The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change.
The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly.
The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.

I believe this is the best place to stay in Purwokerto area. If you want a quick getaway close to nature, with calm and cool atmosphere, and great comfort, you should try bobocabin baturraden. The staffs are helpful and kind. Cabin was neat and comfy. Though I think the bathroom would smell better with bathroom fragrance, they provided dehumidifer already. Overall, a really nice stay.

Das Zimmer ist OK, die Einrichtungen sind ausgezeichnet, sie haben eine Sauna, einen Fitnessraum und instagram-fähige Orte. Der Pool ist großartig für Kinder mit balinenem Ambiente. Sie haben auch einen Spielplatz. Das Personal ist freundlich und ziemlich hilfsbereit.
Aber das Restaurant läuft manchmal aus Platten, Kekse, Forchette, Schalen und Glas. Tische sind nicht schnell genug, um zu reinigen. Ich kann also nicht trinken oder essen, obwohl das Essen noch verfügbar ist.
Sie bedienen die Gäste auch wenn die Zeit für den Dienst ist vorbei. Also ich schätze es wirklich.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations, making for one of the most enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences I've had in a long time.
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the cleanliness was immediately apparent. The common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh, inviting aroma. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does.
Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay.
What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. It felt like the hotel was designed with guest convenience in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any added stress.
Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience.
In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional cleanliness, high quality, a seamless experience, and fantastic service from the moment you arrive, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

NNurshahida ZainudinBuchung 2 Zimmer für 2 Nächte. Spektakuläre Aussicht, wenn Sie morgens aufwachen. Frühstücksverteilung war großartig für beide Tage. Es gibt neben ihrem Kaffee ein kleines Spielfeld, das meine Kinder auch spielen können. Service war großartig. Ich komme wieder, wenn ich Solo wieder besuche.

GGastnutzerWe stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority.

GGastnutzerAbrikri Village hat während unseres Aufenthalts in Dieng, Wonosobo hervorragende Dienstleistungen erbracht.
Aus dem Vorabdienst, als der Mitarbeiter mich persönlich kontaktiert hat, um unsere Reservierung für 16 Personen zu unterstützen, vor allem, wenn ich ihre Hilfe gebeten habe, unser Frühstücksmodus auf 2AM aufgrund unserer spezifischen Agenda zu arrangieren. Als wir in das Dorf Abriki angekommen waren, waren sie sehr reaktiv, unsere Reservierung zu bekommen, indem sie die Eincheckung ohne Hazard. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch wirklich auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingestellt, zeigten eine echte Identität der javanischen welt-Services.
Die Villa ist eigentlich sogar noch besser als die Bilder. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig, vor allem die Drei-Zimmer-Villa und die Zwei-Zimmer-Villa. Die Innen- und Außenanlagen funktionieren ohne Probleme ordnungsgemäß. Unsere Familie hatte auch keine Fragen auf dem bereitgestellten WiFi, da es in allen Bereichen der Villa zugänglich ist.
Was das Frühstück anbelangt, so ist das Frühstücksmenü zwar sehr standardisiert, da es den grundlegenden indonesischen Buffetstil dient, doch unsere Familie genossen wirklich das Essen und Getränke, die geliefert wurden.
Die Lage für die Villa ist auch bequem, da es 5 Minuten von Alun-alun von Wonosobo City und 40-50 Minuten zu erreichen Puncak Sikunir Dieng.
Für mich persönlich verdient diese Villa eine 5-star aufgrund ihrer hervorragenden Dienstleistungen, Einrichtungen und Lagen.
Allerdings gibt es noch Verbesserungsräume, wie zusätzliche Dienstleistungen wie Netflix für jedes Zimmer, mehr Varianten von Frühstücksoption, und der Balkon/Terrasse von 3-bedroom und 2-bedroom Villa’s Eingang, die ein Dach haben sollte, das uns vom Regen abdecken würde bei der Einreise in die Villa.
Wenn ich jedoch wieder nach Dieng, Wonosobo, zurückkehren könnte, wäre ich sicherlich froh, wieder im Dorf Abriki zu bleiben. Das ist sicher.

SSharon PSKhas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

AArierainblueI came during high season so maybe the cleaning staff wasn't very detailed (we found popcorn at floor and some stain at bed sheet). I complained and the staff handle it very well.
However this hotel located at strategic place so near from central city.
The hotel is connected to a mall, so it's very helpful for families with children (I brought a 1-year-old baby) if there are baby items that we forgot to bring from home. We can buy them at the mall.
Breakfast is complete but maybe if they have ”nasi tim” it will be perfect.
(In this case because my baby cant eat rice yet)

DDr. Ong SoetantoDas Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit kostenlosem Tee und Kaffee, was eine nette Geste ist. Was mir jedoch nicht gefiel, war die große Anzahl an Mitarbeitern beim Frühstück. Ich hatte das Gefühl, sie würden unser Essen zu genau beobachten, was mir unangenehm war – fast so, als ob sie dachten, wir würden etwas stehlen. Es wäre besser, wenn sich die Gäste entspannter und vertrauenswürdiger fühlen würden.

Aber, derjenige, der mich stört, ist, dass sie nicht ein Zeichen für eine „verkaufte“ Lebensmittel/Getränke setzen, außer dass, einige der Menü ist nicht das gleiche mit dem Menü, das sie bereits auf ihrer Website angezeigt haben. Wir erwarten schon Nahrung, wenn wir hungrig sind, warten, nur, dass sie diese Nahrung nicht servieren können, weil das ausverkauft ist. Es ist wirklich störend.
