Amazing room for the price. Very clean and spacious. Service was wonderful from Josh at the reception desk. Lunch and dinner at the Beefeater was very good with great service from Cameron. The breakfast the nest day was awful. Very poor quality produce. Apart from that an outstanding stay. Highly recommend.

I have been staying at this hotel in Farnham for over 6 years every year for a trade show. Over the years it has become harder and harder to reach staff at the hotel. This year it was nigh on impossible. No response to several emails. Phone calls go unanswered no matter how long you let it ring. Finally DM'd instagram account and get a reply days later - only for my room location request to be completely ignored on arrival. I know it is a budget hotel, but this is pretty extreme.

I'm quite happy I chose this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. I was even given some recommendations. The rooms were clean and everyone was attentive to our requests. I would definitely return and recommend others to stay as well.

Had the best sleep, clean room, and great service. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends. I'm happy that everything was easy and it wasn't a hassle. The lady at the counter was very friendly, even though I asked too many questions as it was my first time in the area.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I have stayed in Premier Inns around the country whilst travelling on business. They are reasonably priced, with a good bedroom, good breakfast and meal deal dinner and customer service. However Premier Inn Farnham is the worst I have stayed in. I stayed for 2 nights. The room was fine, standard, but only 1 teabag. The breakfast was table service and on the first morning when it arrived, the food was cold, the mushrooms were definitely off and I had watched as the ‘cook’ had taken the pre cooked poached eggs out of the fridge and put them into hot water. I sent my plate back. When I returned to the hotel that evening, despite putting the notice on the door, my room had not been serviced. Breakfast on the second day, I said I would have a fried egg and no mushrooms. When it arrived the only thing that was hot was the fried egg. I paid £400 for a 2 night stay here because all other hotels in the area were fully booked. I shall not be making the same mistake again.

I stayed for the weekend, for a family do in farnham. The women on Reception who checked myself in was amazing, I think her name was Debbie. Nothing was to much trouble and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spotless, bed was so comfortable. Had a great weekend visiting family for a party. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
