxus Resort in PV.

GGabrielaMedranoThe hotel is super close to the beach. I had one of those rooms where you can see the beach partially. The bed was good and big. The closet also big. I had balcony. There was no AC at the room but if you leave the AC from the living room ON and the fan ON the fresh air comes to your room too indeed. There is a big security box. The kitchen has cups, plates, silverware, wine opener, big fridge, coffee maker, pans, etc. They give you soap for dishes ONLY if you ask for it. Only one toilet paper in the bathroom.The room can be cleaned ONLY in the 3rd day after you arrived. There is a little room where you can put trash close to the stairs. I really got super annoyed internet could ONLY work in the room. So if you need internet in the balcony, living room or kitchen FORGET IT. As a solo traveler internet was very important to me because I needed to stay connected with people. All my phone data finished in the 2nd day at the beach. This hotel really need to work to fix this internet issue. It is not fun to be there alone with no internet during a super HOT day.

GGastnutzerIch habe normalerweise keine negativen Kommentare geschrieben, aber wenn dies einem anderen Reisenden helfen wird, eine informierte Entscheidung zu treffen, dachte ich, ich würde Ihnen ein paar Dinge erfahren lassen. Erstens habe ich eine Junior Suite mit Meerblick reserviert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig. Aber unsere Meerblick war eigentlich von Telefonpolen und Draht und das abgeschnittene Dach des Clubs über die Straße. Ich gebe zu, dass der Ozean über diese Hindernisse hinaus gesehen wurde. Unser ursprüngliches Zimmer war im vierten Stock und in der ersten Nacht war unser Dach aufgrund der Abwärtsgang draußen schnell leckten. Es wurde meist gereinigt und wir wurden gesagt, dass wir am Morgen das Front Desk wissen mussten, dass wir Zimmer bewegen müssen.
Ich hätte gedacht, dass aufgrund der Unannehmlichkeit, alles wieder zu verpacken, dass sie uns einen erweiterten Raum gegeben hätten. Stattdessen, sie uns eine Junior-Ozean-View Suite auf dem 3. Stock mit einem näheren Blick auf die Draht und Dachoberfläche gegeben. Dieses Zimmer hatte auch nur einen Patio-Sitzplatz, also selbst wenn wir auf dem Patio sitzen wollten, wären wir nicht zusammen gewesen. Das Resort selbst hat schöne Einrichtungen.

Die Höhe ist so toll, um die Landschaft zu sehen und die Einrichtungen sind großartig.

Auch das Äußere des Hotels trägt dazu bei, dass Sie Lust auf Reisen machen.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und wunderbar. Es hat einen großen Raum für 5 oder 6 Personen und scheint ein sehr gutes Hotel für Familien zu sein, die zu Hospizen kommen.
