"Lovely experience in the lush forest with loads of nearby attractions and places to walk and explore. We enjoyed the cabin that was really cool. It felt a bit rubbish that you had to pay for every little thing. And we didn't like how you couldn't just buy water from the reception when you needed more (despite providing it daily). We did the campfire with marshmallows which was fun, the waterfall is beautiful and you can swim in it! We also didn't like that, as foreigners we had to pay an extra 120k for both of us to enter the area, it should really be included in the cost."

Since the hotel lobby isn't located on the ground level, the security staff was very helpful in assisting us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were also quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the bathroom could use some attention. The shower drain didn't drain properly, leaving water pooling on the floor and making the shower area a bit slippery. The shower pressure was also quite weak, so it took quite a while to rinse off. The hot water worked, but it was only warm rather than genuinely hot. Another thing that caught us off guard was our room window. The room had a window, but instead of a view or natural light, it faced another wall. We had a little laugh when we opened the curtains because we weren't expecting that. I suppose it's there to make the room feel less enclosed, but don't expect any morning sunshine. The most confusing part of our stay was the breakfast arrangement. The night before checkout, my husband asked whether we could have our breakfast packed to go since we planned to leave very early. The hotel staff initially told us it wasn't possible. Later that evening, however, someone from the restaurant informed us that takeaway breakfast could indeed be arranged, so we thought everything had been settled. The next morning, my husband checked with the receptionist, who had no idea about our breakfast request. He then went to the restaurant, where they also seemed unaware. After returning to our room and calling the restaurant directly, they finally prepared our breakfast. We still have no idea where the miscommunication happened, but fortunately we had already decided to cancel our early morning plan. Otherwise, we probably would have left without breakfast. We also weren't informed about takeaway drinks, and by then we were simply too tired to ask. Thankfully, the breakfast itself made up for a lot. The Monte Cristo Bliss sandwich was absolutely fantastic and easily the highlight of our stay. Would we come back? Maybe—for the Monte Cristo Bliss alone. The hotel has many positives, but communication between the front desk and the restaurant definitely needs to be improved. With better coordination and a few maintenance fixes, the overall experience would have been much smoother.

GGastnutzerDas Bett war schmutzig, sieht so aus, als hätten sie es überhaupt nicht verändert. Der Kissen war auch schmutzig, ich habe den Zimmerservice zweimal angerufen, um es zu ändern, aber sie kamen nie und ich gab auf. Die Tür für das Badezimmer war gebrochen und es war wirklich schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen, schließlich fiel sie aus der Eisenbahn. Einmal riechte die Hotellobby so schlecht, weil die Toiletten nahe sind und die Türen nicht geschlossen sind. Auf eine Art und Weise merken die Rezeptoren nicht den Geruch überhaupt, und wir mussten es ihnen sagen.

Whether you’re into local or international cuisine, the breakfast caters to different tastes and is a delightful way to start the day. Convenient Parking Options: The hotel offers convenient parking options, including spots in front of the hotel and areas close to the rooms that are especially convenient for guests staying on the second floor. This thoughtful arrangement adds a layer of convenience for guests, particularly those with a lot of luggage or those who prefer easy access to their vehicles. Negatives: Musty Room Odor: One downside was the musty smell in the room, which could be attributed to poor drainage or perhaps the room being unoccupied for a prolonged period without proper ventilation. GGastnutzerAbrikri Village hat während unseres Aufenthalts in Dieng, Wonosobo hervorragende Dienstleistungen erbracht. Aus dem Vorabdienst, als der Mitarbeiter mich persönlich kontaktiert hat, um unsere Reservierung für 16 Personen zu unterstützen, vor allem, wenn ich ihre Hilfe gebeten habe, unser Frühstücksmodus auf 2AM aufgrund unserer spezifischen Agenda zu arrangieren. Als wir in das Dorf Abriki angekommen waren, waren sie sehr reaktiv, unsere Reservierung zu bekommen, indem sie die Eincheckung ohne Hazard. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch wirklich auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingestellt, zeigten eine echte Identität der javanischen welt-Services. Die Villa ist eigentlich sogar noch besser als die Bilder. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig, vor allem die Drei-Zimmer-Villa und die Zwei-Zimmer-Villa. Die Innen- und Außenanlagen funktionieren ohne Probleme ordnungsgemäß. Unsere Familie hatte auch keine Fragen auf dem bereitgestellten WiFi, da es in allen Bereichen der Villa zugänglich ist. Was das Frühstück anbelangt, so ist das Frühstücksmenü zwar sehr standardisiert, da es den grundlegenden indonesischen Buffetstil dient, doch unsere Familie genossen wirklich das Essen und Getränke, die geliefert wurden. Die Lage für die Villa ist auch bequem, da es 5 Minuten von Alun-alun von Wonosobo City und 40-50 Minuten zu erreichen Puncak Sikunir Dieng. Für mich persönlich verdient diese Villa eine 5-star aufgrund ihrer hervorragenden Dienstleistungen, Einrichtungen und Lagen. Allerdings gibt es noch Verbesserungsräume, wie zusätzliche Dienstleistungen wie Netflix für jedes Zimmer, mehr Varianten von Frühstücksoption, und der Balkon/Terrasse von 3-bedroom und 2-bedroom Villa’s Eingang, die ein Dach haben sollte, das uns vom Regen abdecken würde bei der Einreise in die Villa. Wenn ich jedoch wieder nach Dieng, Wonosobo, zurückkehren könnte, wäre ich sicherlich froh, wieder im Dorf Abriki zu bleiben. Das ist sicher. SSharon PSKhas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

Location-wise, it’s hard to fault. Perfectly positioned for exploring Solo, everything feels conveniently within reach. All things considered, the 3-star rating is genuinely surprising. By international standards, this hotel comfortably performs at a 4-star level, if not beyond in certain aspects. FIM by Zigna is a standout example of what happens when strong management, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guest experience come together.

OOn the earthI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and was satisfied with the overall experience. One of the best things about the hotel is its location. It is very close to a shopping mall, so it was extremely convenient to find restaurants, cafes, shops, and other amenities without having to travel far. The hotel also offers excellent value for money. The room was comfortable, clean, and suitable for both short and business stays. Everything I needed was easily accessible, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The front desk staff were particularly impressive. They were friendly, professional, and always greeted me with a smile. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and kindly. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a convenient location, reasonable price, and good service. OOng HartonoDas Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit kostenlosem Tee und Kaffee, was eine nette Geste ist. Was mir jedoch nicht gefiel, war die große Anzahl an Mitarbeitern beim Frühstück. Ich hatte das Gefühl, sie würden unser Essen zu genau beobachten, was mir unangenehm war – fast so, als ob sie dachten, wir würden etwas stehlen. Es wäre besser, wenn sich die Gäste entspannter und vertrauenswürdiger fühlen würden.
