It’s a nice experience. It’s really close to the largest mall I. Zuhai. Kids are happy because of the greating gift— ice cream .

There are many choices of restaurants in the neighborhood, attentive service, foot massage machines in the rooms for 20 minutes free of charge, as well as air purifying several and heating units.

I appreciate very much the sense of urgency and flexibility arrangement by hotel management. On one night we found my kids were sensitive to the beddings of a bed, in the middle of the night as they were unable to sleep, we requested change of room even with extra payments. Hotel management immediately try to find a suitable room for us. Within 30 mins we were able to move to a new room and the sensitive issue was solved. The hospitality and sense of service are excellent. Front desk manager was very hearty and nice , providing small gifts and ice cream to our kids. Overall I would give an A grade.

Mon has been very welcoming and great on this trip to Zhuhai. I asked for birthday balloons, petals and and nice room to walk into for my girlfriend’s birthday and they exceeded my expectations for the hotel. It was amazing! And really made the holiday special for both of us! All the staff, cleaners and Mon took their time to explain to us whenever we were wanting recommendations on how to get to places. 10/10 trip!! Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Location is good there’s a late night market with lots of great food and many restaurants and shop just surrounding with walking distance. Cleanliness rooms and environment.

Great service. Great location.. We stayed 5 nights and was eventually upgraded to a suite as it was my wife's birthday. Front desk agent Ms Mon 姐was super helpful and attentive. 5 stars!! 酒店装修很新，房间很清洁。前台有礼贴心。偶遇突发状况，Mon经理迅速解决问题，态度专业高质，住客体验很棒。酒店对面就是南屏华发商都，楼下就有大量食店、商店、夜市，非常方便。

Lotsa small shops eateries behind n walking distance from hotel. Breakfast so so. Night n day market in front on weekend. Walking distance to Huafa plaza. Room was big n clean looks newly renovated. No smoking smell within room. They also provided drying rack which came in useful. Bus stop is also nearby with flat rate RMB1.

Surrounded by many restaurants, pretty convenient to go shopping and visit different landmarks, good hygiene with the tea set which i mostly appreciate, stylish and considerate room design is out of my expectation

Nice hotel near to Nanping Town and the industrial park. Unfortunately given a smoking room on a smoking floor. Very smelly. Strong cigar odor in the corridor the whole 3 days we were there. Room also had stale cigarette smell. Plenty of food nearby. Self check in kiosk available

Very helpful staff who collected all taobao parcels for us and helped us send out parcel . Staffs are super kind and friendly and would Recommend to our friends !!!
