Einer der besten Hotels, das ich je in China verblieben habe. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und sehr sauber. Der Hotelservice ist wunderbar und das Frühstück schmeckt großartig und hat verschiedene Wahlen, auch wenn ich vegetarisch bin. Die willkommenen Früchte überraschen uns. Ich würde 5-Star+ diesem Hotel geben. Sehr empfohlen.

When I met such a service in a strange city, I really wanted to share the warmth with everyone! She not only helped us to get the express, but also let me feel the ”heart for heart” service temperature. Next time I come to Zhangjiakou, I will definitely choose this hotel full of human touch.

比起去年入住的一般評價，今年感覺提升不少，衞生沒問題，房間面積也比較寬敞，早餐也可以。但就是服務，我們拿着行李，門口的引領工作人員看到了什麼都沒説，也沒有打招呼，就是冷漠的看了看，然後就是房間要點東西送來速度太慢了，服務速度略慢。還有，一進房間有歡迎水果，父母那間沒有 我打前台電話才發現，我這間也是應該沒有，是上任顧客留下的，雖然我父母那邊酒店也給申請了，但是感覺我們被酒店區別對待，還有多給兩張蛋糕券，説讓給酒店好評，但完全影響不了真實評價。建議服務提升。

This was the best hotel I've stayed at in China. It's even better than hotels that were 4 times the price. The attention to detail in the rooms was excellent. My favorite amenities were the pillow/mattress menu, free soap scrubber in the shower, open concept bathroom. I was also please that the hotel provided a small air conditioner (since it's late October, the hotel's system was set to heat instead is cool) and I was able to sleep in 20 degree comfort. Also, the hotel had free wine tasting! Also, the restaurant was delicious (expensive, but worth it!).

When package from another city is sent to me that is sent to the wrong address. I was also helped by the hotel vice president directly to pick it up. Also helped with food delivery by Xiao Chen Supervisor.When I checked out I was given ride by the hotel to the railway station. It really a very good experience , meeting very kind people at this hotel. Will stay at this hotel when I come back. Die Rezeption-Service-Einstellung ist sehr enthusiastisch und aufmerksam, die Aufenthaltsverfahren sind schnell, die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr komplett, die Lage ist gut, das Hotel hat Sicherheitskräfte, der Aufenthalt ist sehr ruhig, sehr gerne die Umgebung und Dekoration dieses Hotels, die Dinge sind wert!!!

Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und bereit, mir zu helfen, Essen zu bestellen. Das Zimmer sah stilvoll und von professionellen Designern gestaltet aus. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Schwimmbad, den ich jedoch nicht benutzt habe.

Sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt! Die Lage des Hotels ist bequem, sehr nahe vom U-Bahnhof und dem Laden. Der Rezeptionservice ist sehr professionell und schnell zu behandeln. Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, die Betten sind komfortabel, die Sound-Effizienz ist gut, die Nacht ist ruhig. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und schmeckt gut. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, wir wählen hier das nächste Mal!

Zhangjiakou Morphium Hotel wohnt sehr komfortabel, die Umgebung ist besonders ruhig und die Nacht ist sehr gut. Der Verkehr ist auch bequem, es ist gut, um Autos zu fahren und Bus zu fahren. Die amerikanische und chinesische Mangel an Einrichtungen ist etwas alt, der Windkraft des Turms ist klein, die Blumen sind nicht sehr schwach.
