The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change. The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly. The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.

Great location and the location has beautiful view. Such a good place to get a rest after a long day. Recommended place, but please change the bedsheets regularly, thank you.

So weit so gut! Der Service ist in Ordnung und das Zimmer ist für den Kunden ziemlich gut. Aber das Frühstücksmenü ist nicht anders. Machen Sie einfach einige verschiedene Menüs wie Getreide und einige Obstsaft zumindest.

Die Einrichtungen und das Essen sind ausgezeichnet. Der Service, vor allem das Personal im Hotelrestaurant, sind jedoch nicht so freundlich und eine Art weniger als der Standard, von einer solchen 4-star-hotel zu erwarten.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow! Das Hotel Ciputra Semarang hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Von der Begrüßung bis zum Check-out war alles perfekt organisiert. Das Frühstück war lecker, der Pool sehr sauber und die Lage unschlagbar – direkt bei der Mall und der beeindruckenden Ciputra-Moschee. Ich komme sicher wieder, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Semarang bin! 🌺

Clean. Amazing facilities (swimming pool, playground, etc). Delicious breakfast with a lot of options. Affordable rate. Will stay here again.

Kamar bagus dan luas, ac dingin, staff ramah, city view cakep. Sayang nya curtain room kurang bagus perlu di ganti. Air panas kurang. Tp utk overall good sih .

During my recent stay at the hotel for a short getaway, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and going out of their way to assist with any requests, making the experience feel warm and personal. The entire hotel was spotless and clearly well maintained, which added to the sense of comfort and relaxation. The lobby, in particular, left a lasting impression—it was spacious, grand, and tastefully decorated, creating a luxurious yet welcoming first impression. While the daily buffet meals became a little repetitive over time, I still appreciated the decent variety offered and the consistently good taste of the food. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay that I would gladly recommend to others.

The location is really strategic. The room is big for 2 people. The receptionist is totally helpful, especially when i need late check-out. I would come back to stay at this hotel when I come to Solo again!
