I stayed in room 3 on the ground floor and I thought the experience as a whole was alright, gets the job done if that’s all you need. There were some things I thought were a bit strange however. The shower was the main thing, it was stuck on full power which was crazy fast. It also didn’t stay in place because it was so powerful and kept turning into the wall. When I had pointed it facing out, it would point to the window (which was in the shower) and begin to fill up the window sill. Additionally, the sliding door had broken and it was replaced with a flimsy shower curtain which Barry managed to cover the gap. The room was a little dark but other than that was fine. The bed was fine too. Dinner is room service or you can have it in the bar area if you’d like. There isn’t a restaurant however and the bar area isn’t incredibly suitable for a meal with a family, fine on my own though. The menu consisted of pub food and each item was between £11-15 for the majority. There is a pizza and alcohol deal for £15 which is what I had, which was fine. Breakfast was £11.75 I think and was a buffet in one of the service rooms and was pretty good. Overall I think my experience was pretty poor but the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite

Sehr schönes Hotel mit mehr Zimmern, das in der kleinen Stadt Farnham relativ groß ist. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr sauber, einfach und ruhig, das Servicepersonal ist nett und der Hotelmanager ist sehr sanft. Im Hotel gibt es keinen Aufzug. Das Servicepersonal hilft Ihnen gerne, Ihr Gepäck auf das Zimmer zu bringen. Es ist weniger als 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof Farnham und etwa 10 Minuten von der University of Creative Arts entfernt. Es gibt viele internationale Studenten in der Nähe. Nächstes Mal gehe ich in dieses Hotel.

Ein schönes, gemütliches Hotel in einer wirklich guten Lage. Kleiner Parkplatz, aber gut gebaut und gepflegt. Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel (auch wenn es keine Bin im Zimmer war seltsam). Das Hotel hat eine gute Nachtschlaffahrt, aber es fehlt an Klimaanlage und die meisten Fenster öffnen sich auf die Hauptstraße unten, was wenig macht, um Lärm zu vermeiden. Das Frühstück ist ein sehr grundlegendes kontinentales Angebot, ohne anderes Essen serviert. Das seltsame während meines Aufenthalts waren die Hausbetreiber. Wir hatten eine spät geplante Checkout (12), aber um 9:30 Uhr hatte ich einen Schlag auf meine Tür, um zu sehen, ob ”Ich war noch da”, was merkwürdig war, weil Hotels Software haben, um Zimmer-Check-in und Check-out zu überwachen. Die Tatsache, dass der Schlüssel noch nicht zurückgegeben wurde, muss auch ein Geschenk gewesen sein. Nicht eine halbe Stunde nach diesem war es noch ein Schlag. Aber ohne Zeit warten wollte das Personal die Tür sofort öffnen und ging hinein, und versuchte wiederholt (glücklicherweise hatte ich die Tür verriegelt, als ich verändert wurde). Ich sagte mir, hallo durch die Tür jemand sagte, entschuldigt sich auf eine beschleunigte Weise und nachher. Nicht mehr eine halbe Stunde nach diesem war ich im Badezimmer und jemand entschloss die Tür und öffnete sie und ging, sobald sie noch Taschen und Taschen im Zimmer sahen. Ich sollte hinzufügen, all das passiert mit dem nicht stören Signal auf der Tür! Nach diesem rang das Front Desk das Zimmer und hängte auf mich antworten auf das Telefon. Ehrlich gesagt, ist das arm und einer der grundlegenden Dinge, die Sie nicht tun, wenn Sie ein Hotel laufen. Wenn das Zeichen auf der Tür ist, stören Sie nicht. Ich könnte verstehen, ob wir spät geblieben oder sie über die spät gebliebene Checkout vergessen hatten. Aber das alles geschah sogar vor ihrer Standard-Checkout-Zeit von 11am.

Ich verbrachte insgesamt drei Tage im Hotel während einer Arbeitsreise, die auch eine gewisse Zeit nötigte, um in den Abenden Computerarbeit zu machen. Es erschien der perfekte Ort zu bleiben. Ein komfortables und ruhiges Zimmer mit allen Einrichtungen, das Sie beantragen können, ein großes Frühstück mit freundlichem Personal und eine Art 'zu Hause machen' das Gefühl über den Ort. Ich habe das Restaurant nicht benutzt, weil ich spät arbeitete, aber ich genieße Pie und Masch bestellt aus der Bar-Zone ein Abend, (mit einem Pint), und beide gingen ein Therapie. Es gibt auch ein Gesundheits-Spa dort, so dass nächstes Mal werde ich mich erinnern, um meine Schwimmshorts zu verpacken. Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmes Aufenthalt und ich habe Geld gerettet, indem ich auch durch Trip.com buchte.

Booked due to attending a friends wedding nearby, my friend paid for early check in due us needing to all get ready for the wedding, the room when we went in smelt musty like it hadn’t been used in a while which is what we put it down to. We got back to the hotel around 12.30am and I was able to collect the key to my booked twin room I was sharing with my friend. We went back to the 1st room to collect our belongings and as we walked in the smell of damp dirty water hit us so much so it made me gag. My friend refused to stay there and even the bedding smelt and felt damp. Our belongings that we left in the room also had the smell in them. We went to reception to complain. She was not offered alternative accommodation so she had to stay with in my twin room (3 of us all squashed in twins pushed together) this room Also smelt of drains (it wasn’t a great day weather wise but you still don’t expect the drains to make a whole room stink the way it did) We were told the next day someone from management would contact us. ( no one has) I received an email from customer services asking to rate my stay so I emailed them the issues (no reply) I also emailed the email address on the website (no reply). For a 4* hotel the level of service is shocking. To not even respond to emails or acknowledge the issue is poor! We paid £140 for 1 night in a room that stunk and also had to accommodate another person, they knew our friend had to stay in with us and we weren’t offered extra pillows or bedding. Other friends also paid £170 and was then told that they had to pay an additional £30 to use the spa and wanted £20pp for a breakfast I genuinely have no idea how they justify their prices. Avoid! There’s a premier inn not too far away!

Genießbar zwei Nächte im Hotel. In einer ziemlich ruhigen Gegend. Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Frühstück war auch nett. Personal war auch mehr als glücklich, bei allen Anfragen während meines Aufenthalts zu helfen. Vielen Dank an Chanelle für ihre Unterstützung bei der Lösung einiger Probleme, die ich hatte.
