Zimmerausstattung: Der Teppich ist möglicherweise etwas dick und aufgrund der fehlenden Belüftung entsteht beim Betreten des Zimmers ein muffiger Geruch. Das Zimmer ist etwas alt, der Wasserdruck ist wirklich gut, der faltbare Gepäckträger und die Steckdose sind etwas locker Frühstück: abwechslungsreich, rechtzeitig aufgefüllt, inklusive Rohbrei und scharfer Suppe, nur durchschnittlich. Bett: _ und Kissen sind etwas weich Zimmeraussicht: Sehr schön, mit Blick auf den Qijiang-Park, den Qijiang-Fluss und die Brücke über den Fluss, die Landschaft ist gut Lage und Transport: Neben dem Qijiang-Park, auf der anderen Seite der Brücke, befindet sich die Sunwen-Fußgängerzone, ein ruhiger Ort mitten im Trubel. Service: Nicht schlecht, vor allem das dicke Mädchen, das es trägt

 The hotel is very nice. The housekeeping staff is excellent. It has all the amenities, including shaving kits and things that you would expect in a high class hotel stay here many times. If I had to choose an issue, it would only be the manager in the dinner buffet, you pay if you’re a foreigner during your meal or before your meal, but if you’re local, it doesn’t seem to be the same maybe I observe it.

Location is quite nice but the hotel is quite old. The service of front desk is very friendly and nice and 5 star hotel service and will not disappoint the guests. Indeed, will suggest renovate into newer condition with hardwares. A bit smell in the room but acceptable. Room is big.

Paid extra for executive level but seems like the room got no difference with normal standard or deluxe. Stains were often seen in room interior, while drainage not working well too. Got no chance to try the evening executive lounge but breakfast at common outlet was just overcrowded. Food variety and taste were acceptable, but again, cleanliness was concerned. Worth to say that the buffet lunch was in excellent value — with seafood and steaks, and some traditional snacks. 28/F panorama was decent as long as not looking down — where the construction site was very unpleasant. Services was so far so good.

Beauty view, good location, nice reception and housekeeping

Hotel was great and in a central location to downtown. The staff were super friendly and easy to get along with. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to a thunderstorm and was not opened for safety reason even after the storm has stopped. Looking forward to our next visit

Could not find any faults with this establishment. I got a high level riverview room with very beautiful view, Rooms on other side of the hotel got nice view too, with city and river. Value for money, Cleanliness, location, amenities & service are all excellent especially M/s Tina Fu at reception, very friendly and helpful.

One of the nicest hotels in Zhongshan with panoramic view of the city overlooking the Shiji River and the Qijiang Park (an ex-dockyard turned into a park along the river with an art museum and a network of trails). The hotel rooms we booked were roomy and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a good mix of Chinese and Western fares. Parking was easy. The concierge as well as the rest of the staff were courteous, efficient and helpful.

Overall stay was good. We were given a free upgrade to a bigger room and were offered free breakfast. The lady at the front desk Tina was very lovely and accomodating.

I was very impressed with the staff member in the lobby, Dave Lin. He was helpful in getting us settled in our room and pointed out where to go for food. The room was dated but generally clean. The toilet has the smell of urine! The TV was way too small, though the connections to the desk were well-fitted. So we can connect our laptop to the TV easily via HDMI cable. There was no coffee machine, only two packets of coffee and 4 tea bags. 2 bottles of water were supplied free of charge daily. The hotel is well located near a park and some interesting shopping streets. However, the redevelopment of the next-door hotel created a lot of noise during this demolition stage. While it is interesting to watch through the window from the lift lobby, the noise and the dust created made swimming in its outdoor pool on the 6th floor very unpleasant. The buffet-style breakfast lacks variety, especially cereal choices—juices made from concentrates, tea and coffee lacking in varieties.
