Spacious rooms. TVs. Bit dark and dated. Small issue, we didn't have coffee packs for the coffee maker. A very nice man at the office gave me one. We needed additional towels and delivery was prompt.

Very clean, family friendly. Lots to do on the grounds but also tons of great food and activities nearby.

This property was a great place to stay and is located in such a pleasant and welcoming town. What you get for what you pay is outstanding. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

The Resort requires additional $25.00 per day for internet use and additional amenities. After a resort fee is charged with each night stay.

The unit was larger than expected, kitchen, dining, 2 bathrooms, bedroom and a separate den with its own heating/cooling system (mini split). There was a TV in the dining area, bedroom and the den area. The den area is separate so if you need a spot to get away, go read something or to get some alone time. This is an upstairs unit so if you don’t navigate stairs well, you might want to look at a first floor unit. It was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Amazing!! Love it here. Would not stay anywhere else when we go to Williamsburg VA. Also family members love it and come here. Can't wait to go back.

Liked that we had space to spread and work. The den furniture is wearing out. Door slamming was annoying from downstairs at all hours of the day and night.

This was our second stay at this resort and we LOVE it! My fiancé and I wanted to get away for the NY and this was the perfect place. We love this resort and will definitely be back!

Everything was fantastic. Only minor annoyance was poor cable connection, the TV was buffering a lot but that was super minor! It was otherwise fantastic for the price.

The first three days the pool was closed at capacity. We tried several times during those days and were unsuccessful. The rec staff were mostly rude and not helpful. They hung up on us several times when we were calling to try and reserve activities. There was one rec staff who was very nice and helpful but the rest need to find a job they like or learn to be nicer to people.

Very clean, comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, price was good.

I got here at 1pm knowing that I may not be able to check in until 4, but I still wasn't able to check in until after check in time and we requested a floor room. Instead we were giving upstairs unit, then once we unloaded all of our belongings we had to repack because we had bed bugs and blood on the mattress. At first the manager told me I would be contacted in the morning because they didn’t have authority to do anything else. I let them know that we were not staying in that room and was finally moved to another room that was further away from my family.

The place was beautiful, environment was wonderful, but….I let registration know I was having company come over as guest, and I ask about the procedures and they let me know about passes for the vehicles. The registration person asked for the names of my guest, and I gave them to them. Once my guest were showing up at the gate, the first 4 cars were able to come in and get a pass, the fifth and last car was told they couldn’t come to my building due to cap of occupancy. Which I was never told that there was, security treated everyone badly and was very rude! I was very unhappy with the non communication and the unacceptable costumer service given!!!
