The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change. The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly. The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.

Great location and the location has beautiful view. Such a good place to get a rest after a long day. Recommended place, but please change the bedsheets regularly, thank you.

Service is standard. Location is good near the train station just walk 5 minutes from train station. Recommend for business trip especially when you travel with train

Das ist mein zweites Mal, in diesem Hotel innerhalb von 2 Monaten zu bleiben. die Lage ist großartig, in der Nähe der Autobahn. großer Service in sauberem Zimmer. Deren Pub im oberen Stock hat schöne Aussichten, wir genossen viel dort. sicherlich wird nächstes Mal wieder kommen.

Ich liebe dieses Hotel so sehr, das Personal ist erstaunlich und hilfsbereit, das Bett und die Kissen sind wirklich komfortable. Das Zimmer im Acros Mine um 10 Uhr war geöffnet ihre laut gesprochen und ich klammerte an das Front Desk, und das Personal bat sie sofort, ihre Türen zu schließen, so dass ich schlafen kann, danke Ihnen Ciputra Hotel.. und die Lage auch die beste

Das Zimmer ist OK, die Einrichtungen sind ausgezeichnet, sie haben eine Sauna, einen Fitnessraum und instagram-fähige Orte. Der Pool ist großartig für Kinder mit balinenem Ambiente. Sie haben auch einen Spielplatz. Das Personal ist freundlich und ziemlich hilfsbereit. Aber das Restaurant läuft manchmal aus Platten, Kekse, Forchette, Schalen und Glas. Tische sind nicht schnell genug, um zu reinigen. Ich kann also nicht trinken oder essen, obwohl das Essen noch verfügbar ist. Sie bedienen die Gäste auch wenn die Zeit für den Dienst ist vorbei. Also ich schätze es wirklich.

We stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority.

FIM von Zigna ist ein sauberes, komfortables Hotel in einem sehr strategischen Ort in Solo. Die Zimmer sind gut gepflegt, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, und ich fühlte mich sehr willkommen. Das Frühstück hat eine gute Variante, und es gibt schöne Einrichtungen wie ein Pool, Spa und ein Café. Die Lage ist hervorragend nahe an lokalen Lebensmitteln, touristischen Orten, und alles, was Sie brauchen. Hoch empfohlen!
