Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es ist sehr gut. 2 Nachtstunden und das inbegriffen Frühstück war Top-Noch. Helfen Sie sich selbst kocht Frühstück. Großes und sehr komfortables Bett, Einrichtungen waren groß. Doppel Dusche und Toiletten alle leicht verfügbar. Auch ein anständiges Bier. Aber denken Sie daran, sich zu ändern, wenn Sie nicht mit der Karte bezahlen, wie sie keine haben. Ich freue mich auf das nächste Jahr früh wieder zu gehen.

Good hotel with lack of attention to details. 😬 Breakfast food is average, almost no fresh fruits (apple and overripe banana), and not many veggie options, but the staff is lovely (more hospitable than people at the reception), each day the chef was busy but kept smiling to all guests around, nice way to start the day, thanks!:) Spa area is lovely, great tor the gloomy days!:) Room was ok, no windows to be opened thus no fresh air.. water temperature was rather low, couldn’t really enjoy the shower.

Ausgezeichnete Lage direkt im Zentrum von Christchurch. Haben Sie im Kings Arms Hotel mehrere Male geblieben. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und gehen über und über um zu helfen. Großes Frühstück und Bar. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Fantastisch..., außer ein zusätzliches £12.00 für Eier König auf dem oberen Frühstückspreis war nicht gut... Personal hat nicht einmal vorab warnt über den zusätzlichen Preis, bis wir gehen. Aber- wenn Sie Zimmerservice hatten, dann kein zusätzlicher Preis für Eier königlich?? Es macht keinen Sinn.

Allgemein war alles großartig. Wir schlagen vor, eine Matrix zu ändern, da wir und unsere Freunde schreckliche Rückenschmerzen hatten, aber das ist natürlich nur eine Präferenz und nicht jeder will eine harte Matrix, wie wir es tun. Abgesehen davon lieben wir es alle in diesem Hotel. Danke .

Check in was very quick. We had a family room with a double and a single basement room. Was get nice, clean and spacious. Plenty of parking, 10 my ns walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants.

Schönes Hotel. Unspottlich sauber, das Personal wirklich freundlich und wissensvoll über die Gegend. Das Frühstück war schön, frisch gekocht und so viel Getreide-Frucht-Toast und Getränke wie Sie brauchen. Es gibt einen Taxi-Buchungsservice. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und warm wie die Gemeindebereiche. 24-Stunden-Rezeption und Bar. Pooltisch in wunderschöner großer Lounge . WLAN war kostenlos im gesamten Hotel einschließlich in unserem Zimmer. Dusche war großartig, schön und heiß. Das Hotel ist nahe dem Strand und dem Stadtzentrum. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt 🙂

Ein paar Mängel in den Türmen, aber insgesamt war es für mich toller „Budget-Luxus“ in einer wirklich praktischen Lage. Schönes altes Hotel, schöner Barbereich mit Blick auf die Gärten. Bequeme Chesterfield-Lounges und manchmal Live-Musik und Tanz. Verwinkelte Flure und Treppen. Ihr Zimmer könnte also ein Stück weit zu Fuß entfernt sein, durch lustige kleine Flure um Ecken und Treppen, also überprüfen Sie dies, bevor Sie den Check-in-Schalter verlassen! Viele Leute hatten Probleme, ihr Zimmer zu finden. Dann waren die Schlüsselkarten mehrmals nicht richtig programmiert, sodass ich zurück zum Schreibtisch und zurück ins Zimmer gehen musste. Aber abgesehen davon, dass ich etwas Schimmel von einer Wand wischen musste … insgesamt war ich mit dem Aufenthalt und der Lage zufrieden, da ich auf Trip.com ein gutes Angebot für 35 £ pro Nacht bekommen habe. Und sie haben mein Zimmer von einem Zimmer ohne Fenster (ist das überhaupt legal? Ein Zimmer ohne Fenster zu verkaufen) auf ein kleines Doppelzimmer mit zu öffnendem Fenster und Bad aufgewertet. Also war ich zufrieden. Es gibt keine Zimmerreinigung, also müssen Sie bei einem Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen das Housekeeping oder die Rezeption um mehr Zubehör bitten. Zum Abschluss meiner Küstenwanderung liegt dieses Hotel 25 Minuten mit dem Bus oder 15 Minuten mit dem Zug von Poole entfernt. Es liegt direkt neben Bournemath Beach, der Promenade und dem Pier in Bournemouth an den Buslinien 5, M1 und M2. Nehmen Sie vom Bahnhof den Bus Nr. 5, der Sie nur wenige Meter vor der Tür auf der Bath Road absetzt. Für eine Küstenwanderung fährt Bus 50 vom oberen Ende der Bath Road nach Swanage für 2 £, einschließlich der Fährüberfahrt in Sandbanks. Es gab genug leckere Sachen, um es für mich lohnenswert zu machen. Kommen Sie früh, da sie aufhören, das Essen aufzufüllen, wenn nicht viel los ist und die Sachen ausgehen. Es ist ein schönes Ambiente zum Essen mit Blick auf schöne Rasenflächen und einen Loungebereich im Freien. Das Personal im Essbereich war wirklich nett und hilfsbereit und fröhlich. Ich habe den Pool und den Whirlpool nicht benutzt, aber sie sahen in einem separaten Wintergarten-Außenbereich toll aus. Einige Mitarbeiter waren in ihrem Service 5-Sterne-Klasse, eine Bardame war fast unhöflich und sehr wenig hilfsbereit, als ich nach Wein fragte, sagte sie nur „Ich weiß nicht“ und verwies mich nicht auf die Getränkekarte, bis ich ein paar weitere Fragen stellte und sie schließlich sagte „Ja, dort an der Bar“, als ob ich das hätte wissen müssen. Der Rest des Personals war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, nachdem ich ein paar Tage geblieben war. Das Hotel ist riesig und ein bisschen wie ein Kaninchenbau. Ein Zimmer, das sie mir gaben, war 21 Stufen hoch und ich sagte, dass ich auf keinen Fall meinen großen Koffer da hochschleppen würde, also änderte sie es problemlos in ein Stockwerk mit Aufzug. Überprüfen Sie also diese Details und akzeptieren Sie nicht, womit Sie unzufrieden sind, sonst versuchen sie, damit durchzukommen, wenn sie können. Bleiben Sie standhaft.

