Excellent place, near the canal du midi, less than 15 min walk to the city centre, 25 to La Daurade, 20 to Place St-Pierre. Really clean, everything in the kitchenette to cook.

Brilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!

Good location in downtown. Supermarket is just nearby and 2 restaurants. The staffs are friendly and supporting. The shower is quite hot and instant which is good. Only the hotel also next to the train station so some noises during the night. With earplug should be okay.

Der Standard für diesen Preis ist wirklich ein sehr erschwingliches und sehr persönliches Hotel. Die Lage befindet sich im Industriegebiet, nahe der Straße, ist geeignet für einen Übernachtung mit Langstreckenwagen. Es ist schwer, einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu haben. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und kann sogar ein bisschen Englisch sprechen, was in Frankreich nicht überall eine Vorzugsbehandlung hat.

A few members of staff are able to speak fluent English. Vending machine available on the ground floor. 15 mins walk to Blagnac commercial centre where you can find supermarket and restaurants. A bit off from transport links towards city centre but it’s only 20 mins walk from the airport. Room is clean in general while you can spot limescale around the tap. Basic kitchen utensils are available but no condiments.

Die Region ist sehr bequem, in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und der U-Bahn ... Tuluz Hauptattraktionen sind etwa 15 Minuten entfernt, aber wir wählen es, um die Tatsache vollständig zu verstehen. Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, insbesondere die Lage. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, aber weil die Adresse etwas alt ist. Wi-Fi funktioniert normal. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Aber ohne Elekträder können Sie das Personal bitten, das Gepäck zu befördern.

This is a very nice hotel! The room design is excellent and very practical to use. The rooms are clean and the location is really good. I definitely recommend staying here!

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft, sauberes Badezimmer und neues. Bequemes Bett. Parkplatz. Ein wenig von der Stadtzentrum entfernt.

It was such a great hotel, right in the centre of Toulouse and about 15mins walk to Gare Toulouse. The staff were so courteous, professional and friendly. We were grateful that we were able to check in earlier than the check in time, as we arrived quite early .  Breakfast was good as well.  Bed was comfortable and we had booked premium room, so there was space for us to work from our laptop as well. Overall we highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Toulouse. 🥰
