Hotels in Cultural Square/North Railway Station Area, Zhangjiakou

當日晚上12點多，臨時要處理一些文件，沒有拿電腦，很着急，所以詢問前台可否用前台電腦辦公，前台回覆不能用公司電腦，但是她有個人電腦，可以借我用一下，當時一下解決了我的燃眉之急，不僅如此，在辦公時，也沒有催促我，更是給我了一定的私人空間，説明很大方也很大度，因為我穿着睡衣在1樓辦公，還幫我拿了自己的小毯子，怕我着涼，光是這個舉動我覺得真的很暖心，不僅是在平時的培訓工作中很到位，也能看得出，也是很善良的菇涼，很貼心，在我再三追問下這位員工叫“樑靜”，我覺得應該讓她出現在公眾面前，值得點贊！ 此外，18️⃣1🖐️房間的水管位置很奇怪，總是有異響，很影響休息，和前台溝通後，幫我儘可能的延續很晚退房，雖然睡眠收到影響，但是服務很到位，基本常來這兒，這次的服務體驗很OK，值得點評一下

Extended stay. I like the location, personnels and room. Good location and easy access to public transportation. Courteous and professional staffs at reception and room service staff. Clean room and toilet but towels need upgrades.

The Venice Hotel is situated conveniently in the ”downtown area” of the city, making it easy to access the city. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was great, although the warm water was luke warm, when taking a bath. I had paid for the room prior to my stay and was asked to pay the same amount, when I checked in. I thought it might have been a deposit of some kind, so I paid it, however when I checked out, the money was not returned to me? The room was fine and no damages had occurred, so I am confused about this practice and it did spoil my overall experience of the hotel, if I am honest.

Das alte 4-Sterne-Hotel, die Wang ist immer noch ein altes Wang, gut! Ein sehr hochwertiges 4-Sterne-Hotel, der Halle hat ein Gefühl des Sternhotels, das Zimmer ist sehr groß, es gibt Bürotisch, Safe, Kühlschrank, Sofas, kann man wirklich einige Jahre Gefühle sehen (vor allem Möbel) Das Zimmer ist am wichtigsten, es ist sehr wichtig (in vielen Jahren haben Hotels einen Geschmack) Einmals ist es auch sehr bequem. Auch die Toilette ist groß (neue Hotel-Wäsche ist sehr klein) Das Frühstück ist auch reichhaltig (das Restaurant ist ein Frühstück) luxuriöses Hochzeitsraum.

Gestern Abend kamen Sie zum Hotel fast um zehn Uhr. Die Rezeption ist immer noch geistig und sehr enthusiastisch, uns zu helfen, unsere Gepäck zu holen und schnell die Aufenthaltsverfahren zu bearbeiten. Danke auch. Die Nacht hat sich verwirrt ~ Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind komplett. Die Umgebung ist komfortabel. Die Computerkonfiguration ist auch online. Die Lage befindet sich auch im Zentrum von Zhangjiakou. Die Night Market Business Street und der Handelsplatz sind im Allgemeinen ein tolles Aufenthalt. Fünf-Sterne-Belohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das nächste Mal werde ich auch ein Haus auswählen!

酒店非常的棒，在武城街附近，逛完街突然發現新開了一家電競酒店，設施設備一流的水準，玩任何遊戲體驗非常的流暢，房間設計的也很新穎，乾淨又衞生，前台的服務員進來就問候，服務也很到位，酒店窗簾是電動的，電腦外設用的都是牌子貨，非常的好，酒店有自己的免費停車場，總之體驗很完美，下次還會來！

服務優秀，位置便利 我們在張家口國際大酒店住了一晚。雖然剛入住時遇到了水流慢且不熱的問題，但酒店當晚就迅速解決了。特別感謝客房服務員楓月，她非常熱情和抱歉，得知我們有孩子後，貼心地送來了飲料和零食，讓我們感到十分温暖。 第二天的早餐非常美味，選擇也很豐富。酒店的位置也很便利。儘管有小小的不便，但整體入住體驗還是很滿意的。 Excellent Service and Convenient Stay We stayed one night at Zhangjiakou International Hotel. Although we initially encountered an issue with slow and cold water, it was resolved promptly the same night. Special thanks to the housekeeper, 楓月, who was incredibly helpful and apologetic. Knowing we had children, she thoughtfully provided drinks and snacks, which made us feel very cared for. The next morning, we enjoyed a very delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. The hotel’s convenient location is another plus. Overall, a great stay despite the initial hiccup.

The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well