I book this hotel for one night great location. The receptionist she was welcoming. When we got to the room that we were staying for the night. First impression was clean and tidy. However the room was smelly as you entered with the one and only small window was open in the room. The bathroom was for designed for disabled use really. I will list the pro's and cons. Pro's The room was a good size for our needs two single and it had a TV that you could watch ”the news” on a channel. The kettle was clean and tea, coffee, sugar was in a bag if you wanted to make a tea with two cups no bottled water provide (but selling for £2 for 500ml at the entrance of the hotel). The wallrobe had hangers and a hair dyer if you needed it. The pillows were nice and the mattress was comfortable. The con's One of the beds had other people's hair in the sheets and on top of the duvet. The ceiling and a long legged spider with cobwebs hanging down from above were the TV is. The walls in the room had stains down the wall it was dusty in places. The walls had noticeable cracks in different parts of the wall, the furnitures are old and tired including the picture frame. The bathroom door was dirty from all the touching to open and close it. I am not sure how a disabled person are able to use the toilet effectively. Because the ”tiny” face basin was so close to the toilet it was not practical to be that close and I am not disabled. It had so many hand railings why was the basin so close and very low to the point were it was awkward for us to wash our faces etc and the floor was in a mess afterwards . there is a glass shelf with two small glass cups that was over the face basin which is simple not safe or practical because you will sit your face or eyes if your not careful when using the face basin. The extractor fan does not work when the light is on and no button to press it separately. But the only small top widow was open for any steam or smell to leave the bathroom. The hot water system made a lot of noise when turning on. Making it hard for anyone to use it without the whole or half of the hotel hearing it that how loud it was to us. The bath was clean however there was mold all over on the wall tiles the shower curtain was short and not fitting for that bath. The toilet papers that was provided was a very very cheap small rolls. There was three one screwed (toilet roller) on to the small face basin that got soaked when you use the face basin. And the other two was on top of the toilet with used tissue in one of them. Both windows in bedroom and bathroom was not dusted. Our biggest problem was someone who was on the same floor sounds like they were nextdoor. They kept coming and going and each time they open and close their door it caused our door to shake and bang because was door is not fitted correctly and full of gaps and so the wind and the force of the moving door as cause ours to make all that noise. We didn't have a good sleep because of the above and the live entertainment went on late also which could be heard as we were on the ground floor also. The room is not what I would class as a lovely room it's very basic old, tired not very appealing the walls and the bathroom needs refurbishment and the heating system needs serious attention. When we checked out the lady was pleasant when the card was returned. The guess with me she was not happy and felt that in her words she would not want to stay at another hotel because it was not comfortable during her stay. I would not have wanted to pay the full price if I was not getting the discount from my app. But even at that price that I paid it's not worth the money. Overall I was not happy but we needed to have somewhere to sleep and it provided us that.
